I took my 04 ford to rawson a couple of times and when they would repair the truck the same thing would go wrong with in 500 miles of me driving the truck. They also wrecked my truck yes they fixed it but I still had to pay for the repairs. I had a window fixed by them just to get it back to see they fixed one window and now another window did the exact same thing. I would say they are sketchy at best.

Quick work, at a good price. Had my ac issue diagnosed and fixed in barely a day. They've worked on 2 of my cars now and will continue to get my business

I trust their work, good people, honest and helpful. Great work ethic and very knowledgeable. Repeat customer, I ll never go anywhere else. Keith keeps your car on the road. If his shop can t fix it, sell it and get another one. A good mechanic isn t cheep and a cheep one may not be good. Get what you pay for.

Took our truck in 3 different times with the same issue, paid over $2,000 only to bring it back home to finish the job with damages that were caused by the original issues that the mechanic should of caught and included in on the original repairs. In stead he wanted to treat the on going issues as a new issue and charge us additional fees.

Took my car in with an oil leak and asked for a diagnosis and repair. A week later it was returned with a charge of over a thousand dollars and a promise the leak was fixed. Leak was even bigger the next day. Took it back. Same thing. Leak returned next day. Took it back again. Same thing. Three tries and still ouldnt find or fix the leak. Refused a refund. Took the car to another mechanic. Next morning they replaced the oil cooler. All fixed. Keith is a nice guy but either incompetent or unwilling to actually perform. Maybe you will have better luck than I.

I've been here more than once and every time I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. They are honest and do competent work in a timely manner and are easy, friendly people. I feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle here for repair.

Wouldn t trust this place to change my oil! They have no idea what they are doing! They just want to keep charging you change parts until they have finally changed everything and then come up with something new to milk more money from you! Heck, I don t even think the know how to change oil or where the oil goes! Total joke!!!!No need to contact you. The simple fact that you can t remember a customer or even get their name correct when it s right in front of you speaks for itself!

I have been taking my cars to this business since 2002. Keith has works on my Sanoma, Saturn, Oldsmobile, Silvarado, Honda and now my F250. He has always been very honest about costs, the practicality of certain repairs as well as providing other cost effective solutions. He is my first and last phone call.

Rawson Automotive has always treated us kindly and fairly. It is so hard to find a mechanic that you feel does quality work and is honest. These guys are the best!

Rawson's Auto Repair n Red Oak is only place I will go - They are HONEST & do excellent work! I very, very rarely endorce ANY BUSINESS - They are unbelievably good people - I have NEVER heard anyone say a bad word about them - in a small town - well that says it All - I will miss them when move back to Oklahoma!!
