I ve been going there for a couple of years now. I live all the way in Mckinney but take my car and family s cars to Princeton because they know there stuff! Their Custom Service is excellent too! My last problem was the clutch got stuck to the floor on my 2006 MX5. They replaced my master and slave cylinders but still would fix issue. They called me and said they tried bleeding it for an hour and half and couldn t get to work. Wanted to drop the transmit check clutch. I just got it replaced about a year and a half ago down south with a company who does aftermarket stuff. Don t ever do that Thant company just replaced the clutch plate but nothing else internally.Destin replaced it with a new Mazda Clutch kit and she drive like a new car now!

I must tell you about my experience at Destin AUTOcare. My stepdad s car was towed here after breaking down under warranty Seth the service manager here, called me with the problem, fixed it fast, and even gave us a loaner to use.. then my personal car scheck engine light came on so I brought it to Destin AUTOcare. They were super friendly and helpful and replace the parts. I needed fast and once again gave me a loaner car. I will never take another car anywhere else other than Destin AUTOcare they are friendly, polite, and they really care about their customers and will not give you something or suggest something that you do not need. They re honest and upfront about their service and what they can and cannot do for you and if they can save you money they will, I would like to personally thank Seth and Adam for their great service and caring about their customers.All that was on my first visit to Destin AUTOcare .Recently, the transmission went out on my car while I was on vacation with my family and having it towed to a shop that told me nothing was wrong with the car and charged me $149 to tell me nothing was wrong with the car. I got the car back over to Destin automotive Seth and the guys looked at it Called me to tell me the transmission needed work, but it was no longer under warranty. Seth took it upon himself to call Nissan and get our transmission covered under warranty all the while giving us a loaner car to use and even letting us keep the loaner car an extra day even though he was giving us no service. What a great group of guys and I ll never take a car anywhere else.If you need auto work done from simple repairs to major work maintenance or even a simple inspection, Destin AUTOcare is your place to go !!

Than you Seth, Adam, and all who worked on my cars!! Yes, plural, cars! I was looking for a shop close to me that had good mechanics, good rates, and even better people. I got all three! I first read the reviews and how good they were so I decided to take my sons 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis car there to get it ready for inspection, etc. I could not be more happier with the service I received. A few days later my SUV, 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, needed a new battery and I did not hesitate to take it straight them. Replaced it on the spot. I am a repeat customer and will be back whenever my vehicles need service again in the future.Furthermore, and the most important to me, was the warm welcome of the staff. I didn't really feel like a customer, it was so much more than that. The friendly chit chat, and the sense of urgency to make sure I was taken care of made me feel so much more than a customer who lives in the area. I absolutely love this place!

Seth and the whole team at Destin Auto in Princeton are amazing! I have been taking my vehicles there for several years now and they have always given top notch service! I now have two teenagers that drive and they also take their vehicles there.I d like to highlight two examples where Seth has been honest to a fault and always made me feel like he was doing everything he could so make sure I wasn t paying for something I didn t need to be paying.My car was having transmission issues. Being that Destin isn t a transmission repair shop Seth wasn t positive exactly that the transmission needed to be replaced but confident enough to recommend me going ahead and taking my car to a transmission shop do that I didn t have to pay them to check it and replace something and then find out that it was intact my transmission! In the end it was my transmission and I was grateful that he was so honest when he could have checked my car, tried to replace something, charged me for it and then I would have had to replace my transmission anyway!Second event has been my daughters car we just purchased this year! It s am older VW and has had issues since we bought it. It needed to pass inspection and it was proving to be very difficult to pass inspection before the check engine light would come back on for then to have to start the process all over again! Seth and team did not give up! They kept trying and trying and finally figure out what was wrong, passed the Inspection and didn t even end up charging me for all the work they did on it.Anytime I need something done with any of my families cars I don t even think twice about where to take it!

Great service my Mercedes Benz GL450 had a suspension issue and an AC issue and they fixed it Adam and his team are real honest and real great. Price reasonable as well

This was my first visit to Destin Auto. I was looking for a good mechanic that was local to Princeton. A friend referred me to them. The service was great, they were finished in the time frame they quoted and a good price. I have found my new mechanic.

I ve been taking my vehicles here for over a year now. Best customer service there is! Reasonable prices and they alway make sure to communicate with you through your entire service! I will never go anywhere else as long as I live around here! Seth does such a great job managing everything! So beyond happy.

Destin auto has been taking care of my cars for about nine years. I feel like they take care of me! I know I can trust them and they even gave me a loaner car knowing it was my only vehicle and it was a 3 day job. Adam and Seth are so good at what they do, honest, reliable and an asset in their industry!

Simply AMAZING! They were quick, friendly, honest, and helpful. As I waited with my toddler, the waiting area was plenty for her to run around and comfortable. I overhead many conversations (phone and in-person) where they told customers they didn't need some services because they inspected their vehicle and it simply wasn't needed (HONEST!).We live in the Sachse/Wylie/Murphy area and Destin Auto Care now has a repeat customer for ALL services!

After being told by Meineke car care center that I needed to have 4 of the same tires to see if it fixed my car pulling to the right I came here for an alignment. Not only did they greet me in a very professional way which I didn t receive elsewhere, I was told I could use a coupon for more than half off the price I was previously quoted elsewhere but they got me in and out in an hour. Very professional, very nice, very affordable and an overall positive experience. Oh and by the way YES it was the alignment that was needed! I ll be back for sure! Thank you for being honest and not treating me like an idiot woman.

I brought in a 2015 Chevy crusewith a check engine light on and a oil leak that was difficult to pin point where it was coming from. The first time they had the car for about a day and fixed the leak and a few fuses for the check engine light. I brought it home and found a few days later it still had a small leak coming from somewhere else. The owner went out of his way to make sure I brought it back and fixed the second leak for free. This place takes pride in customer service and satisfaction. When it was all said and done I was very pleased and will absolutely be back!

Great group of guys working there. They treat their customers well and appreciate their time and their fine cars. From getting my Truck's wheels aligned to getting my Corvette and Camaro inspected, they deliver solid results in a timely fashion!

I had rat-damage to my trucks' engine but Destin got me in the next day, completed the repair same day and did what they could on the cost. I like these guys, they are straight -forward and lay it all out, then no pressure, they let me decide what I want done and when. They even took me home since it did take several hours, picking me up after the repair was done. I feel they are trustworthy, have had no reason not to trust them. There may be cheaper mechanics around but I feel I can rely on them so I only let them work on my truck, which is my only vehicle and very precious to me.

I ve taken my car here several times and they are great!! I love the fact that they stand behind their work and Seth always reaches out to make sure I had a great experience!! They ve even picked me up when my car was ready, which was a huge life saver!!

Destin Auto can get busy, and it's a testament to their quality work. Even so, they do not keep you waiting. They communicate clearly what is happening, what needs to happen next, and they get you on your way.Finally, they follow up with you on what needs to happen in the near future with your vehicle. Great service all around.

I m really sorry that I m limited to being able to give Destin Auto Care only five stars!! I would give them 20+ stars if the review process allowed that! Took our Buick Enclave in to have a problem with the rear hitch door checked out and received the most outstanding service I have ever had at an auto repair location! Adam got our car checked out within minutes of my arrival, determined that the door shocks needed to be replaced, ordered them and had them installed immediately upon their delivery! It was as if I had my own personal car repair shop at my disposal!! Please do yourself a very big favor if you find you have a need for any type of auto repair, big or small, and give Destin Auto Care the opportunity to do their magic! You won t be sorry!!

I took my car in to Destin Auto because it was leaking oil. Badly. They had a full parking lot and were definitely super busy, but Seth and the team were able to analyze my car within 20 minutes of my arrival. They provided a quote and they didn t just describe the issue, they actually showed me what was wrong with my car. At first, I was told it would be at least a week for the repair. Two days later I got a phone call that my car was already done! They had also checked over the rest of my vehicle to make sure there weren t further issues. I am so impressed with the level of service and professionalism. I will definitely trust them to address any of my future vehicle repairs.

Came in for a safety inspection and had a flat on the way and they took great care of us. They got right on it and had us back on the road in no time. Awesome crew, very nice and respectful. Definitely recommend!

I came in for state inspection on my daughter's vehicle and Seth was very polite & professionally mannered. He welcomed us to the waiting room & it wasn't a long wait when we were all set to go.Then,a few weeks after I came back in so they could take a look at my Jeep because it was loosing a lot of power ,they quickly took it in to run a computer test and in mater of minutes they were working to check what the issues were. I'd 100% recommend Destin Auto Care

The staff at Destin Auto repair are amazing!! My entire family only uses Destin for all their car repairs and we now know why! The customer service is top notch and very trustworthy and we couldn t have asked for a better experience!!
