On March 19, I had a large rock hit my windshield, while traveling east bound on I20. The rock cracked my windshield and dented the roof of my Camaro. After reading reviews, I decided to go with Caliber Collision in Red Oak for my repairs. They were one of the recommended repair shops thru my insurance. I went to Caliber late on Friday, March 22 . Even though close to closing, Nick still took the time to look at my vehicle and take pics. By Monday, March 25, I had an estimate and I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday, March 26. Enterprise rental car picked me up at Caliber and took me to their office to pick up my rental. I received an estimated date for completion of April 12. My vehicle was ready on April 5. Caliber sent text messages thru the entire process keeping me updated. I left the rental at Caliber when I picked up my vehicle. Enterprise retrieved it from there. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision and would use them again for any future repairs.

So my intention was to give Caliber Collision a 10 of 10 for the customer service I received from Lam and the fact the repair work was great. But when I opened the trunk of my car I realized that 6 boxes for my mobile boutique have been stolen. I would NEVER recommend this facility. I'll be speaking with the BBB in the morning. This has definitely been an eye opening experience.

If I could provide a grade higher than 5 stars, I would! To start, the Customer Service Representative Shanea and the Service Advisor Bryan were great. Shanea was polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Bryan was communicative, engaging and timely with all of the updates associated with the repair process. But... the General Manager Samuel took my experience over the top and far exceeded my expectations. Samuel was extremely friendly and polite while listening intently to my concerns. He responded quickly and followed through on all of his commitments. I will continue to sing his praises and suggest this location to all of my friends and family. If you have the misfortune of requiring vehicle collision repair, I would highly recommend that you run, not walk, to engage with any of these Caliber Collision Representatives, especially Samuel. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

We have had the unfortunate privilege of need a body shop 3 times recently. They have done a fantastic job at repairing our Toyota Sienna and our Jeep Wrangler. They kept us notified the entire time. I would definitely use them again.

Caliber collision is the absolute best! Their communication was immaculate, I got my car sooner than expected too. Everyone was friendly and you could tell they enjoy working there. Bryan was the best! The manager was very professional. Can i say Amazing! Caiber Collision gets an A+. They created such a smooth and streamlined process in such a stressful situation. The young lady at the front desk, had the best customer service! Mike, was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through the process, and properly set my expectations on the repairs. They navigated communication with the rental car company, and I was picked up, and in my rental in less than 20 mins.To top it all off, my vehicle was ready the day he said it would be ready, with no delays. Best car repair experience EVER! I'm a lifetime customer now!Thanks Caliber Collision, Mike and team!

Came here for minor repair to my vehicle. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They even coordinated my pick up from the car rental place. Caliber also offers a lifetime warranty which is why I chose this place. They did a great job with the repair and made sure I was satisfied with it.

Great customer service. One stop shopping. Insurance approved inspector , body shop and rental car service all onsite. Seamless drop off and vehicle retrieval. Everyone I encountered was polite and courteous. I opted for text message updates. I was frequently updated on repair progress. My vehicle was completed two days early. They power washed my vehicle and vacuumed the interior. They followed up via text, email and a telephone call to ensure I had no unaddressed issues or concerns. I took my vehicle here because it was preferred by my State Farm insurance. Caliber repaired the door handle, which had been damaged during a theft attempt. While the technician was repairing the door handle, he broke my sun roof. The technician and the Service Advisor both denied liability. They even tried to blame me for the broken sun roof. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. Stay away from Caliber!
