After a bad experience @ Firestone, I called & spoke w/Terry. He assured me that they would check the brakes & get me a fair price. He & the rest of the crew were friendly & professional!! Terry was very transparent & told me what was going on every step of the way. I appreciate their professionalism & staying a little late to get my car fixed & safely back on the road. Thank all you guys, I truly appreciate your help & hard work!! I will return for future needed work & will recommend y'all to everyone I know!!

Excellent customer service! I've been to this Brakes Plus location a few times for maintenance and repairs and each time I've been happy with their work and upfront, reasonable pricing. On my most recent visit, they were able to fit me in with a same day appointment to look at a possible broken windshield wiper sprayer. They said it was just a loose hose and fixed it in within a few minutes without charge. Friendly, trustworthy, and professional.

The staff here was very professional and kind! I appreciate Carlos for doing a thorough search and showing me the issues that were wrong with my car that other shops missed, incorrectly installed, or never told me about. Being able to trust shops seems to be rarity nowadays. I definitely appreciated the discounts and alignment from the service manager Daniel gave to me for being patient with them. Was able to get my car back same day as they even worked on it after hours! For your needs, definitely come to this shop!

The customer service here is really great. Josh helped us fix a flat I was had on my truck. He was really nice & helpful rendering aid. I would recommend anyone to come here to get your car serviced!

Terry G. was fantastic and really helped figure out the best plan of action that fit in my budget and kept me safe driving! While I was waiting I also overheard another employee helping another customer, explaining that what another shop told him needed done absolutely did not so that saved that customer a heafty chunk of change too. They're pretty much full service I think, including state inspection, so I'll be 1000% coming back here and to other Brakes Plus locations when I move, especially for their lifetime brake pads! Thanks so much!

Received excellent service today from Terry at Brakes Plus. He efficiently fixed the ventilator under my hood that was falling down. The staff member at the front desk was also very friendly. The team at Brakes Plus is top-notch, and I will certainly return for future car needs.

Recently, I had some minor and major work done on my 2012 Nissan Juke. We had just purchased a used Juke and needed to get the brakes done, so I brought it in. Even when I specified that I expected the calipers to be replaced, Brakes Plus was honest with me about what was needed and why, and only suggested replacing the rear ones due to corrosion. Later, when the Juke had a major engine problem, I asked the crew at Brakes Plus if they had any shops they could recommend for a rebuild or swap. To my surprise, they said they would look at it. Within a day, they had diagnosed the Juke, which had put a connecting rod through the engine block. After reviewing our options, we decided to find an engine, and after a fair amount of time on the phone, Brakes Plus found a brand new engine from Nissan in Dallas. I was given an estimate of two weeks to complete the engine swap, but my wife got her Juke back in less than two weeks.Brakes Plus provided honest and outstanding customer service and quality work that exceeded my expectations. First I'd like to thank Carlos for the great customer service upon entering the shop. Carlos was very friendly, professional and listened to my concerns. I'd also like to thank Terry, the gentleman who looked over my brakes and was VERY HONEST ! I am visiting from Colorado and knew I did not really have a problem with my breaks, I just wanted the assurance that while driving in Dallas traffic my breaks were indeed good. I came in with grinding brakes and was told I needed pretty major repairs. I was skeptical they would fix them properly and timely. To my surprise I was in and out in only 3 hrs with perfect brakes. Carlos and crew are Rock Stars! I will be back if I ever need other work done...thanks guys.

Went in without an appointment, and my alignment took a reasonable time. Friendly service! Terry went above and beyond to find out that my right front control arm nut was missing, and the bolt almost slid out. Thank you so much! Who knows what could have happened to me on the road if he hadn't found out. Extremely recomend!

Been here twice in the past two weeks. First time for brake replacement. I was assisted by Jackson, who was so helpful I came back again when I needed my state inspection (which Jackson also handled). Highly recommended.

I never knew a chain repair place could feel like a local mechanic. The employees here know you by name, treat you with respect, and get you taken care of and back on the road incredibly fast. Carlos, Daniel, and Terry treated me so well. Highly recommend Brakes Plus Richardson and I will absolutely go back!

Jackson and Carlos helped me out today.Went in for a state inspection and an oil change which they got done in a reasonable time, Carlos was kind and super nice to talk with and Jackson was funny, very personable and professional.I ended up having a reoccurring problem with my civic s skid plate come up that I ve had happen after visits with other places I ve gone to including Honda, but these guys helped me out with it and even showed me under my car; what to look at and how to avoid it happening again.I ve come here for my inspection before, but I normally go to valvoline for my oil changes, however, I ll be coming back here from now on.Thanks Jackson, Carlos, and the mechanics working today!

Was referred to this BreaksPlus by my tire vendor for an alignment. Worked with Terry for my service and it was a great experience. Very thoughtful and no pressure for other services. They did provide a list of needed services because of the age and milage on my car but didn t do the high pressure, emergency song and dance lots of other shops do these days. Because of that, I brought my car back in for additional work on that list. Honest shops can be hard to find - this one is now on my keeper list.

Had to drive thru wreck debris today. About a half a mile after it my tire sensor went off so I pulled into Brakes Plus. Terry was very helpful. He checked all my tires and put my spare on the damaged tire even though they aren t a tire shop. I m a small woman that has never changed a tire so I m extremely grateful for his assistance and generosity. Will be back for state inspection and other maintenance. Thanks Terry!

Stop waiting.. go now!! Jackson runs an amazing shop. He makes auto work sound like English. They CARE as much as they know! Jeff and Jesus saved my life with work on my alignment... Before the rain. Honestly. They do what's right and what's best. Also, they got Terry! Who can fix ANYTHING from brakes to printers. No one else will get my business going forward. I was referred to them by discount tire. These guys are the best!!!
