We ordered tires for my car months ago. We paid $600 up front and now cannot get ahold of anyone. They've blocked our numbers, refuse to show up at the shop to give us our tires or money.

Let's go this place is not no mechanic shop to make that clear this place is not no mechanic shop but it sure is a decent place to get your tires again not no mechanic shop they do not do any good mechanic work that I know of but a great tire shop

Thank you for helping me on Memorial Day after a long day at work! I was exhausted driving home and these two took such good care of me making sure I was safe to drive! I came very close to a blowout and had a lucky (loud) early sign of my tire falling apart. They came and put my spare on then followed me back to the shop to replace it. Great people, so kind! Did I mention this was 6 minutes before they closed on Memorial Day?!

I can't in words describe my gratitude to AAA Replacement Tire Shop.The entire staff are examples of what the human nature should be like for a better world. Roman and James Welch Thank you for saving my entire family on that treacherous road (i-20) going East.Had a total blow out... Called my Insurance company.. who never showed up .. On that Sunday late evening most near by shops were closed but AAA Replacement Tire Shop 30 miles away took the call and showed up timely... took my tire back 30 miles, replaced it and brought it back that night and bided me farewell.I will drive from Plano to Quinlan going forward for any of my vehicle tire replacements etc.I trust and believe in these guys... Thank you kindly.Ben

Really good honest people I met here. While they were working on one of my cars the next day the car that I was driving the fuel pump went out and they took the time out of there busy day to come help me on the side of the road and also were very patient with my financial situation at the time overal 5 stars!!!!!

We had a flat tire on the side of the highway at 8:00pm around the same time tire time closes, and luckily we were close enough to get some help. I called and James was so kind enough to wait on us to get there and help us. He did a great job and luckily we got to spend time with our family and got home safe!

These guys are really helpful and take care of their customers. I needed a set of tires and wheels a while back and they got me right in and back on my way. A couple months later, I picked up a nail and dropped by again. The tire was repaired and I was back on the road in no time. Much appreciated!

Great tire shop that is under new ownership and has really stepped this place up! Great service, great customer service, and they treat you like family! James is a real hometown hero, highly recommend this tire shop!

Ir your broke down james will proudly come to your rescue. Just getting his buissniss up and running but if you need a tire or flat fixed or light mechanical hes the one.

Tire Time saved me, I got a flat right before the exit at Buccees. It was 30 mins before closing time but he was so kind to take his time after hours to replace my flat. Much appreciated!!!

Came in with a side wall blow out and thankfully james was there 6:45pm but he got my side wall fixed up til i could get my tire warranteed. Thanks again James

I drove 30 minutes because it s was the only tire place that said it was open until 8pm I got there at 7:10pm and it was closed. Very upset about this I had to drive another 20 minutes to Costco on Rockwall.

Went there get some tires for my car the owner did nothing but called me bad names dont think a business owner should never do that to his customers no matter who u are i would not tell no one come to this place ever again

Bought used tire from these guys a little less than a month ago, I called him. It developed a leak and when I came back to swap it out with another used tire. The guy was completely honest and was willing to take care of me free of charge.

Estuvimos ah� hace dos fines de semana despu�s que una llanta se pinchara, el joven fue muy amable y profesional, a�n cuando ten�a planes para salir el dedic� tiempo a ayudarnos, el calor estaba muy fuerte y el hizo el trabajo lo m�s pronto que pudo !!! Gracias!!!Cuando el t�rmino todos gritamos Bravo!!! Gracias a Dios y a este joven mis padres pudieron llegar y alcanzar el cami�n que los llevar�a a Mexico !!!
