Five star service all around. First time going here. Shawna, the manager is great. Answered my questions and was very professional. The best thing is they are 1/3 of the cost vs (take 5) who try to upsell you the min you show up. I highly recommend Pit stop. I will be going here for now on.

So I found out this Shop went under new ownership back in January, the new manager Shawna is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, takes great care in how the service is done. Definitely recommend this location for any quick service required.

Used them every time to change the oil in my car. I would bring my own oil and filter and be charged a $25 labor fee. I called and asked if it was still the same and the owner said yes. After they did the labor he charged me $35. I asked why is it $35 and that I thought it was $25. He turned his head without looking me in the eyes and just said Went up! I won t return for the simple fact that I called before hand and he decided to take advantage. I highly recommend you go to a different place and get proper customer service.

I went in today for an oil change, and the woman who helped me was efficient and professional. She updated me on everything that was done to my car. I would highly recommend them.

Rusty did a great job, but the new owners are putting in Penzoil and putting Valvoline stickers in the window. They don't care what the customer wants, they are just putting in the car what they want. Buyer beware!

Worst place to ever get a oil change done broke his tool to get oil filter off left to go buy a tool came back without tool never removed my oil filter broke my fuel filter cap I had to buy replacement cap and O ringCharged me 211 dollars for oil and breaking my truck partsClose this place down

I've been going here for years. Oil changes and inspections. They do inspections on all vehicles and that really helps when it's time for motorcycle inspections. Rusty is a hometown guy and always shoots straight with people. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

There are very expensive. And u pay for full service they do not vacuum out ur car. The guy also only aired up one side of my car. And charged me $113

During my recent visit to Pit Stop Lube Center, I had an unfortunate incident where one of the employees, rusty, hit my car. What made the situation even more disappointing was that rusty didn t even acknowledge or apologize for the damage caused. This lack of accountability and customer service left me extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and addresses the behavior of their employees to prevent such incidents in the future. DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE HIGHER

When the owner is there, this never happens. I paid $78 for full service oil change with synthetic blend. I asked for 35 lbs of pressure in my tires, they weren't touched. They didn't even add wiper fluid. I should have paid for a basic oil change. Knowing this, maybe they used cheap oil instead of synthetic blend. How would I know? They weren't busy, but were in a huge hurry. They also gave me a sticker saying 210000 miles for the next oil change. My car only has 50k miles on it. I got the sticker for the other vehicle also getting an oil change. They need to slow down and take care of their customers when the owner is not there.Service: Oil change

I got to get an oil change with full service for my roommate ( Ronnie Jones). Been doing it for years. They never vacuum out my car, check tire pressure but yet it says they did on my receipt. This is the first time they put wiper fluid in the car. Never have before even though all my other receipts said they have. So I paid $82.55 for basic service. I keep giving them a chance to do the right thing, but no more. I will find some where else to go!Service: Oil change

My experience was great, stop getting your oil changes somewhere else and come over to Pitstop. The staff is super friendly and they actually work with you, the prices are super affordable they got me in and out in no time! Thank you pit stop staff, and thank you to the newer gentleman who looked over my car in detail to make sure it was good. The staff really car!

Came for inspection waited to be attended for 20 to 30 mins after being recommend this place for its fast and easy service. There was a car in front of me who eventually left after waiting but I decided to be patient but with no luck I was not helped. I decided to leave since my time could be wasted doing something productive.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, and would when the owner is there. But the past few times I ve tried to get an inspection done I have someone plus sized rudely tell me they won t pass my car because of my headlights. Which yes the housing is black but the lenses are clear and the statue says the lenses must be clear and not smoked. You can t argue the law with them because they think they are always right. I don t believe I will ever be back to this location as long as the aggressive plus sized person is working there. I ll also add that I have had my vehicle inspected at this location with the same headlights. The trick is to go when the owner is there. But to take a shot in the dark as to if you will be treated rudely or not isn t worth trying to give them my business.

Accidentally left my wallet at home. No worries! The manager recognized my stepson and told us to go home and get it and bring it back. He trusted me and I definitely brought the money back! Full survice oil change was only $89.01! That's a bargain! I still had enough $$ for gas for the week!

My inspection was due and I carried my furbaby with me hoping that they didn't have a line of cars. Well there was three cars in front of me. But I didn't have to wait long. I think I was done in less than ten minutes. I appreciated their courtesy, their swiftness and politeness. Awesome place to go. I will go back again and this time for oil change and definitely, I will send people their way. Thank you, Brenda Slovacek Yates.

This is the go to place for vehicle maintenance! Been doing business here many years and really appreciate someone else doing it. I used to do my own .... got tired of transporting used motor oil to dump it. We have multiple vehicles and I can trust Rusty to get it done. The few bad reviews I see are just people mad at the world. They will never be pleased. The place is fast and friendly!

Went in for an inspection. I had some issues with my headlights. They didn't charge me so I ran down to get what I needed to fix that and returned and got the inspection done for only $7! If I didn't change my own oil I would definitely return. Very friendly staff

Fantastic customer service! Got me in AFTER HOURS!!! The inspector came running after me as I was trying to leave bc they were closed and told me they will get the work done....on a SATURDAY!!! I have been using Pit Stop for my Oil Change needs for all of my cars since I moved to Quinlan four years ago. The owner takes pride in his business and the service is always great. Highly recommend that you try them.

They got what I needed done, an inspection of my vehicle, but the service was lackadaisical at best. It was quick though, which was a plus. What threw me off was one of the technicians SMOKING in the service bay! Seems a bit dangerous to do so around the various fluids and fumes, plus some patrons might not appreciate their cars smelling of cigarette smoke after a service.

at first i though this was a good place and he allowed me to provide my own oil . was happy about that but luckily i only drove to the gas station . i looked over to the oil container i provided amd noticed it was almost full . i check my oil and found out they only put about one quart in the car . I used what was left over and put 3 quarts in and then had the normal 1/2 quart from a five quart container. the car takes 4 1/2 quarts . so if you use this place be sure to check your oil before you drive off. He almost bought an engine for me .Service: Oil change
