I've been using them for tire repairs (including lawn tractor) for the past few years, and have always been happy with their work and their service. Flat repair seems a bit expensive at $15, but I've never had a problem with their repairs!

This guy billed my insurance for work he did NOT do. This is a bad place and I will be filing a fraud case on this thief. You want to get a bad jib done then waste your money on this places. Liars, bad customer service, fraud, thief.

Bought 500 worth of tires and one spare rim! The rim was old and cracked and they said that s too bad lady we don t give refunds after a week of buying! No one speaks English and they have no clue how to treat the customers! Last dollar I will give that crew!

The worst auto repair & tire shop EVER. Owner is Absolutely awful, so sad. Worked on my husband and my vehicle and had to take it back 4 times, unprofessional and rude (other stuff as well but refuse to spend anymore energy and tears, on this, still not fixed and having to spend more money on getting it fixed if it's even worth it.)!! Owner laughed at my husband!! Smh, 0 Stars, had to put at least one to do review. Would not send my worst enemy there. Beware Really, I'm writing this review because it's not okay to do business like this and except other not to warn people

Great place to get tires put on. I have custom painted wheels and they were awesome in their efforts not to scratch them. Will be back

Total scammer. I found my car here after another shop had dropped it off without my approval. The drivers window was down, the doors were unlocked. I showed them my registration proving the car was mine and they would not give me my car. They did AC work for another shop, the other shop charged me $412, but the work that this shop did was horrible. The AC still does not work and Im out $412. Do not use these people!!

They do fast work. BUT they charged me 10 dollars just to put my spare on my truck!!! Also after they supposedly fixed my golf cart tire, it went flat and they had to fix it again.

These guys are great, you bring the oil and the filter to change it for 20 bucks. They do alignments and everything else, give them a shot!

This is the best auto repair shop in Quinlan!!I stop to see if they could put my cover on mytruck bed they said yes and gave me a good price to put it together and install!!They did a beautiful job!!They are kind and knowledgeable!! They had aLot of patience installing it!!The instructions were not clear but the persevered with it!!Thank you!!

Took my Jeep in for air work had been a customer for 3 years never did me wrong well for air work totally screwed quoted 150.00 labor then said 250.00 denied saying 150.00 then after I had it 4 days went to change air filter missing mount bracket that secures air and other wires off heat took it back that guy said it was never on it. So to make a long story short this place changed hands not same owner and rip off hands .don't go there unless you like people stealing from you not pros over priced labor

Sent my wife there to get 2 patches for she had 2 tires that had a screw in them, they lied to her and told her she had metal showing on her tires and needed to replace both tires. I had her leave and when I got home, I pulled the tires off her car and there wasn't anything wrong with her tires besides the screws I had seen the day before. I plugged both tires and she was all set. We have never been to this tire shop for we get our new tires at the dealership and after being lied too, to get an up sale, we will never return to this tire shop for they have lost their credibility for being trustworthy.

I'd had a blowout a few miles outside of town, and my spare was the world's smallest donut tire. I couldn't go far on it. This place got the old tire off the rim, replaced it wth a new one, and had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service, good price.

Had some tire noise, I dropped my truck off expecting a hefty bill and no noise. I picked it up to great news, that what I thought needed repair didn't and I just needed a minor fix. They could have easily taken advantage, very honest with a great reputation around town!

Overcharged my mom for an oil change!!! Shame on you!!! She paid $27 for an oil change 3,000 miles ago and this time they charged her $45 for it without consulting her before hand. They told her they were out of the oil she got before and this oil was more expensive. Well they've lost my business and my moms business and anyone else that I can tell about them I will.

Got an ignition coil put in for me he only charged 25$ and got it done in 5 minutes...I recommend this shop they are quick ,inexpensive,and knowledgeable. But their phone doesn't work so you can get ahold of them unless you go there.

The young man is honest and has good used tires and he also has new tires I've never had any problem with the new or used tires that I have gotten from him he does great work and very quick and he's very polite I would recommend him to anybody it needs tires for their vehicle

When I go there I will be waited on and another customer comes up and they wait on them in the middle of helping me. This has happened more then once. Not sure if they put me on the back burner because I am a female or the person is making a bigger purchase then. Just because someone comes up and asks a question you should tell to wait like you do me.

Called and confirmed they had the tire I needed, showed up they had the proper size but not in the load range I needed. Was told they would have the tires on monday... showed up on Monday no tires!!! Don't waste your time!!!

We had a blow out on our truck. We came to Cruz Auto and Tires to get a used tire. We sat there for 15 minutes without any help. A SUV pulled in next to us and they waited on them first. I said "we were there before them". They kept waiting on them. They finally got the tire off and said the tire stem was ruined. They replaced the tire, tire stem and patched another tire. We had to put air in the tires ourselves. I do not recommend going here if you are in a hurry.

These guys are great and fast service, I've been going to Cruz Auto and Tires getting tires for my mom and brother vehicles for the past 9years there prices are reasonable, for used and new tires, and they are friendly, service with a smile.
