I've been bringing my cars here for over 20 years. Always the best service, diagnostics and prices. Anybody that accuses these guys of being dishonest are full of it.

This place exceeded my expectations! Not only were they quick, efficient and friendly, but when they opened up the hood of my car, a rabbit had been burrowed up inside there and it jumped out and went down into the underneath pit of their garage and 3 of the gentlemen who worked there took the time and effort to really search for this bunny and were able to capture it and bring it up and release it into the field next door. They were heroes!! I will absolutely be back. Any place that goes that above and beyond to show such kindness and rescue a bunny has my business for life. And a great oil change on top of it all! Found these guys a few months ago. We have 4 kids and a fleet of cars. They have helped all my kids with various issues as well as my wife with a bad battery connection. Always up front about what it is and fair about what it is going to cost.If appearance and big spacious waiting rooms is important to you, these aren t your folks. If you want great service and honesty, here you are.

My family always brings our cars to Johnny at Arapaho Quick Lube. He is very thorough, trustworthy, takes great care of our cars, follows up, and most importantly he cares for our safety. He won t let us drive anything unsafe, and we even bring cars to him when we are looking at purchasing used cars to get his opinion on if it s a good purchase. Best place to go for anything you need done to your car. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Plus best prices around. I came in as a walk-in and was out in under and hour with a wiring issue. Will definitely come back for anything else I need.

Read the great reviews and went here for the first time this morning to get an oil change and have my car checked out before a roadtrip. According to my receipt, they checked over 20 different things, filled my washer fluid, filled my tires, and only charged me for the oil change and radiator flushing which I was long overdue for. The owner was very kind and got me in and out in a half hour - this will be my new go-to shop for all car maintenance!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I have had my Volvo repaired so many times I ve lost count. The service is the best, and they are so knowledgeable. I would highly recommend for all car needs. My vehicle needed suspension work. Omar greeted me, looked over my vehicle, checked my check-engine light and was able to diagnose my problem on the spot. I was given a quote for the repairs needed and he said he could perform them that day. John was also very professional and honest about an additional part needed to complete the repairs.Support your local business and take your vehicle to these guys! Took forever to do an oil change this was about 3 months ago. I'm due for one again and had to go to another place because this place didn't even put on the recommended oil for my Toyota camry. My car uses 0W-16 and they didn't even tell me or ask me if the 0W-20 was ok. This voided my warranty with the dealership. Also I'm pretty sure they broke my breather hose because nobody has even popped the hood of this except them. I trusted them with my car but never again.

I have been taking my cars to John for around 10 years. He is always honest and fair on his labor and pricing. My daughter and Ex wife only go there as well before we trust him and we are loyal to our relationships. If u need one whoU can always trust. I highly recommend John.

Very Good price, Great service, and friendly. They fixed my Car s all 4 brake Pads/ Rotors and Oil change for the right price. I am an Airline Pilot I had to travel for work. So, I left my car at the shop and when I came back all was set and ready. I went here for the first time today and had a great experience! I needed an oil change and a state inspection done. The staff was knowledgable and friendly and worked quickly. I usually dread taking my car to get serviced because I'm pressured to purchase additional services. The staff here never once did that! I will be a repeat customer from now on.

One star b/c the actual mechanic was great. However, the manager John, is a dishonest snake. Charged $50 to take the car apart . After hearing his ridiculous prices, we opted to go elsewhere. Then he decides he needs to charge $50 for basically doing nothing. My husband says he could tell the mechanic was uncomfortable with this. There were several elderly people there to have their vehicles serviced. I m certain John will have a field day taking advantage of them. Beware and only go here if you enjoy overpaying.

Brought my car in for inspection and was turned away due to lack of catalytic converters. I have 2 cats on my car, one on the midpipe from factory and an additional one on my downpipe, the guy did not even look under the car. If you have aftermarket exhaust go elsewhere.

I have been coming here for some years now the Owner s Name is John. They have never failed me the service is the best and friendly staff. I would recommend for all you auto repair needs. They will take care of you here!!! The wait is never long and they do all kinds of repairs. Again they have the Best Sevice and Staff in Town!!!

We went with a serious issue. They quoted a price and time, then said no because they were going to close soon. They told us to take the chance to keep driving it. Not more than 20 minutes later our vehicle broke on the highway. They were all just standing in the garage talking. They could have helped.

john and his team have kept our vehicles serviced and repaired for years. they do our oil changes and inspections as well all minor and most major repairs. one of my suburbans has 295,000 miles and has seen service here since i bought it new in 2005!

Went there to try and see if they can fix my splash guard on the bottom of my car since it was kind of hanging in the front for missing some screws they wanted to charge me $15.00 dollars to gel me out and put some damn screws in the bottom.. I would suggest do not go there they like to take advantage of people and charge you very high prices for little to no work!!! Only reason I stopped was because it was the first place I came across and I was far from home and the shop I took to yesterday that didn t put them back on!!! Save your time and money all they do is Rob People the man there compared to fixing a flat !! Said they charge $ 12.00 to fix a flat tire.

Honestly, I will refer my friends to this shop. Yes, they are efficient and reliable. True story. It s now 4 years since I started taking my auto problems to them and with zero complaints. Ask for John and Consider your car problems solved.

Been using Jon's shop for 12 yeaes. Wouldnt take our family's vehicles anyplace else. He knows customer loyalty, knows his stuff and treats you right!

The guy easily identified what the problem was and fixed it. And I was about to bring him more businesses as I had two more cars that needed repairs. Initially, he said he would do for 180, but when I went there to pay, he said the charge was 220. I did not want to argue with him but he charged me around 220 dollars for just replacing the bolt on my AC compressor. This place is total rip off. I just needed AC work done ASAP, but I will never bring my cars here. Stay Away this place. This man needs to learn work ethics. Other than that he seems like a good mechanic.

Arapaho quick lube has been a great help for me and my daughter. I bought a vehicle and has had the privilege of them being the most generous and gracious workers of all time. I will continue to work with John owner and the rest of the crew for any vehicle I have . . Thanks guys for all you do.

I wish I could give them "0" stars but that is not an option. We took our car to Complete Auto Repair to get the tie rods replaced since it was the lowest quote that we received. I should have known then it would not be quality work. Once done we took our vehicle over to the dealership to get recall work done. They asked who did the front end work and for me to take it back to get it done right. When I get back over there they start arguing with me that we now need to get our struts replaced. Mechanic came out and jacked up the car then proceeded to show me the struts and said they were leaking. He said see all the dirt around them? That means it s leaking. I said NO it s because almost everything under the hood has grease on it. It s an engine. He got mad and went in and sat back down. I eventually took it to two different auto shops and both stated that the struts were not leaking and don t need to be replaced. Now with the tie rods fixed properly from a reputable repair shop and stabilizer bars replaced the car drives like it s new. I would highly suggest not getting any work done there except maybe an oil change. I bet even then they will find some other unnecessary repair to charge you for.
