Hands down, the cleanest Pilot Travel Center we have stopped at in 10 states over the past several months. First impression was great when we stopped for gas. It was close to midnight (Monday night).The store portion was organized and clean. The self-serve foods, coffee and drinks area were clean. THAT alone was impressive!The employees were welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. The young gentleman who was behind the counter where the pizza and wings were was busy; however, as soon as I approached he IMMEDIATELY stopped what he was doing and answered my questions I had about the wings. He even went to double check on what I was asking about to ensure he was giving me the correct answer. He was very genuine in wanting to help and thoroughly explained what he was doing as he was putting my order together. He didn't seem bothered or annoyed that I may have interrupted whatever he was in the middle of doing. FANTASTIC customer service. To me, if managers/supervisors treat their employees right, those employees in turn will treat their customers right. I sensed a positive vibe at this location.The food (wings and all meat pizza) were fresh, hot, and tasted good. We'd definitely stop by again and recommend this location.

I am very pleased and impressed as a woman truck driver. It s very very rare where you find a good clean truck stop, from the outside to the inside of the travel center. I felt so comfortable walking into my shower room. Haven t had this type of experience in a long time, thank you to all the staff at this location!!

Hands down the best pilot ever clean restroom clean showers very nice people fresh hot food..... Alejandra, Devon and Drake are awesome and very friendly I would definitely recommend stop here if u come through Pyote Tx.... Alejandra would be great for managing a store very insight and very sweet. Drake made my food fresh with no hesitation and Devon was a one man army keeping the store spotless thank u guys for the great service

Happy to have a new place closer to home. We can actually purchase a whole pizza without driving all the way to Monahans! The facility is clean, well-lit and organized.. Also, there is seating inside and lots of healthier food choices. The food is fresh and even the self-serve items on the hot table appear to stay within food safety temps and hold times. I buy the potatoes regularly. Customer service isn't bad either.. There are dc appliances available as well as clean restrooms and showers if you're traveling or need off-grid gadgets. Be aware, as the norm with most truck stops, prices are high and too steep of a hold ($100) is added to your debit card when purchasing fuel (even for cars) but overall, the benefits outweigh the cons.

The washing machines most of the time don't work and the showers the same most of the time don't have hot water. That store needs a lot of attention.

There s never anything in the hotbox in the mornings for breakfast, and if there is it s a fish sandwich from the day before. Absolutely tired of this when all I want is a hot breakfast sandwich

Coffee station was not clean. All "Cappuccino flavors" was completely out. You got nothing but hot water. Even the French Vanilla flavored creamer was out. Not a happy truck driver . And this was at approximately 6:30am-6:45am. I was not the only customer trying to get a cappuccino either.

Really disappointed I drove my clock out on pc to get here and park just to get PJ Fresh due to my diet and needed broccoli . When we walked in there was nothing but a few chicken wings and one or two different kinds of pizza that barely made up one large pizza that I had to settle for . I asked why was there no Pj fresh and they said cause Labor Day and I said that s tomorrow plus oil field never shuts down truckers don t stop so y all think you should stop feeding people for Labor Day . Then I turn around and ask for ranch or ketchup they smarted off we don t have any . I said I know you have to have some can you look and see since I just spent 42.00 she said we all out ma am . There was one lady Ruby working and two other employed sitting on a couch they have added watching tv with drivers lined up I waited over 9 min in line she was doing everything but her self . I sure want break my neck to get there any more .

Went into get pizza for dinner.and it wasn't fully cooked. We won't be buying food again.

We visited this Pilot on 8/12/2021 at 19:49:47. The two ladies that were on duty at the time were courteous, helpful and, in particular, the lady that was working the hot food bar went out of her way to answer questions and point us to items in the store in addition to serving us some very good food. My wife had the supreme pizza slice, macaroni and cheese and broccoli. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The store , parking lot, restrooms and dining area were extremely clean. The Kitchen area was also very clean. The salads in the case were amazingly fresh and inviting. Although we did not get any at that time. I did not get the name of this lady, although I wish I did in order to give her some recognition. I did tell her that she was excellent at her job and her attitude was infectious and made us very happy after a long day on the road. i give the date and time so that the owner will know who was on duty at that time and hopefully they will pass along our thanks to these wonderful ladies.

2x someone tried using my card information to try to get gas,I think someone inside is giving card information out or there's a card reader

We travel often and this place was very clean and bathrooms were clean as well. Very nice market attached and they had a good selection for snacks, and random vehicle or semi truck odds and ends. We would come back to this pilot location when traveling in that area.

As a truck driver who comes through Texas a lot this is my new favorite place to stop for a shower, They are spacious and clean the staff is polite and friendly. Is the food is very easy as well, I accidentally spilled the macaroni and cheese onto the other side of the divider, not them. I almost definitely Become a frequent visitor for this location

Just had a great dinner the pot roast just came out of the oven and the entire staff was just so amazing to deal with! After hours on the road we actually felt welcomed! These days it s hard to come across good people and I d say the management made some great choices in staff!

This review is based on the manager Omar.In the middle of ringing me up, he called over one of his employees to have an employee talk he asked this employee so what have you accomplished today??? His tone was slightly condescending. As the employee began to speak he then cut him off saying Nothing? The employee began to list off the things he did that morning. Omar just said okay & let him continue his work.This conversation could have waited & not taken place in the middle of ringing a customer up. I wanted to say something but I unfortunately couldn t find the words in that moment. As I left, I could help but just be bothered by the whole experience.For one, it s rude to do that in the middle of ringing up your customer. Two, any kind of employee talk simple or big should be held in private, period.

Cleanest Pilot shower I have used in forever. No remnants of the last driver on the shower walls, floor and most importantly, the toilet didn't let me live out the experience of the last driver who used it by seeing what was left splattered in the bowl. First time I've actually experiencd a clean toilet in a Pilot/Flying J shower. Was almost tempted to use it. Even the trash can was emptied out and clean. Nice water pressure and hot water, not warm or luke warm like other Pilot/Flying J's. Even the staff here is extremely nice.

Worst pilot and flying J ever been to. Food was horrible and cold. Walked in with my shower bag and sat at the table. To wait for my shower I checked in with the app. Waited for an hr of being next in line. I go back and see that they are vacant. I ask about them. Sorry the person that cleans the showers isn t here tonight. And not my job to clean them. I was like you could have put a sign up or at least told me since you have seen me here for an hr!!!! And it said guest 5 on the tv waiting for a shower. This place needs to review how it trains people and customer service.

Well, I just got diesel up front, very over priced compare to town. Then they don't sell lotto at counter, and machine won't take cash. Then I pulled my truck to back, but debit card won't work. Only to be told, they cannot prepay DEF. Man talk about hiring incompetent cashier at a travel stop or should I blame management for not training the staff.

We stop here all the time this pilot is one of the cleanest and nicest places to get your fuel good food friendly customer service and great atmosphere it is well run store we will continue to stop every time we can

Don't come here expecting a hot dinner. 6:30pm on Tuesday and they've already taken the kitchen down and are cleaning. Not a bit of hot food available. I guess steering wheel holders don't eat dinner.

Had the greatest experience at this truck stop. The sales lady Marci was ne of the most professional people I have experience. Gave me detail information and was a great person to talk to about services that the pilot have, a true professional! Thanks again!

One girl on the food line skipped me and acted like she didnt know I was there. The guy behind me told her that I was next and she just left the spot like she didn't want to serve me. Rude! They need to do a customer service training for some of the people that work there.

CleanMen's Bathroom was in good condition.Good selection of hot food options.Gas prices were midrange for that area .In and out quickly.

Y'all... This Pilot is the bomb. Cool staff, good food and music, plenty of parking and... double shower?I was having a bit of a rough day. My wind down here was a thing of trucker's dreams. Thanks
