A huge thank you to Mario and Buz for getting me home!!On a long "character building day", mourning the loss of a loved one, returning from my mechanic in Ft. Worth (after $300 towing 80 miles for a warranty issue, hitched a ride when it was repaired and while driving back) the check engine light comes on 20 miles from home. I prayed my way to AutoZone in Quinlan. Disenchanted EVERYTHING, I had my mechanic on hold while we waited for code reader results. It was an emissions issue and it was barely running. Trouble shooting - someone helped themselves to my gas cap 80 miles back.Buz, with an awesome attitude, smile, patience and kind words had to pull 4 caps to find a fit and during all his efforts tears started falling down my face. Mario noticed, offered kind words and reassurance I would get home. I was out of faith in this vehicle, tired, angry, grieving, this was Thursday and I had a funeral Saturday. Mario comforted me words of encouragement and assurance I get home. I did!Thank you so much for caring about my safe return home.

Shout out to Mario!!!! Easter Sunday came to my rescue and jumped my car!!!!! Offered him money he declined. Offered to buy him lunch he declined!!! Always willing to help out the community!!!!!

Went in and bought a radio for my car...it had been a long day 3rd auto place I have been to...got home only to realize they sold me a display. No wires nothing! The box even said office on it lol! The radio is supposed to weigh 5.35lbs this thing maybe weighs 5 ounces. I am taking it back in the morning and will update how it went, but overall the guy that helped me is super nice! *********UPDATE********** Went in and the staff is always super awesome! Traded out the radio and it works perfect!! Thanks for being awesome AutoZone in Quinlan!! And thanks for the response, things happen, but the way the staff handled it after will always keep me and my family coming back!!

Autozone, Quinlan Tx, superb helpful staff. We accomplish alot of auto repairs with Autozone and truly appreciate the expertise and helpfulness. They always have what we need for our cars. Thank you. Highly Recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and got me what I needed without any more trauma to my day than the offending part I was having to replace had already put me through that day and was a total blessing for this experience to go so smoothly and easily!!

Didn't have the front brake pads for my truck and also didn't have a part for my mother's vehicle that's a common issue part. Ended up buying the front and rear brake pads on eBay cheaper than what they were selling the front pads for alone and also bought the part for my mother's vehicle at Eagle Auto Parts for $12 instead of $25. It's literally just a small, common problem, plastic gear. I usually always check for prices and availability first and 9/10 Eagle Auto Parts will have what you need in stock although can be a little more pricey at times over AutoZone and O'Reilly's, only difference is Eagle Auto Parts will most likely have what you're looking for, if not or every place is too expensive and it can wait you might as well buy what you need online it's always cheaper. The only way brick and mortar stores make money is when people can't wait for shipping and they know this... I rarely ever have the convenience of buying from O'Reilly and AutoZone because of price and availability so 9/10 I'm either buying from Eagle Auto Parts or online. In the last year I've been to Eagle Auto Parts more than the combined total number of times from AutoZone and O'Reilly's

Rene was amazing! The key case for my car was broken, and so I was trying to find a place that could replace it. Unfortunately, AutoZone did not carry them. That did not stop Renee from finding an old key that he no longer used, bringing it from home, and installing it to my own key 2 days later! Outstanding customer service. Rene was extremely helpful, and expressed a great deal of Ingenuity and kindness in solving my problem.

I stopped in today for a windshield wiper. I felt a little embarrassed answering "yes" when Kevin as if I needed help, after all it is a windshield wiper. Kevin helped me find the right wiper, then he ask if I needed it installed, to my surprise I answered "yes" . Unbelievable , this guy Kevin, he had me in an out with in 5 minutes AND installed. Kevin is awesome, give this guy a raise.

The mgr and staff really put customer service first. They went over and beyond helping me replace batteries in my off grid power system and had the remaining batteries in less than 24hrs. Very professional in their knowledge of products and usages!

Rosa and her team were extremely helpful from the phone call I made to get the price for my part, all the way through checking out. I was laughing at her bubbly hilarious personality the entire time and definitely will make the drive to go back to this AutoZone next time I need a part. Thank you. Best customer service I've had in a long time by far.

The employees were genuinely kind. They were very thorough with making sure I had everything that I needed to do an oil change and informing me about the fuel injector special.Quickest, most efficient, and has the kindest employees I've encountered at an Auto Zone.

As an old guy on Social Security, I wind up doing a lot more of my own minor repairs than I'm really comfortable with. Today I needed to replace a stop light switch on my '08 Town and Country but for the life of me, I couldn't get the Duralast replacement to fit.When I came in to return it, the young man who'd checked me out earlier offered to give it a go and had the darn thing installed and working in about two minutes.So whoever's in charge over there, it was REG #10 CSR #10 RECEIPT #069980, STR. TRANS #464074... please convey my thanks and give this guy a pat on the back for a job well done.

Brought my battery in to be tested and charged. It is practically new. Tested on the small tester and said to get a good test they could charge it and test it under a load and that it would take an hour. Left my battery with them and went home. When I came back to get my battery it was leaking battery acid all over the top. They overcharged my battery. When I told them it wasn't leaking when I get a sorry and thats it. Batteries aint cheap and now mine is leaking due to employees not paying attention when charging a battery.

As usual AutoZone gives the best service anywhere they checked all my parts to see why my engine light was on and spent quite a bit of time and, didn't charge a penny. Here in Quinlan across from AutoZone there is another parts store. I don't know if the quality of their service is as good as AutoZone

The manager tries to cheat you out of money by double charging your card. It's happened to me twice.Never have any problems with anyone else but her.

The employees were very helpful BUT your store here is extremely hot. The coke fridge is cooler than the actual store. I feel bad for your employees.

This AutoZone is great , Dora took my Granddaddys battery out of his car and checked it , found out it was bad and then installed a new one for him , because he walks with a cane, he stayed on me the last two days to post this , thanks Dora , your a great asset to AutoZone ! Wonderful people skills
