I couldn t be happier with the services that were provided by this shop. Danny and his team got my severely neglected 08 6.7 Cummins running in my opinion better than brand new. It blew the head gasket at 260,000 miles. Engine had severe rust and mud inside the cooling system. They replaced the head gasket, head, installed ARP head studs, installed a coolant bypass, replaced the radiator, hoses, flushed the cooling system till it was absolutely clean, changed the oil and adjusted the rockers. The engine ran so smooth at idle I couldn t even feel if the engine was on if it wasn t for the straight pipe exhaust. Best part is the vehicle was brought in basically on Tuesday and by Monday it was back in my possession Monday morning after they made sure it was 100% ready to be handed off. They had absolutely everything in stock from the gaskets to the studs and even the head itself all in stock ready to go. I couldn t recommend this place enough. If I wasn t moving out of the state they definitely would ve had a lifetime customer. Thank you again Danny and your techs can t tell you how much I appreciate the hard work y all do.

Took my 03' F250 diesel here for a few repairs, turbo maintenance, and fuel pump upgrade to air dog system. The owner Danny goes above and beyond to keep you in the loop and sends pictures of everything. Danny is very professional, has a huge clean shop, and gets the work done fast. I left loving my truck and trusting it again bc it was in the right hands! Thanks Danny!

Took my 2019 F350 DRW to see Danny about getting some upgrades done to my truck. After talking about what's best for my truck, we dropped it off at his shop to have the upgrades performed. After picking up my truck, I am absolutely satisfied with his work!! And....... Danny keeps a clean and organized shop!! I highly recommend this shop for all of your diesel needs for your Ford SD, Dodge Trucks and Chevy HD's.

Our experience with Danny at Texas Diesel was outstanding! We have a 2014 Chevrolet 2500hd duramax. We were visiting South Texas and started to have issues with the DEF system. After visiting a dealership in Harlingen twice and both times their "fixes" lasted about 30 miles. The last "fix" got us to Raymondville, where we met Danny. He took the time to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. He had his guys work through lunch to get us back on the road. No more problems. The truck runs flawlessly with no more DEF issues. I would definitely recommend his work to anyone. He really knows his stuff.

I have a story to tell. I bought a 2004 Ford F-250 from a private seller that I knew had an overheating problem and couldn t run for very long. Because of the issue, I chose to address the issue down in the Pharr, TX area where I bought the truck. A towing service recommended the truck be taken to Danny s shop. Little did I know, this was the best decision I could make. After a thorough, honest diagnosis, I realized I was close to the cost of rebuilding the engine. After much consultation weighing the pros and cons with Danny, I pulled the trigger to rebuild. Danny not only met but far exceeded my expectations. The most impressive observation for me was that Danny treated the truck as though it was his own and that it was his masterpiece in the making. Throughout the process, Danny provided me with options to add onto the initial job, explained the benefits but NEVER high-pressured me to make a decision. I added things like a bypass for oil and coolant, a new wiring harness (Danny discovered the original had rerouted wires normally not detectable), a Wicked Turbo and a rebuilt transmission (good thing because after pulling the old one it came from a junkyard). These are just some of the items added. My truck runs as good as 6.7 trucks since it essentially was upgraded in every possible way to that of a 2007 6.0 L motor. I love what Danny did for me and most importantly, my truck. She is an amazing work of art! Thank you Danny for being the first mechanic I ve ever met who loves his work and treats each truck as though it was his own. If you want the best for your diesel truck, spare no distance. Go see Danny for the best work, bar none, on your diesel truck.

Hey guys if you need or want something done to your truck or car, Danny is the man to take it to. I drove from Fort Worth to Raymondville and when I got there he already had all the parts ordered and got started on it immediately! He even showed awesome gesture and gave me a ride back to the hotel in his personal truck. Between him and his crew there isn t anything they can t get done and get it done right. He definitely has my business and my trust. He won t beat around the bush like a lot of mechanic shops do. He s very straight forward and knows exactly what he s talking about.

Danny did a complete cp4 injection pump failure on a duramax for me . I can say he does what he says and is a true stand up guy. I choose his shop simply because he answered the phone on Saturday and put the time in to talk to me what he thought it could be and what we would need to do to fix problems. His prices were fair and he even let me use his personal truck for about a week couldn't ask for a better guy.

Small Business Owner s Best Friend!Being a self employed contractor w/little time off.Do not have time to put my pickup in a shop for an unspecified number of days to be diagnosed and then another several days for repairs. My Ford F-150 ecoboost began to leak coolant around a turbo fitting, which is a notorious problem, I would discover, w/all newer model fords. A ford dealer s shop in CO got it in for diagnostics, however parts delivery would take another 3 days and a full day for repairs. This was not an option. Took their parts list print out and began calling ford shops n turbo shops from CO to TX.Upon calling Danny, didn t get excuses or attitude, just a professional gentleman w/a will do attitude. Emailed the parts list. He ordered all parts and had them when I got to Raymondville to drop off truck. He had it done in 1 day. I found out later, the parts list Ford had given me was incomplete and he had even driven back 2 hours to get the omitted parts to have the truck ready when I got there, repaired, on time as promised.I will also be taking it in for brakes, windshield, full PM and fitting on the other turbo, which is beginning to leak as well.Danny does tires, gas & diesel, older models, and has the technical expertise and equipment to work on the newest models. He does service calls for passenger and OTR tractors. He truly is an all-in-one, one-stop-shop. Every employee I encountered had the same professional courtesy as Danny himself. Danny was able to get me in last minute, and get my truck done in a matter of hours. My truck has never ran better! Truly satisfied and would recommend Texas Diesel to anyone in South TX!!

Danny is the only guy I trust to work on my truck. Danny, Joey and Darien are great workers. Rebuilt engine and transmission on my truck with a program. They don t half a$$ their work! Keep it up guys!

Took my truck to Danny s on a Monday had it by Friday running better than ever wow super impressed great customer service and great work not going anywhere else by the way my truck is a 2004 f250 6.0 had major work done and now running like a champ

This is the worst mechanic .I don't recommend this establishment one bit, vert dishonest this guy named Danny. Makes up excuses every chance he's had and sadly did not deliver on a 6.0. Don't lose out people..
