Recently told by a local oil change company my car needed new brake pads and rotors at a cost of $495 per axle (car had no symptoms).Called in Nu Brakes for a second opinion. The technician, Jake, did a thorough inspection and told me all my brakes were within specification and nothing was needed.I happily paid their small service fee (which I can apply down the road for future service).I would strongly recommend Jake and NuBrakes.

Jake was so informative, quick, efficient, and polite. I am so pleased with the service I received today, and hope he's the technician next time!Jake was educated, and professional in his opinion. No pressure to get all done in one appointment. Received rear brake pads and rotors with a follow-up for the front in a few weeks. Definitely recommend highly!

Carl explained what repairs were necessary if at all. No pressure to have repairs done and advised if safe to drive with rotors in current condition. His thorough explanation without pressure to do repairs was appreciated. I authorized repair and Carl replaced rotors and pads on all tires in very timely manner. Price was good. Service at home was great. Highly recommend.

Great service! Called one day and they were at my house fixing my car the next. The service tech was very friendly and completed the work quickly. Price was fair to any bids I got and there is the added convenience of them traveling to me. Highly recommended NuBrakes!

Customer service is so smooth!Making the appointments online was extremely easy and LOvED the text alerts to let me know who and when they were coming to my home!I went to the Chevrolet dealership (where I recently purchased my vehicle) they quoted me $1000 to change my brakes - of course I wanted to get a second opinion SO GLAD I DID!Eddie was my dude - He was welcoming, Informative, and super knowledgeable in his work and the price was great !I will forever be a customer !!!

This was my second time using Nubrakes, and they are the best. Great communication, competitive pricing, and very honest. Both times Eddie told me I didn t need something others had said I needed. I will definitely use them from now on. Oh yeah, AND they come to you!

Brian showed up at my house, evaluated my situation and suggested I wait for the repair I thought I needed. He agreed there was a situation that could be addressed, but considering I have brand new brake pads suggested I wear those down a bit since doing new rotors also means new pads. This type of honesty earned a loyal customer for sure, well done, Brian.

second time I used them, set an appointment with them, Michael was the tech, very nice guy he was very professional and honest with me, told me I didn't need them replaced yet. he educated me on my car and the noise I maybe hearing. I do appreciate his time, effort, and his honesty with me! thank you again! and Go Chiefs lol

Not the cheapest I found but they had good reviews so I tried NuBrakes. They were here within the time frame given and finished before the time frame end. Pablo ( Paul Chavez ) was the one who came to my home. He was great and friendly. Very professional. I would recommend them.

Great Experience, my technician explained to me that I didn't need new brakes yet, and while we had some squeaking due to normal wear on the rotors. He was able to estimate I had another 20k miles to go, but would need to replace rotors and brakes together.

Got a quote for new brakes. When i received it, i confirmed it was for pads and rotors. I was told yes. Tech arrived and said for both it would have more than doubled. When i went to show hom quoted it had zeroed out on the amount. When i checked they tell me they were mistaken and quote was just for the pads. Work was good but dont belive the pricing.
