Devin and the gang were amazing. They got me fixed right up, and they all worked so well together. I left with peace knowing that all my vehicle needs had been addressed. I highly recommend them!

Went here for an oil change today and the guys working told me I still had another couple thousand miles til I needed one. I was going off the sticker in my car from a different place, but they were able to see the service from my Vin and told me it was too soon. They could have easily changed my oil and made $80, but instead chose integrity - as a woman I really appreciate not just being taken advantage of in these type of situations. I will absolutely be coming back here. Thank you Terrell and the crew for being good people.

I've loved Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a long while, they've always provided fantastic pricing for oil changes and they tackle it at great speeds. The crew at this one were great, kind, and helpful and didn't try to force car fixes down my throat, though they did inform me of some things I should to try to fix in the future. Overall awesome experience and I'll continue to be recommending not only Valvoline in the future, but will be recommending this specific shop to others.

Well to start I like coming here as veteran the 15% off is wonderful been coming different valvolines for oil changes since I got my car from Carmax. I recently went to this location for my service. I will have to say I m disappointed and out 180$ on a new battery. To add I didn t buy the battery from them, they failed to inspect my battery but fudged the check sheet saying they examined my battery I watched the machine hang behind the computer throughout the duration of my service most know a battery is only good for 5 years or so. My battery was at that point I didn t know since I just bought the car back in April. I was almost late for work the day after my service because my battery was dead. I called valvoline and submitted a request to talk to someone about this and have yet to hear anything in return. Other than that the oil change is prompt and fast.

These guys are the greatest. The vavoline in Austin screwed up my oil change so I brought it here. The manager lady helped me out, and once I turned on the car it sounded better than before (compared to the Austin screwup oil change). Definitely recommend this location, especially over the Austin location.

very friendly and very efficient, they did the job quickly and offered me a discount coupon for my service, Joshua helped me and the treatment and service was excellent, the manager was also very attentive to everything and I recommend them 100%

Given them the benefit of the doubt but last straw was waiting 20 minutes for an inspection and then told there was no one to do it. They have also not screwed my oil cap down correctly causing a leak and previously waited 30 minutes for an oil change to be told no filters

Don t get an inspection here. Came at 4pm a week ago and the girl told me she s done for the day and turned me away. Called today to confirm the times for inspection. The lady quoted 430pm. Came at 4 and they were closed for inspections. Getting an inspection should be convenient. I won t be coming back here for an inspection and I might be reconsidering getting my oil change here as well. Even though the oil changing team has been good.

I hate getting oil changes with all of my heart but the dudes who work here take away that feeling. They re lil sweet angels. Lowkey I have to give myself pep talks to get an oil change but not when I come here. They don t make me feel judged (that usually happens at other places) and they are cool to talk with while they do their thang. I like this location a lot.

Sat in line in my car for about an hour for them to tell me they couldn t change my oil because they ran out of my filter. This is the 3rd time this has happened here. Three strikes you re out. I m going to Take 5

Was thoroughly impressed with the service and speed of the oil changes on the 1st 2 visits I had recently. The folks were great, walking through the whole process with expert communication and a pleasant manner on both. Will continue to come here! Thanks for the great service!

To arrive with two cars in the bays and not being directed to another bay which would be done earlier. I sat waiting in bay 1. Shortly after another vehicle approaches and is bay 2. I sat ans seen how 20 mins later bay 2 was done first. Fast forward another 30 mins bay 2 is finishing before bay 1 now. At this time another car was BEHIND me getting serviced to what appeared to be filters installed in an EV. Im still sitting and still yet greeted with 2 open bays. Bay 1 finally finished and no mention of of any apologies for the wait or being skipped. All to be told they do not carry/have the oil for my car and to attempt another store in Mckinney with no confirmation if carry as well or try back in another week. Used to be my to go spot for my cars and had new cars to begin servicing here but the lack of professionalism and sense of any urgency doesnt deserve a redo after many years of visiting.

Do NOT go to this place if you have a Volkswagen!!! (And to be honest, just avoid it regardless of your car.) This is the second time in a month I ve waited in line for almost an hour to then be told that they don t have the filter for my Atlas. Told me I could go buy my own filter at the AutoZone down the street or wait an extra 20 mins for them to go buy it. Went to AutoZone and the filter was out of stock. They also told me that the Valvoline is buying VW filters from them several times a day. The Valvoline worker told me that they get new shipments in every Monday but clearly that s a complete LIE. What kind of oil change place expects their customer to bring their own filter!? What a disgrace of a business.

Went in for an oil change. Was met by one of the staff as I pulled up and 3rd in line for the bay I was at. 5/5 stars for the employees ability to connect with the customer and turn a long wait in line a positive experience. Once oil change was being performed employee performed all the required checks and we were quickly on our way. This is my one and only spot for oil changes and won't be my last. Please keep up the good work at this location and you will keep returning customers!

Yesterday, I had a very poor customer service experience at the Prosper, TX location for the first time. I visited for a routine inspection, and upon pulling in, no one greeted me or asked me how they could assist. I was the only customer in the driveway, which made it very awkward.All three employees (Devin, Jordan and one other) looked at me and put their heads down as they continued to work on their vehicles. A few minutes later, they closed all three bay doors and never came out to explain why. I was so shocked that I called their office. A kind lady greeted me. I told her the situation, and suddenly, someone finally came out to acknowledge me. I immediately asked for a manager and spoke with Lorenzo.I was prepared to leave so I could try another location. However, he offered to pay for my inspection since I had a poor customer experience. An employee named Jordan inspected my vehicle and had an attitude the entire time. He never apologized for ignoring me when I pulled in for service.Not to my surprise, he FAILED my inspection, claiming my threads were too low and I needed to purchase brand new tires on a relatively new vehicle with only 14K miles (NO WAY). I thanked him for his time and went to another inspector only to PASS. There was no mention of anything wrong with my vehicle. Hopefully the employees will receive coaching to ensure all customers are greeted in a timely manner and serviced with respect.

Usually fast service but the pricing is outrageous now have a 24 civic and 4700 miles on it so got the synthetic and was almost 100

This the best Valvoline I ve ever been to, the customer service is always on point and we always talk and have a nice time when I get my oil changed! They don t try to upsell me on anything and they re very honest!

Waited for a hour to get an oil change and tire rotation. It was a Sunday so that's not a big deal. After pulling into the bay, I then sat for 15 minutes before they tell me that they don't have a oil filter for my car. Then I sat there for 20 more minutes apparently waiting for someone to put the cap back on and the hood down.

Bad experience at this locationLast year I was bringing my work vehicles and personal vehicles, one occasion when I arrive home I notice oil licking in my garage floor so they said there wasn't a leak, it was oil that drained from the filter only, this issue happened 2 times.I decide to go back again yesterday and it happened the same thing, I drove my truck back right away and same answer, they said they were going to wash it, my problem is that they didn t or I do have an oil lickNow I have to spend more time fixing it, clean my driveway that I wasn t luck doing it last yearI understand 1 time mistakes but this is ridiculous

I called this morning before coming because I wanted to make sure Valvoline did tire rotations. They confirmed that they do and even texted me a $25 coupon for my oil change. This was my first time visiting Vavoline. I usually go to the dealership to service my Landrover Discovery Sport but the dealer had no open appt for the next month and I had to leave for a road trip the next day. The service was quick considering I d have to wait 2 hours just to be seen normally at the dealer plus time for service. My wait wasn t long even considering it was 100 degrees outside. Once in for service it took about 15min just like they said and I was on my way. I liked being able to wait in my car and see the whole process as it happened. The staff was extremely nice and well coordinated to make sure every customer was greeted, checked in, and serviced. I can t remember the young lady s name who helped me but I really appreciate her and will definitely be back.Service: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE... THEY CANT CHANGE OIL PROPERLY... MORE THAN ONCE THEY'VE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED THE OIL FILTER AND CAUSED LEAKS AND MORE ISSUES.... PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Techs are slow and mope around. I ve tried going three times in the last month and each time it s been a terrible experience. I won t be visiting Valvoline in the future.
