Jose Flores is the tech that helped me in my time of need while I was stuck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere.He was professional, showed up and completed the tire change in a timely manner.I will definitely use the services of Jose Flores and 270 Diesel again in the future if needed.Thanks Jose

In life you meet very few genuine, reliable mechanics. Jason and his son s, owners of 287 Diesel Service, were some of the most genuine, reliable mechanics and tire service men I have EVER met. My husband and I blew our RV motor home tire out in the middle of Texas with no big towns nearby. Our Roadside service we paid for was a joke and told us there was no one to send to get us off the interstate with tractor trailers blowing by us every few seconds. We called 911 and the local sheriff, Deputy Davis came within 15 minutes and told us to use Jason, with 287 Diesel Service he was the best. He was!!! He sent his son to put a loner spare on our RV, his son then drove in front of us and directed us to the closest RV park to hook up for the night. He then drove 200 miles the next day to get the only Michelin tire in Texas that fit our RV. He son was there the next day by 12:30 noon with the tire we needed. His son put the new tire on checked all our tires for correct tire pressure and any visible concerns he might see. All tires were good and we were back on our way to see our son and daughter both at the United States Air Force Academy! Jason and his son were a God send and blessing. And the charge for all he did for us was VERY reasonable. A very caring family!

Coming home from Colorado, I blew out a tire on 287 going to Dallas. I pulled over and began the painstaking task of replacing the tire in the freezing rain. Then, Joey and Devon pulled up not even 2 minutes later. Without being called or asking to be paid, they completely changed our tire for us out of the goodness of their hearts. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME AND DESERVE AS MUCH RECOGNITION AS POSSIBLE!! You know we still wouldn't let them leave without buying them lunch though :) Forever eternally grateful for these two kind-hearted souls!

I would just like to thank two eighty seven diesel for helping me. I'm Driving to New Mexico because my mother had a stroke last night and I'm trying to get there as fast as I can. my tire light came on and I immediately started freaking out cause I still have 457 Miles to guys. There were very, very. Helpful found the tire that was bad. Help me get it right and now. I feel safe enough to continue my journey to go see my mom. Thank you very much, guys.

Had a tire blow out on the way home from Colorado. We pulled over for about 2 minutes before Joey and Devin spotted us on the side of the road and helped us. Without asking for anything in return they did a fantastic job at fixing our tire in under 20 minutes! Not to mention it was pouring freezing rain. Couldn't thank you guys enough, Joey and Devin.

We had a blowout with one of our school vehicles late at night and was stranded on the side of the road until Devin showed up to save the day! He was so incredibly kind and got us taken care of so quickly! Could not recommend this company and Devin enough!

When I leave a review from places my band visits, it's usually to say "stop by" Well this review isn't just to stop by, but to buy them many beers and a couple steak dinners! We broke down due to air in our fuel lines. Not only were they about to close, but all their technicians we out on other calls. They sent a runner to bring us a couple cans of starter fluid who wouldn't take our money. A 2nd technician also came by from another call just in case it took more than ether. It also helped that a local oil machinery worker (Ronnie?) recognized the name of the band from our trailer and helped give us a jump since our batteries died. Thanks to everyone we are back on the road! Thank you so much 287 Diesel for proving once again there are decent human beings willing to help some rock n rollers with a "gas" problem hahaha we won't soon forget you!!

THANK YOU for getting this handled and refunded..Over $2k charged for a couple trailer tires this weekend to a good hearted guy hauling hay to help those affected by the wildfires. Absolutely shameful....

Our tire blew out and 5 minutes after sitting on the side of the highway in pouring rain, Devin and Joey stopped to help us, and we didn t even call them. 20 minutes later we were back on the road! They went out of their way to help, thank you guys!

I had a major repair done here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to do it. The staff was very professional and friendly. The service itself was done correctly and fast. The people here made a very bad situation for me turn into an experience to remember. Jason was honest up front as were the other staff members. I can't say enough good about this place or the people. As a driver with over a decade of experience I can honestly say you won't find this kind of service at many repair shops. Thank you again 287 for taking such good care of me and my equipment.

Our RV broke down just outside of town - we called Back forty RV Park where we had stayed last year and they recommended 287 Diesel. when our insurance company sent a tow company that was too small we told them to call 287 since they had a big rig tow truck. Shane was great about taking care of both my wife and I during the tow process - the owner even came to drive us so we didnt have to try to ride in the tow rig! TJ fixed the issue by removing the steel tubing and special order fitting and replacing it with a custom hydraulic hose with the correct fittings. I pulled over before any real damage could be done - know your rig!

First off I was happy to find out they do emergency roadside and tires. Of course emergency roadside is a bit pricey - no surprise there.However, Adrian was at my truck within a half hour at 1:30Am and had 2 options for my trailer tire replacement. Guy was quick and professional.I had called 4 places first because I assumed they probably weren t going to have tires. 2 didn t answer, 1 called back; and the one that answered when I called was not friendly and told me (without taking my name, number, or location) that they would send someone to me. FYI they never got back with me and I m glad I called 287 to rescue me.

Had a blow out. Mud flat destroyedKaden and devin got right at it now I m rolling couldn t believe these young men customer service cause they had come back forth to me cause swollen ankle but these guys amazed me to be so young professional helpful and slanging them tires like paper weight. I don t want more flats but hey if I have flat on 287. Ima make it to 287 tire shop.

Having a cold side pipe blow at 2am in the middle of nowhere is not an ideal situation by any means. I called 287 around 2:30am and was answered right away by a sweet lady named Heidi. She assured me they could take care of me and fix my issue, so I had Geico drop my truck off there. 8am received a call that they located the part and were on their way to get it. When they arrived back, it was changed by Tyler in about 30 minutes. I was so impressed with this place and the people running it.. as a business owner myself seeing a properly ran one makes me very happy. Thanks again Heidi, Tyler, and everyone at 287!

Had a drive tire leaking air. Called them up to see if they had time to look at it. They did. I'm sorry I didn't get the mechanics name, but he was very polite and professional. Figured out a hose fitting for the Halo inflation system was loose. He tightened it and aired the tire, then checked everything for leaks. Good to go! If I'm ever in need of tires or repairs and I'm rolling through Quanah, I will definitely call 287.

1200 dollars for a tire? They are out of their minds. I was only 20 miles away. They say 2 hrs minimum, in my book 2 hrs minimum, you better be replacing all my tires. Eye gouging shop! I drove to wichita falls and got my tire replaced for 550 dollars....... Shady shop!
