Came to get my watch battery replaced. The employees were friendly, they replaced my watch battery in less than 5 minutes, reset the time and date for me. My entire visit was great and I can t recommend a business enough. Not to mention I saved a trip to the mall and this was cheaper. These guys are helpful and genuine. 10/5 stars.

Just visited the store for replace the Bad battery.. The Plano location already tested and confirmed that battery! But out of stock, and send me to this location, the employee told me he said that battery need to take out and a 24 hour for a test! And he use a very small, no professional one to do a test show me is good battery result .. I think we cannot trust a small brand, the warrantee is nothing! The employee said they are a franchise store, so he don t wanna do this work for no money! I m so sad!

The staff here was incredibly helpful. I have an older car and they happily special ordered a few different fobs and figured out in person which one works best. Communication was awesome. And the programming was fast. Highly recommended!

Outstanding costumer service, went above beyond getting the right key fobs in and programmed, ran into an issue ordering and in programming, but they apologized and took full responsibility and corrected it all quickly and did it all with smiles, friendliness and best price in town. Highly recommend them, they know what they are doing when it comes to key fobs. Skip the high price and rude dealers and go to my new friends at Batteries Plus!

Easily ordered a new car battery online and scheduled a pickup for the next day with free installation. My car had rusted parts making the installation tricky but staff worked hard to get the old battery out and install the new one. Price was better than any other place in town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and welcoming.

Needed to get my key blanks I ordered cut, and they had no issues cutting it for me, I even got to watch! Very nice staff, and are quite knowledgeable of their services.

I had the absolute BEST customer service experience today! I was locked out of my vehicle and needed to get to work. There was only one person working but he still tried his best to come to me. Luckily, I was able to get my key to work. They replaced the battery and everything is all good. Thank you so much, Sudeendra for your excellent customer service!! You have gained a new customer.

Sudeendra Prahaladhan, owner, and Louie Rodriguez are amazing. I had an issue with my car's battery and they went above and beyond in getting the battery installed. I arrived right before the store closed and they stayed late to take care of it. They were both so courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service!

The best of the best! My phone is 4 years old and had been showing signs of battery wear. I first took it to an authorized Samsung phone repair place, but after that place had ordered a replacement battery, I called them to see when it would be in, and they said it was out of stock. So I figured, I've had some really good experiences with Batteries Plus - they have never failed to have a battery I needed - so I would call them. They said yes, they did have that battery on their premises - a genuine Samsung battery, not a knockoff - so I decided to come in and have the repair done there. The nice young man who had originally taken my call said the repair would take 45 minutes. Well, I hardly had time to sit down before the repair was done!! Very expertly, too. They even put on the new Otterbox I had bought (somewhere else) when my old one got worn out. Everyone at this store is very courteous and professional. As for me, like a simpleton, I had not backed up my phone data, but no data at all was lost during the repair. These are the go-to guys if you ever need a battery of any kind or a phone repair done. No problems, no hassles, and I can tell they're cool with dealing with nervous people like me. So glad I chose Batteries Plus for this repair! They totally rock!

Do NOT get your phone fixed here. Went to get screen replaced and they replaced my screen with the most delicate and cheapest quality screen possible that will crack and break with the slightest touch. Go somewhere else and save your money.

Awesome experience!! Ordered online and was ready to pickup in the store. They even offered to lend tools and help install my new car battery but declined since I already brought my own tools. Staff was friendly and helpful would buy from this location again.

I worked here during 2020, through early 2021. The owner, Sudeendra, is an astute businessman at the top of his game. I always enjoyed how Sudeendra would include each employee s opinion in his decision-making. It made me feel truly valued as an individual, instead of a day-to-day retail drone. As a result, the employees treat customers with utmost respect and readily handle their needs, as evidenced by the many 5-star reviews below. If you need quality customer service, or a job, Batteries Plus Bulbs Richardson is a great place to look!

I dropped my phone and glass shattered on both sides. I was just going to throw away and get a new one. Michael fixed my phone and it is better than "new." He put a higher powered battery in phone and I am very satisfied. I wanted to kiss him!

Five stars for what Sudeendra, the manager of the Richardson, TX, location, both did and did not do for my fianc� and me. First thing yesterday morning we brought in his 1st generation iPhone that needed a screen replacement that same day. Sunheedra said his tech was unavailable until noon and even then, he couldn't guarantee the replacement would work. We decided to take a chance, then ask if he knew of anywhere else we could take it. At first he said no, while my fianc� and I were coordinating how to handle his day without a phone, Sudeendra was able to recommend another servicer he trusted. I took it there and got the phone fixed in 15 minutes. We so appreciate Sudeendra's help, even though it meant giving up business. However, if I ever need services in the future that his store provides, I will give definitely give him my business again because of his generosity.

Quickly diagnosed my iPad as nothing wrong . Malik must have magic hands. Both staff members were very polite and a great sense of humor. No charge for the diagnostic. Will be back!!

After an initial bad experience with the tech. and customer service. at this store, I took my iPad to another Batteries Plus store to "fix" the initial repair which was promised in four hours and took four days, the store manager of this store was contacted and, after he interviewed, my iPad was repaired correctly for which I am grateful.

Went on a early Saturday morning to get my iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed after shattering the screen the day prior. Quick and friendly service, my phone was done in just a few hours since they had the parts. They tested it with me before letting me leave to make sure everything worked properly. Second time going to this place for a screen repair, would definitely recommend

I went here yesterday to replace a failed motorcycle battery I had previously purchased at Batteries Plus. The salesperson told me that because I purchased it at another Batteries Plus store that I had to replace it there. I told that to the salesman at the other store and he said I should report this store because the warranty is nationwide. That was frustrating. I drove several miles out of my way to get to the other store - and they didn't have the battery, but the first store I went to did. This experience was about a year ago.Since then, I recently had another Batteries Plus battery issue (different battery) and learned that Batteries Plus stores are franchise-owned. I didn't have my receipt with me this time and learned that stores owned by different franchises don't share databases, so they can't look up each other's transactions. Fortunately, the two stores I went to were within 10 miles of each other. If I was out of state, I would've had to buy a new battery. Batteries Plus should tell you these things when you buy a battery from them.During this second experience, at this store, the technician charged my battery and told me that it tested ok after he'd charged it. I appreciated his thoroughness. I raised my rating two stars. After inspecting the inside of my battery cable, I saw that it had a layer of corrosion on it. There was none on the outside. That surprised me. I cleaned both cables and haven't had any issues since then.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable employees. I came into the store needing to replace a battery in my key fob. I was in and out with a freshly installed battery in just a couple of minutes. Top notch service.

Great service! I had a watch battery they didn't feel comfortable replacing due to some mechanical intricacies, so the owner, Sundeendra, offered to take the watch to a watchmaker for them to replace the battery at no extra charge. My watch was ready 2 days later! I will definitely be back and would recommend this franchise to anyone.

This is an honest business! I walked in to the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!The two gentlemen helped me with my mom s replacement battery and showed me that I could get a new shell for my Tahoe key fob and he replaced it and tested the new battery on both the clock and fob!Thank you for awesome customer service! I will always come back for battery, etc. needs! Ps this store is so clean and organized!! A+

They are the nicest and most helpful people I've ever met from the moment you meet them you feel like family,also they are not only reasonable in prices but as we women know bulbs around the house are sometimes certain ones are hard to find ,well they have all of them with several options,I haven't got to the battery side yet .How I found them is yes they also fix phone screens and they are fast and take pride in what they are doing making sure that there customers are happy. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had,so I am looking forward to my next time. I Love Them !!

I received an email on 11/22 at 9:00 am stating that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store at 9:15 am, the employee said that the order was not ready and that he would call me when it was ready. At 12:00 PM on 11/23, I still had heard nothing, so I drove to the store and found that the order was ready, but nobody had bothered to call me, and nobody had any intention of calling me. I care little about price but, I demand outstanding customer service from all vendors. This was my first and last attempt at using your company as a vendor. I purchase, on average, 5 vehicle batteries per month for my business. Batteries Plus blew it with me, and I will stay with another vendor.

The sales and tech staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They came across as sincerely interested in solving my issues and exceeded my expectations. I will look for opportunities to do additional business with them in the future. The experience was refreshing. Awesome job!
