I was taking pictures of the hail damage to my car, when I met John, the owner, and his coworker Brenna. He was handing out flyers and told me about his business. He was very nice and well informative. I had damage to my hood, roof and a crack in my windshield. I paid no deductible and they even dropped off a rental car to me. How awesome is that! It only took a week, and my car was ready. They brought it back to me looking like a brand new car. Even fixed the door dings that I had from previous years as well! A week after it was fixed, they picked up my car for detailing. I was bummed about the hail damage, but this company has taken my worries away and restored my car back to new. A huge thank you to John and his team!!!

Best ever! John said it d be a week until I got my car back and it took 6 days! Under promised me and OVER delivered. My kind of company! Made the whole process easy and fast for me. It was $0 out of pocket with a free rental car. Kinda thought it was too good to be true at first but everything was delivered as promised and on time. Lifesavers!

This was a company work car that had damage and we needed it back ASAP. Got it done in 7 days for us and we had a free rental (which ultimately saved us a ton of money) Will definitely be using them again we we have a damaged truck in our fleet from hail. Great experience!

Personally I loved their work! Brenna was very communicative with me about my car so I really appreciated that. Also they work so fast! I literally got my car back in 2-3 days. I recommend!

It s hard to say which is faster or easier, placing an order at Chick-fil-A or getting your vehicle repaired with these guys. I had significant hail damage with visible crater-like dents from the recent hail storm, and my experience was far greater than I expected. (And I have high expectations) My car was finished in less than two days, they sent the damages to my my insurance and did all the work for me. The best part was I can tell they treated my car like it was one of their own, I keep it clean and I got it back clean and without any dents!! There is no reason you shouldn t take your car to get fixed with United Auto Hail Repair. Charlie found me on the other side of town and handed me a flyer to come check them out and even explained how it would work, he then set me up with John the owner who took it from there and got me taken care of. It was MY PLEASURE at the end of the day to see my car in such good hands.

Bought my new 2022 F-150 4x4 in September 2022. With less than 8,000 miles on it, on March 2, 2023 a hail storm in Sherman made my truck look like cottage cheese. It was devastating, my heart was broken . John Jones, the owner came to my house on a Saturday to access the damage to my truck and my wife's 2020 Hyundai Ioniq. Collected insurance information and told us he would be back on Sunday to pick my truck up for repair! He said it would be less than a week and my baby would be as clean as when I drove it off the showroom floor! Boy was he SPOT ON! My truck was delivered home the following Friday, completely detailed and damage free that made my heart whole again! Thank you John and team for all your hard work and taking care of my insurance claim with no out of pocket expenses! Your team is AMAZING! Should another crazy storm happen in the future, we ALREADY know who to call! If you want an easy button for hail damage repair, call John Jones immediately!

Met the owner whilst he was handing out fliers in Tyler after a hail storm. Him and his team went above and beyond to get the dents out. Took 2 weeks, gave me a rental like they promised. Glad I trusted them with my car.

United Auto Hail Repair is a fantastic company run by great people! They handled everything with the insurance, they picked up my wife's car at our house and dropped off a rental car for her. I also got a rental car for my truck. They had both of our vehicles back to our house within 5 days looking brand new again! They paid our deductible, so there was no out-of-pocket expense for us. I was going to wait until hail season was over to get our vehicles repaired, but with an experience like this, I'm glad I didn't wait. I have no problems recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent customer service, faster response no hassle. Anthony from United Auto Hail helped in all the steps throughout the process. The work done is also beyond excellent and detailed. They provided me everything from rental car, deductible waiver, car drop off after service all was taken care of.I would recommend them anytime if anyone needs autobody care. Keep it up guys!

You won't find ANYONE better! I searched on here for reviews of a good repair for hail dents and found this company. After the work......AMAZING !! Car looks literally brand new. Not a single dent left. They picked it up, negotiated the insurance, and brought the car back detailed!! All we did was file the claim. Literally. They 100% did the rest. We never even had to go to them. They came to US for every thing. By far this has been the easiest insurance claim I've ever dealt with. Their work is top notch !!!!

I took my car in for repairs through state farm in March. I found out about the company through a flyer they left on my car conveniently the day I was gonna go get quotes to repair my car. They took my car in and had it repaired in by 8 days with offer of a loaner car. They took care of the dents and got it back to me in a very timely manner and there is not a dent left on my car besides waiting on a glass guy to come by and replace a back left window and metal trim it was amazing to see my car looking like new again. I was honestly very impressed and happy with the whole process. The owner John helped me with the whole process. Great guy. I will definitely be going with united auto hail for any future hail damage I may have. I would definitely recommend them for if your car has any hail damage that needs repairs. 5 stars! Update: glass guy did come by a little less than 2 weeks later never saw the guy as he did it while i was working but i could no even tell he was there besides the window being new no trash or glass pieces anywhere to be found.

When my our cars got hit hard by hail in a recent storm, we had no idea what to do and were worried that we would not find a reliable shop. Luckily we found United Auto Hail Repair. Professional, communicative, helpful, and when we got the cars back they looked like they d just come from the dealership. They even vacuumed the interiors and hooked us up with great rental cars and covered deductibles. I love these guys! Made the whole process so painless and stress free. I ll be recommending them to everyone I know!

We had 2 cars damaged from the March 21st hail storm and took awhile for us to realize how numerous the dents were. The owner John had recommended the store and his associate Aaron checked back with us to get the vehicles in. Once approved by insurance the cars were fixed and returned to us by Karl very quickly. They look beautiful. We highly recommend them for the hail damage repair and high quality service. They are an amazing team.

Great customer service, and friendly staff. Had my 2018 Dodge Charger Gt fixed up by them after a bad hail storm, that caused significant damage to my panels, and you can't even tell that she got beat up at all! Very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I couldn t be happier with my experience or the quality of their work! My car was picked up, a loaner car was provided at no charge, and a few days later my car was delivered to me in perfect condition! My Geico insurance rep assured me this was the best way to repair hail damage in all aspects and recommended United Auto Hail Repair highly. I will never hesitate to use their services again.

I was referred by a friend after discovering hail damage on my car. Both Aaron and John were very helpful, and even offered to help jump start my car when my battery died the day of my appointment!There was no cost to me at all to fix the hail damage, I got a free rental the week my car was being fixed, and my car looks better than ever. I would highly recommend their services!

We were hit with an unexpected hail storm a couple of weeks ago causing damage to two vehicles, and thankfully United Auto Hail Repair left us a flyer with their information. They worked with our insurance company on our claims. They picked the cars up from our house, did a great job fixing the damage, and returned the cars to our house the very next day. John did a great job communicating with us and he consistently did exactly what he said he would do. We are very pleased and highly recommend this company.

I do not normally write reviews, but I have to say, John and his team at United Auto Hail Repair did a hell of a great job fixing my car after a hail storm. They were very accommodating and responsive. John kept me up to date with my car s progress and made sure that any questions or problems I had with my car were resolved. Phenomenal customer service from the beginning to the end of the work of my car, and I would recommend this business to anyone looking for hail repair. My car looks better now than before the hair storm to be honest. They know what they are doing, and the reviews I ve seen saying otherwise are not rational in any manner compared to what I ve seen. Kudos to everyone here for their solid work, keep it up!

United Auto Hail in Denton is awesome. John and his staff were great. They took care of everything from picking up the car the same day I called and dropping it off when they promised it would be ready. The car looks great - they did a great job. I am recommending them to everyone - if I should get hail damage again, I will be back there. I loved that it was 100% stress free. Nothing to worry about. Thank you United Auot Hail.

Working with Jon and the United Auto Hail team has been nothing but an amazing experience. It has been easy and straight forward in the whole process. Also my truck looks brand new. Fantastic work. Removed all my dents from the hail storm early this March of 2023. Fast repair and easy to communicate with, very polite. Dropped off a loaner car and picked mine up, even returned my car the next day. Thank you, UAHR!
