Poor service, poop smeared under the toilet paper roll where your hands brushes against. Looks like it's been there for a minute. Trash all over the bathroom, full trash cans. Short lady at the desk had a major attitude and was going to force me to use a cup with a bad drink that had made me sick already or I'd have to pay? The amount of fuel and points I earn from loves is insane to be treated as such and much less play with someone else's smeared feces. On the outside it looks fine, it all falls apart when you look at the details. This is the second time I've stopped here and second time it's disappointed with less than reputable and hospitable loves reputation, especially for drivers. Being out on the road on going 8 months everyday. I'd like to be treated like a human every once in a while. Do something about this.

It's an ok place to stop. Roller grill is disgusting. The food is processed garbage and totally unhealthy. They do have some healthy refrigerated items. The subway is decent. Prices are high.

Clean bathrooms and well stocked shelves. The only negative was for some reason the pump was slow today.

I always stop at Love's when traveling. It is usually one of the safer and cleaner truck stops. If I need to catch a nap, I feel safe in their parking lot. This one was not one of my favorites. I do not know if it was just because it was older, the area it was in, or if it had just been so busy priorities were not being taken care of, but I was disappointed.

This is a decent Love's to stop at during your travels. Everything was clean and hardly any wait they also have gas for cars and diesel of course for trucks.

Today, on Jun 25, 2023, I was at this location. I used the shower facility and killed two crawling insects in the washroom. Until then, I didn't have any intentions to post a review.Later, I was fueling up at pump 21. A female employee, Melissa Jones, approached me and asked me how long it would take. I told her my truck would take around another 30 gallons. She stated she is processing another customer's transaction at the cash register who would fuel up at the same pump. The way she already processed the transaction it stopped both master/satellite pumps since I was cleaning the windows of my truck. I started both pumps again. I finished fueling up and when I had to fill up DEF, it didn't work. She saw me struggling on the camera, she approached me again and stated that since she already processed another customer's transaction it had stopped my remaining service. She told me to wait until she notifies me because, presently, another customer's payment has kicked in and she doesn't want me to fuel up through another person's payment. She advised me to re-insert my fleet card and do it all over again. I tried a couple of times but it didn't work. I went inside the store, spoke to her, she told me to do this/that. I came out, tried again and I gave up. I couldn't manage to fill DEF. Another male older staff member was around and he asked me to go to another pump. Usually, I haul O/D loads and going back and forth around the pumps is not easy and kills time. I wasted over 30 minutes for an incomplete fill up because of an absurd employee.I have been to many Love's Travel stops and never experienced seeing an overly pushy employee.

We Love Love s. I travel with a 10 year old and a service dog. We are all made welcome here. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. We especially appreciate the dog park.

This place was very easy to get in and out of. We stopped for gas with family both driving trucks hauling camper trailers. Grabbed some Subway that was fresh and delicious. Will stop again if in the area.

Had a good selection Squishmallows. Staff was really helpful.Subway and Godfather are open all night. The small pizza's were great and made fresh.

We stopped here on the way to Colorado for gas and food, and this one of the best stops we made. I was expecting it to be dirty and the food to be gross. However this places greatly exceeded my expectations.If this place is on the way to your destination, I'd recommend stopping here for food, gas, or just a restroom break.

Just a great stopping point. Easy on easy off with just about everything you might need on your trip. Reviewed by the author of The Reckoning of Rance, Last of the knowers, and white man easy all out now at Barnes and Noble and Amazon books. Silent Sam hopefully coming by this fall. Check'em out.

The maintenance lady opened the door so hard into me hit my face my shoulder and wrist! Didn't even ask if I was ok! Then the cashier was so rude and the pizza was nasty! No customer service skills at all!

I am being a Loves fan. I drive Texas ( ALL of Tx). The gas tends to be a few cents higher than others near by. However, the bathrooms are consistently clean. The coffee is always fresh (even late-late night). There's always hot food available when I want it.PS...they have the softest fuzzy blanket ever!

Every time I go to one, they are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a great variety of meals, and anything else you may want.
