I had a bad experience with a franchise shop, so I needed an immediate second opinion. I called Y&L and Yamil was able to determine what the issue was. I ll state that I did have a lot of questions, but Yamil understood why I was asking them and had no problem assuring me all will work out. He ended up fixing my car and I m happy. More than anything he is honest and I really respect that. I will be taking my car to him for future concerns. Thanks to the Y&L team for the good customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Y & L Mechanic Service Solution when they recently fixed an engine problem in my car. They listened to my concerns, conducted a thorough inspection, and explained the issue clearly. Even though I left my car at the end of the day, the repairs were finished in less than a 24-hour time frame, and my car is currently running smoothly. Their price was reasonable and open. Furthermore, Yamil and his wife provide exceptional customer service while being kind and accommodating. Since I only had the one vehicle, they generously provided me a ride to my apartment and brought my car to me after it was fixed, which I very much appreciated! My air condition quit out of the blue right before a trip out of town. Thanks to Yamil I was able to get it fixed along with needed brakes, belts, and air filter very quickly in time for my trip. The price was amazing and the safety of my family is important. Fixed the problem but tried to charge us more than the agreed amount because of extra charges that their system made. Then, rudely tried to put the blame and extra charge on us when they had a different form of payment that waived that fee. After going back and forth with the guy, he finally agreed to the amount we previously agreed on. Not to mention, having to wait two extra days because the wrong parts were delivered which we were told about right before the time that they were supposed to be finished. The only reason they get 3 stars and not 2 is because they kept their word on delivering our car since we don t live far. Would advise to ask about the surcharge on bank/card because they take Zelle and you don t pay it with that.

I went in for a massive oil leak, bc a friend recommended this place to me, and didn t know there were several more things wrong that needed to be fixed. He noticed them quickly and fixed them just as fast. The whole experience went smoothly and honestly the price was incredibly reasonable for everything he had to do. Yamil and his wife are truly amazing people. My car broke down on the side of the road, and he actually came out to where I was and diagnosed the issue right away, timing belt. His wife and him stayed with me while I waited for the tow truck. They even offered their warm truck to sit in while we waited. He kept me updated on the process and explained to me what was needed and what he was doing without "mansplaining" it to me. I researched how much it would cost and he was very reasonable with pricing. I had my car fixed within 24 hours. The best part of my experience with Yamil and his wife is they offered to pray for me. Being a believer myself, I was very touched. Y&L customer service goes beyond what you would expect. I hope I do not need another mechanic, but if I do I will be using him. I can't say enough good things about this company!!!I had a flashing engine light with multiple misfires and was able to get it diagnosed and repaired for a very reasonable price!!I lived close by, and we had to pick up hay for our animals, so they even offered to drop the truck off at our house. They troubleshooting the windshield system of my BMW, because It was not throwing water through the windshield nozzles. They identified the root cause of the issue right away and fixed it. They kept straight communication about the issue and they provided me recommendations to maintain the windshield system clean and avoid this issue in the future. They are a christian family, very honest people and professional. Super inexpensive comparing with other mechanics shops I have been before. I definitely highly recommend this business.
