Made an appointment for install of Rock Rails. Upon arrival, my truck was immediately taken back to the shop to begin the install. I was kept up to date on the progress and allowed back into the shop to view and inspect the installation as it progressed. Shop was clean, staff were extremely polite and informative. Quote for installation was honored with no hidden surprises. I will return here when I have my next project. Good honest people to do business with.

Great experience! Adam and his team of experts are great.I came in with lots of questions and Adam had all the answers. Very honest and reasonable.They have lots of experience between them, in all things accessories, trucks, shocks, lift and lighting kits. They also do paint work, hail and dent repairs.Make sure to tell them Ingo sent ya!

Phenomenal team! Adam and Kenny were kind and honest. They went out of their way to ensure I got the best service and ensured what I was getting was right for me. They chose to make sure I had what I needed instead of lying to me to make more money. As we all know, honest people can be hard to find. Blue Star Truck Accessories put a bed cover on my husbands truck. It was ordered and with 24 hours the product was delivered and ready to be installed. The installation was only 30 minutes, and it has a 5 year warranty. Adam was the gentleman that showed me all the options and put the actual cover on. He was professional and nice. I will be back, if I need any future accessories.

Adam and his guys took care of my Fold-a-Cover issue in no time while I waited. The GM dealer had my truck for 2 days didn t take care of it. Great place in Prosper area for all your truck needs. All about customer service.

Kenny is simply a guy's guy and a very knowledgeable professional. I took my 2018 Ford F150, they installed wheels, tpms sensors, and leveled my vehicle for a great price. I love their location and the team is amazing. Don't waste your time vetting, trust me give Kenny a call and they will do amazing work!

What an awesome small business! I will be honest, I went in with fairly low expectations after working with a couple of local shops trying to get some Bilstein 6112 struts installed on my 2023 AT4, but their service was amazing! The person I worked with was super helpful and offered better pricing than anyone else in the area, and that same great service went all the way to the back of the store. Thank you for everything, and I can promise that I will be a repeat customer in the future.

My experience with Blue Star Truck Accessories was excellent. I purchased my accessories through an online supplier and needed installation support. Despite not purchasing direct from them, they still treated me like a valued customer and provided a high quality install at a fair price. Communication was seamless and responsive throughout - highly recommend and I ll be going back myself.

NEW REVIEW 11/23/2021Came back for rear shock & spring upgrade.10/10 best auto shop to work with.Adam is very knowledgeable and honest. They will threat you like a family. Thank you guys for the help!OLD REVIEWI havent got any service from this place yet but Adam is great. He is very helpful!!! I am planning to get my truck lifted from this place soon. Their upfront pricing is great. Dont feel like you are getting robbed. Literally only charging for the labor. I am scheduled for upgrade on next Saturday. I cannot wait.

Robert the owner and his team are great. I had my 2019 GMC Sierra leveled, a dent on the tailgate repaired and at the recommendation of Robert, had my stock 20 wheels powered coated glossy black. Also had all the tires replaced with Toyo open country AT3 s. I had no idea how to get these upgrades done. Robert spent a good half hour showing me my options and researching level kits for my truck. I really appreciate the local business owner experience vs. national retail truck accessories places. If your looking for a knowledgeable high quality team and fair price on your truck accessories this is a great place to go.

Recently had a Dobinsons IMS lift and Gobi roof rack installed by the team at Blue Star. Absolutely amazing work, outstanding service, quick turn around and over all just a high quality business. They take pride in their work and are extremely knowledgeable.

I ve had a great experience working with these guys two times now. I purchased a role-n-lock bed cover and a bed liner for my F150 and then came back and had the leveling kit put on. They were very reasonable on pricing and super easy to work with. I d highly recommend them!!

I don't know about the services, but I know about the professionalism to respect the hours of the business, I drove 24 miles last Saturday just to found out that the business was closed.
