I can't say this about hardly any pilot , but this one smelled clean and was an exceptional visit in the best of ways. You're experience may be different but everything about my visit was stellar including the food from the marketplace . Great showers with pressure and no shortage of hot water. Everything stocked and professional displaying. Got greeted with an authentic hello and welcome like they were proud to be employed here and understandably so.Great prices on everything and plenty of parking for us commercial trucks even at 8 pm at night which was refreshing.Can't say enough that you guys shouldn't change a thing and thoroughly enjoyed coming by and spending my hard earned money here.

This place was nice for Us drivers until Greed got a hold of Management? Now Hardly Any Free parking. We truck Owners Are Not Making A Killing unlike Pilot and Flying J Owners. Sad All these corporate Owners Forget Who made them so RICH. Also, was parked by scale they made me move 4 hours later there was 5 trucks or more. Very infuriating.

Came here to park for a 10.And I was blown away by how clean this Pilot is. I almost didn t want to step on the floor!!!LOLFrom the floors, the restrooms and the staff!!!Pilot needs to send their VP s here and take pointers. (ASAP, hope Pilot VP recognize the employees here!!!)-2nd shift-Tammy & Athena great smiles, awesome personalities and You don t see that much in enough Pilots.I go to all states.So if there is a Pilot.Been there and this one definitely stands out.Thanks.

I thought this place was brand new, apparently its been open 4 years. Im an OTR driver and I've got to say this place is IMMACULATE! The staff is great and I want to give a shout out to Anthony for being super helpful. LISTEN UP PILOT!!! All your location's should be like this location.

Apparently the store doesn't use huge enough signs that distinguish which bathroom is for what gender cause a guy walked right into the women's restroom and a lady informed him that he was in the women's restroom- the guy claimed he didn't know. He leaves and comes back & tells a lady that he needed to go and she told him about the far stall (the one I was in) being in use but sees no problem with him being in there.For him to claim he didn't know he was in the women's restroom when all the signs were there (no urinals are in the women's restroom and the women's signs are there)- it sends red flags. What makes it worse is that all management did basically was offer an apology. While I get that its all they can do, it doesn't help make things safe.

Clean store. Ordered a 7 piece hot wing and only got 5. Was charged for a 7 piece combo and a separate charger for the potato wedges. Washing machine took my quarters but didn't register them. Manager gave me my money back.

If your coming in from north bound and want to continue south bound, do not bother stopping. This pilot will eat up more time on your DOT clock for a fuel stop. They do not have an exit out the back to return to the 287. Which they should. Instead, you have to go 2+ miles back north, make a left into the median. And a dangerous Left to head back south. Not Good for 18 wheels and a heavily traveled highway.

Nobody mentioned the train that screeches by and blasts the horn every hour or so!!! I parked on a perfectly cool night where I didn't idle my truck and had the windows open with the screens in.... Kind of a noticable thing here reviewers.... The train tracks run north-south along the eastern edge of the parking lot if that helps anybody. I guess most of these reviews are written by people who just stopped in for cigarettes or candy & don't have to actually spend any time here. I went in to grab a bag of Indiana popcorn and they were dated Oct 2018.. (I am writing this review on 04/20/19) I told a woman who was cleaning the hot dog grill wearing a pilot t-shirt, with a pilot name tag, and she told me to tell somebody else. So if you are reading this review in August of 2020 those pop corn bags are probably still there... LMAO

This is a new-ish location. They have every amenity a driver needs. Showers, laundry, pj fresh, transflo, and 3 tv's in the drivers lounge close to the laundry room. The staff are verry polite and helpfull. They are more than willing to stop and talk to you about what ever you need. Will stop again when i get the chance.

Very clean through & through from the restrooms to the showers to the diesel lanes. Had a nice & clean lounge to catch up on some news with all the craziness happening in the world. Go see Holly, she ll be keeping the store clean & up to par, inside & out.

Clean facilities (both the bathrooms and the showers), very friendly staff, and the food at the dining area (PJ Fresh Marketplace) was great! Personally, I think some of the older Pilot Travel Centers that are starting to look a little run down should get a face lift to be like this place! This stop was amazing and I'd love to see more like it! This Pilot is definitely my go to whenever I am in this area!

Decent keto protein breakfast option...minus the vegetables tho. Wish they had that to but mayb that jus me. Dont mind the gravy, that jus a moment of weakness!!!

Poor truck stop no clear where is entrance and where is exit. Sign bord light was closed. Many construction on driveway and on pump. Don't come here you may stuck or may truck can damage property.

I'm a truck driver and I like everything they do for us drivers. The reward points are outstanding. They also give out free items as well. The staff are very nice and friendly

The store was very clean and staff extremely helpful and friendly!! We have been traveling for 2 days and it was so nice to go into a restroom that looked and smelled clean!! Thank you Pilot Travel Center in Rhome, Texas for a pleasant experience during a stressful day.!!

By far the cleanest Pilot. Staff was also super nice! Very impressed. Plenty of grass in the back for truckers to walk their poochies, as well. Two entrances/exits for truckers so they dont have to back track. Again, really impressed that this is a Pilot.

Always has great restrooms. They have water fill for RV. They have washer and dryer facilities. The washer and dryer has room for improvement. The staff is great about assistance if you have any problems.

The whole team. The whole staff hear this. Yall rock yall are the best pilot. Good team that works together. Above and beyond with customer service. Showers always clean. Restroom always clean

This is the real pandemic here. A huge problem all over the United States with both Flying J and Pilot. There are always multiple fuel islands down for one reason or another. Always drivers clogging up fuel islands by taking 30 min dot breaks. Yes, if we had the opportunity to spend our fuel dollars elsewhere we would. But the company we contract with only allows us to fuel at Pilot / Flying J. The Pilot Flying J family really needs to do a better job maintaining their fuel islands. It wastes a lot of valuable to being stuck at one of two working pumps because of lack of urgency in maintenance.

Pilot flying j,,Rhome,This travel center is actually quite good.Always clean,, friendly helpful staff .Never had a bad experience thereHas food ready to eat in the deli,,always really good.Really like this travel center..and have a reward card that actually saves me moneyGas, service and a friendly smile. This is my Pilot travel center...thanks pilot

Like every truck driver, I've been to a lot of truck stops. This is as spacious as the pilot branch, has a nice layout, has a much better quality and clean dining area than many restaurants. the employees are really kind and smiling.

This is the best of any Flying J/Pilot Travel Center my hubby and I have ever stayed! Truck driving life is difficult enough without horrible employees. The showers were the cleanest, food was freshest, and the customer service was top notch from management (Brandy), to the gentleman that worried over our shower experience! Even these words do little justice to how welcoming the whole staff was to us! In today s uncertain world, it s nice to find that shining example of what used to hold precedence in simple merchant to patron interaction. Thank you Manager Brandy and your crew on 3/20/2022.

Always great restrooms. The food selection is pretty good. The app gives you great deals everyday. Plus October is 10� off a gallon of gas. WOW
