They never did credit me either. I NEED SOME ONE FROM CORPORATE TO CALL ME. THISIs obscene.Never ever again will I buy a battery from O'Reilly's....or anything!!!I will walk!!!O'Reilly's Battery Warranty13 months old on 24 month warraI cannot believe how I was treated at the Quinlan Store. The Greenville Store helped me over the phone while I sat in the Quinlan store parking lot. The counter guy needs to carefully consider his career choice. I was challenged before the words left my lips. "Bad Battery" = hoops to jump through, two days to resolve and 1/2 hour explaining how your system works and how you cannot honor the warranty because an employee failed to enter the purchase in the same system under my phone number at the time of purchase.Your data entry return criteria policy blah blah... none of It is my concern!! Here's how this works people....I exchange hard earned dollars for a product I need and you provide said part PERIOD THE END. I PAY YOU AND THE REST IS ON YOUR SIDE OF OUR DEAL I'M DONE.WHATEVER YOU DO ON YOUR LITTLE KEYBOARD IS NOT MY CONCERN SO DON'T SCHOOL ME!!! YOU USED SALES TACTICS POINTING OUT THE WARRANTY. HONOR IT!! It has a date sticker on it, it's your brand, can't get it anywhere else! Bring back yellow and green tickets. They don't disappear!!!Ridiculousness!!!That battery left me in harms way, in extremely dangerous heat 3 times. It will not hold a charge.But it took you from 2:00p to 8:30p on a Saturday to agree with me and then the manager plays a game....policy policy can't honor the warranty because my receipt faded to nothing from the poor quality paper you use....that's on your end. When I bought it you failed to enter it under my phone number.I refused to leave without a warranty replacement... it's almost closing time and you waisted my day on a test!! Then refuse to serve me leaving me stranded at night!!!!Then, manager suddenly has the authority to replace with a new battery but speaks to me like I were a child, stating "just this once" and "he will never do it again". "don't let this happen again". So, I agreed, and stated "I promised, this will never happen again".******Either you adhere to policy or you have discretion to make exceptions. How dare you play a game with me.So, because I said that, he told me forget it. I was forced to purchase a new battery to get home and they refuse to honor the warranty.HOW DARE YOU! Made me buy a battery, just to bring it back the next day and undo the damn transaction. I wanted my old battery back to take to Greenville. Only then did the assistant manager take care of the exchange. Greenville store had record of my battery purchase!!!I don't like the person I have to be sometimes just to insist you provide me with the product or service I have paid for...you don't even have to be courteous anymore, just honor the sale and warranty!!I will NEVER FORGET THE WAY YOU MADE ME FEELThis happened August 26, 2023

I walked clearly lost into the parts store but nobody came to help me i had to ask another customer where the item that i needed would be after getting the item i went to the counter where there was only one person she was on the phone and told me to hold on by holding a finger up no problem i precesed to stand thereand no one else came to ring me up. Two men came to pay for their items what do you know suddenly another employee must have clocked in because they sure rang the other customers up with a quickness while i continued to stand and be ignored. Now i know everyone could see my 350 pound self standing there the only reasons i could come up with for being treated so poorly was discrimination due to my weight or the fact that people from quinlan have never seen a fat person they are only used to seeing skinny strung out people hmmm go figure

The store was absolutely dead when we pulled up. Boyfriend just walked in and the guy at the counter acted like he didn t wanna do any work.He and my boyfriend were the only one there. My boyfriend tried to help him search the part and the guy wouldn t even click the right part that got brought up to continue to search through inventory. He then shooed my boyfriend away without even finishing the search for the product saying oh idk you re gonna have to special order this BELT It clearly showed it was in stock and for whatever reason refused to continue on with the sell. Auto zone was busy across the street. Guess I can see why who ever was working tonight was very lazy and my boyfriend was even trying to help him. We prefer orileys over autozone and ended up across the street anyways. To the guy who s working, please do better. We are all trying out here yet we still gotta work. I hate to leave bad reviews but I would want to know if something s going on at my store that is messed up.

I always love going to O'Reilly's in Quinlan. The people are always ready to help assist people any time I go there and always seem very knowledgeable- and if for some reason an associate isn't sure about something, they always go and find the answer for me, whether if its from another associate, info from their computer system, or assistance from the manager. Very good people and definitely would recommend them to anyone!

staff are friendly enough and if they don't have what you need there is an autozone and Wal-Mart right across the street.

Waited in line forever about 8 people in line 2 working the front one employee walking scanning things on the shelves another employee was asked to come up front to help and said I'm busy packing things up and wrapping things so I left and whet across the street to autozone along with 3 other costumers who were waiting I was in line for almost 10 minutes

Visit this store if you are ghettofied and want to feel at home, there are some real winners in and around Quinlan Texas wink,wink, believe the rumors about the area because its all true!

I needed help and I had a worker helping me and he walked off and just decided I wasn't worth helping I had to figure it out and get help from a customer be he just couldn't be bothered to help me. At first they sold me the wrong product and then tried to treat me like it was my fault I had a worker help me last week and he got me the wrong thing. I really feel like it was because my truck is older and I'm a over weight girl who is older than I look and he figured he didn't have to care about me. I won't go back and I may never go back to another O'REILLY's again.

Ten dollars higher than autozone for renting tools. Staff is nice in person but nor so much by phone and was given the wrong part last week and had to go back to town get the correct one which they didn't have in stock.

I *have* to admit, I've never had to buy any serious parts for my 2003 VW Jetta TDI, but the staff has always been helpful (e.g., product for fogged-over headlights), friendly, and have a good sense-of-humor.

I like O'Reilly's however I avoid this paticular one in quinlan because there is always someone working there with attitude and unwillinging to help you out. Yes good parts, somewhat knowledgeable employees but bad attitudes and sometimes bad service.

This O'Reilly's is the best auto store in town. They always go out of their way to help you. Ken is AMAZING!! He is always willing to help me everytime I go in and he even put on my new battery on my car for me!!

Had an issue with someone not knowing what a crank sensor was...if you work for an auto parts store, at least know a little about a car
