I took my wife s Lexus NX 200t here as it had some damage from a hit-and-run and a large scratch on the side that we weren t sure we could even get repaired. Upon dropping it off, they informed us they would be able to make the repairs and that it would take two weeks because they had to order parts. Because my wife drives to and from work every day, they gave us a 2017 sedan as a loaner. It wasn t as nice as our car, but it was a life-saver for my wife to have a vehicle. Issa, the owner, did an amazing job keeping me informed regarding the timeline for completion and they even finished early. We were amazed at the quality of work, as my wife s car looked brand new. It s hard to find a trustworthy body shop and I will definitely come back in the future!

Highly recommend. I've been twice in 6 months and both times they did an amazing job. The most recent I had some minor body work and paint scratches and they took the car in on Tuesday and had it back to me on Thursday looking brand new.I'll be taking my car here for all body work repairs.

I own a Mercedes S550 coupe. I m very particular with who works on my car. I had significant damage to the rear of my car. Save Deductible gave me the best combination of price and completion time.I was wowed when my car was returned to me. The work was of the highest quality and returned to me before ahead of schedule. I am very thankful I made the decision to use Save Deductible. Issa and his crew are awesome.And I also got the free use of a loaner car. What other body shop does that?If your precious vehicle is in need of repair, you can t go wrong with Save Deductible Body Shop. I highly, highly recommend them.

The employees and owner are very kind and professional people. Not only did they fix my truck for $500 less than what other local body shops quoted me, they finished the job in a day and a half. When I received my truck back, you would never know it was damaged to begin with! Thank you Save Deductible Body Shop team! I highly recommend them.

I can t recommend this place highly enough. As a woman, it s hard to trust people in the auto industry, but not only was I treated with respect and fairly, the work completed on my Range Rover was high quality and affordable. There was a short delay in getting my vehicle back, but at the end of the day I understand good, honest work is hard to come by - so it was well worth the wait. Can t go wrong with this place.

Highly recommend. Needed a repair on my Tahoe and the owner kept me in the loop and followed through on timeline. Tahoe looked as good as new. Will definitely return here for future repairs. While I was hoping for daily updates, I got updates every other day which far outperforms any of the other body shops I ve visited in recent years.Service: Electrical

2023 Toyota Tacoma with a nasty accident. Damages added up to ~15k. Every other collision center was booked and anyone accepting us said it would take upwards of 2 months to repair. Save Deductible got the job done in 1 month, no hesitation, and the result was great. It only took a whole month because of parts procurement. Great business in Prosper.

Can t believe the negative comments and reviews posted for this business, went there more than once , my experience was always extremely positive every time I went there from the owner (Issa) to the staff. They always deliver what the promise , the finish work is excellent, very good customer service and communication, just drop off your car and they will do everything from a to z , to my surprise they offer loaner cars which never had this unless I go to the dealership, try them and you will not regret it

They were very helpful and has done a fantastic job on my door for when I brought it in, they were not only honest and respectful but also motivated to do the work in short time. Issa was a pleasure to work with. I had a 4,000 repair with a $2,000 deductible. I only received a $1,000 credit. I was hoping for $2,000. But I live very far away from the body shop and they picked up my vehicle and delivered it when it was finished making it very easy so it was worth it. I would recommend Issa to anyone who is looking for a body shop who you can trust with both your wallet and your car.

Pretty mixed on it. The car was completed and looked nice but had a simple repair. Biggest issues are lack of communication, kept forgetting who I was when I have a pretty unique car and had me bring it in before ordering the part so it sat for 3 weeks. Cost my insurance way more than it should have on a rental car. Never had it handled that way before unless the car was undrivable.Finally was told 10% off my deductible when I brought my car in. No stipulations given. Then when I picked it up, they said it wasn't a big enough job so they couldn't do it. I reminded him what they told me and he responded well we could do it on a percentage basis so it would only be a couple of bucks. WELL, great give me a couple of bucks, better yet the $50 promised.I could have gone somewhere else, paid the same and not have my car sit while I waited for 1 part.

Had a tailgate and bumper replaced on my Ford F150 truck after a minor incident.I must say Issa took control and handled everything from working with my insurance company, repairing my truck, keeping me updated, and returning it in like new condition. Took all the worry, time and effort off my plate.He is honest, respectful and professional with outstanding customer service.Thank you Issa!

Man this place is the BEST. So I had to have my jeep fixed and the insurance company was wanted to total my car. But these two guys gave the hell. Long story short they went to battle for me and they won. And there was no little dents or scratches on my jeep anymore. Besides the front end work that they did they took the time out of there day and went above and beyond. They even had me hooked up with a replacement car right away. This is the best work and friendliest people I know.

Get all details up front they advertise Free Loaner, Free Deductible, Free Towing, Free Pick up & Drop Off what it does not say is it s based on your race.The new lady that works on the body shop side and the owner are crooked on who they assist. I agree with the previous message the guys in the shop that works does a great job. But that office makes you go crazy. They lie about what s going on and 1 doesn t know what the other one said. The owner come up with a different lie every other day and the new lady which is the only lady on the auto body side- he hired is just as crooked. GET THE RULES AND POLICIES IN WRITING UP FRONT. THE POLICIES ARE DIFFERENT PER RACE - u can t say u didn t know.I was referred by 2 co workers & 1 friend so I knew what had happen to them although when I came in it was totally different. I get well it depends on how much your insurance pays, I said no sir that s not correct. They didn t expect me to know anyone or anything but I did and had paper to prove it. And when I told them about the policy they put out / what it says then my Jeep wasn t fixed properly. I sat in the office when this lady told a few people no deductible we specialize in that. Lol she tried to say it low but I heard it and my 3 friends said it.I did not ask for anything special just to be treated fair and that was a nooooo. I m told that a guy named Thomas use to work in the office and he did a great job. So I guess now that he s gone it has become more lies, favoritism and excuses. I pray all the hate leaves and fairness returns. But to the guys in the body shop out back great job I m sure you didn t finish cause of them in the office.CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE - EVERYTHING. This place is an insurance scam, they charge $150 for a highly inflated estimate to make money off your auto insurance. Stay away from this body shop.

Could not be happier with the service, the turn around time or the finished product. Issa made the process of having work done on my truck very easy. It only took a call to him and one call to my insurance company to get a door replaced on my tundra. The truck looks better than when I brought it in. Free loaner car was a huge bonus as well.

Great experience! My daughter needed her car fast for school and he did it. Issa said he could do it and he delivered. Great paint job! The color was hard to match yet you can't see any difference between the hood and the rest of the car.

Save your deductible, time and peace of mind!! This place is a scam and they are not good with quality work especially on luxury cars. The owner makes promises he can t deliver. I DO NOT recommend.

I was referred here after I got into a wreck in my 4 month old brand new Honda Civic. I had never been in an accident before and was super nervous... But Issa was amazing and talked me thru the process, handled everything with my insurance company, even when they were trying to low-ball the estimate, and they even came and picked up my car and gave me a loaner. When my car was fine they brought it back to me and it looks amazing. And the did save me money in my deductible. Highly recommend.

The owner was extremely caring and generous. He came to my job and got my car. He offered to drop it back off after he was done. He made sure my car was perfect! And it has a lifetime warranty. It looks like nothing ever happened!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company. I can go on and on.

I was in a fender bender and my insurance didn t cover the cost of a rental car. Save Deductible gave me a loaner car FREE while they fixed my car. Not only that but they deducted $200 off of my claim deductible! And my car was repaired beautifully. On time, too! This place is great! When I had front end damage, Issa was quick to follow up with me to get me back on the road. Not only did he go out of his way to assist with my repairs (which look absolutely stunning) but he had a rental to use while my car was in repair. The quality and cost of this shop is unmatched, and is totally worth checking out. Thank you again Issa, and the save deductible body shop team!

I highly recommend Save Deductible Body Shop in Prosper. The process was so easy. They worked everything out with insurance company quickly and our car is like new again. Haylee treated us like family. We were getting repairs on our teenage daughter's car after a wreck, and her primary goal was to make sure our daughter had a safe and sturdy vehicle when all repairs were done.
