This shops rating should be a zero. I don t understand how the rating is so high??? These people are thieves, I have an old truck with its original parts. There was a lot of young boys outside around 18-30 years old. Playing around being very loud professional and just rude. I had some old tire caps which I ve had for more than 20 plus years and these guys stole all of my caps and left a tire without a cap. I trusted it was done right so I left. My caps which you can no longer find because they don t make caps like the ones I had anymore. So I had to keep going back up there to get them to pay for my caps and get rid of the boys who are stealing and being rude. The guy at the front desk lied to me and said he is there every day after 5pm which is when I get off work but he is never there after 5 pm.so I never see him. It was all done intentionally to make my week go bad. These people are so mean and rude. they are racist long story short I know they are. Facts. This bad service business needs to stop. I m sick of unprofessional individuals not caring about others around them. Stay away from this business please they are not honest people. They should be good to all customers. I want my time and money back. They also ripped me off and charged me $90 for a used tire that went flat soon as I got home.i have receipts and all the proof. These people are cold blooded evil individuals please stay away from this business they are no good. Tires are serious ,think about it, you could crash or something really bad could happen to you with a bad tire. These guys didn t care about me at all even after I paid them there ridiculous price. This is the second tire shop that has done me so wrong in this east side part of Texas. I chose to handle this professionally, these people at the tire shop are the worse, they smile in your face sometimes and rob you by giving you %10 service after you paid top dollar. Stay away from Castillo s Auto Care new and used tire shop 7. Stay away! They will rob you of something! Only came here because it s close to a house I just bought. Never again! I may file police report , I know I m not the only victim. They will be held responsible for this horrible service. Completely wasted my time and money. Stay away from this business please!

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would! I went to get a patch and the ended up driving off with a scratched up rim. My NEW rim on my NEW car. I confronted them about it and they said all they could do is pay half to get it fixed and I would have to pay the other half. How on earth does this make sense?!?? I will NEVER be going back! Save yourself and do not go here. Go somewhere professional.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! yesterday I had a flat and bent rim they charged me 45...then another tire went flat today and rim was bent they were able to fix it but charged me 50 and insisted that price very rude.....never know there pricing change to what ever they want

They will be the ONLY tire shop I use for life. Very fast. Very helpful to others while working. After the 4 shops I stopped at in Dallas that were the rudest people I've ever had to try and deal with Castillo's will be the shop I tell people to use. Thank you for just being normal.

I always tip. That way if they nickel and dime me, for the extras, they're stealing from themselves, not me. Now, this place is gr8, been getting my tires here for a long time

Paid $65 for a used tire on employees work truck. Do Not use this place. That tire is a Maybe spare now.

Local Father & Son will take care of your tire needs like family. I arrived with spare already on so I dropped off a problem tire & it was ready after work & they put it back on & checked/stowed my spare in process. So grateful.

Pulled up needing 4 tires they told me come back in 2 hours because they were busy unloading a truck hmm which is more important a sale or unloading a truck usually get great service here but not today when I needed it the most very sad

Been multiple times, ALWAYS quick and friendly!!We have used Castillo's a couple of times in a pinch. They've always been polite, quick, friendly, and reasonable. Never had an issue.

These guys are terrific! I really needed some trailer tires and rims in a hurry, and they came through admirably! I got great quality tires, better than my minimum requirements, mounted and ready to go very quickly, and some good quality used rims. I was able to get back on the road to rescue my family very quickly and at a very fair price. Even though my Spanish is limited, they really worked to communicate with me until help arrived. Se habla espanol.

Went in to buy 4 NEW TIRES and left w 2NEW ON THE BACK AND 2 used on the front. Was charged for 4NEW TIRES and no new valve stems in any of them. Went back to let them know and they did replace the 2 front ones. AND my back driver tire wasn t holding air. Was having to put air in it everyday at least once sometimes more a day. So if I were you make sure you get what you pay for. How many others have they done like me ? They won t do me that way again.

Don't go here. See edit.Fast service, prices seem fair--But...They always seen to wear fast, and the last time I went, one I bought formed a huge gouge in the sidewall for no apparent reason. About a week later, and I'm at a different tire shop just down the road buying a replacement.Edit: They stripped a lug. I'm still finding out how much this will cost me, but buyer beware--They haven't mastered putting them back on apparently.

Really bad exp.Had tiller tires first guy first tried to tell wife wrong size would not do. She came home took old tire to show correct size still did not want to do.Took three trips there ,3 hours to get two tiller tires on rims I had already removed and cleaned rims. Quoted 15 dollars and charged twenty because the guy actually had to work. Sorry to say I will not go back.

I called earlier on a Saturday morning asking if they could replace my brakes and they said yes but I took all day to get there and by the time I got there they were wanting to leave early. (I don t blame them!) they offered to meet me early in the morning on a Sunday before church! (That would have to be at 8am and they said that was okay) but then they ended up doing right now. They were amazing enough to stay when they were walking out the door to place my new brakes on AND a new tire. I will always go here from now on. Thanks guys!

Had a flat tire aired, it ended up having my Valve Stem cracked they replaced it, had me back on the road to work in no time flat

Terrible. Purchased 4 "new" tires for my daughter's truck. They were painted over to look new. About 3 months later my daughter says her car is pulling to the right (it's a new car). Took it to firestone. The tires had a manufacturing defect called conicity. They demonstrated how the car pulls to whichever side has those tires. All 4 were affected. Firestone said they never saw anything like it. NEVER AGAIN. I hope you don't use them. They could've killed her.

The staff there r really friendly and VERY knowledgeable and can help you with whatever tire needs you may have!! They have tires for every ride you could possibly imagine and more!!

Went to get 2 bike tires fixed for a disabled man who lives on the outside of hawkcove Texas so it took castillo's tires 2 and a half hours just to fix 2 bike tires. there very slow on there services if you want to wait 2 and a half hours at this place to get stuff done then more power to you. I myself wouldnt recomend this place because there slow on services and act like they dont care about there customers or there buisness.

It was great. I had a tire that had a slow leak and ended up be a nail in the tire. Great prices, fast process, and quality service.

These guys fixed another flat for me today. They are fast and courteous and I've never had any work that they've done not last. So glad they're here for us.
