This employee shut down the restrooms to the store because he said he had to clean them and sprayed chemicals on the floor. But why prevent all customers woman and men. Not to mention the children travelling with family. He is a terrible employee The truth is that he is just straight up lazy and wants to prevent customers from using them. I am an over the road trucker and passed by 2 times here. In an 8 hour shift moving 2 trailers from Lubbock to Abilene... Sad to have a lazy employee like this..

Nice to have the diesel option at each pump which makes it easier to get your fuel and go. Although in the store there was no heat in the men s bathroom (It was about 42 degrees outside this day). Plus, we needed paper towels which they didn t have.

Chunky girl name Gail claims to be managerOrder 12 taquitos was given only ten 6 in one bag 4 another went back to ask about the other two so call Gail manager questions like we trying to steal food Gail if you are manager manage the store that includes clogged up bathrooms or find different line of work definitely not stopping again

12/27/19 Place is useless, soda Fountain didnt work , slush machine was down, bathroom closed, why bother even opening the doors . 12/20/20 A year later stopped in everything mentioned before still stands the same, plus they was out of gas, what a hole.12/29 out of TP ,, with proper management this place could put Allsups out of business and be the only game on the main drag,, but the management obviously doesn't care how run down it gets

This store is in need of better GENERAL managers. The one whome is in charge is beyond any words could use to explain. I myself a former employee and am struggling to get this manager to give me my last paycheck. She refuses to hear anything i have to say or ask.. I feel disrespected and cheated.. When i started dhe had only one person working in her loredo taco and know for a fact she had that one employee work over 90 hrs in a week..

Stopped here to get fuel. This place is filthy. Women s restroom disgusting, toilets need cleaned, trash emptied, sink disinfected. Common areas just as bad, floors need swept, mopped, doors, glass need polished. All around felt like a germ infested unsanitary place. Will not visit there again.

By far one of the best stripes in the regional. I travel quit a bit and frequently stop to grab a bite to eat but this location is one of the best. Both the clerk and food attendant were amazing. 2:20 pm on 11-19-18.

Just right now - The pump didn t work, when in and the fat white lady was rude and ignored me, then I m trying to get her attention obviously upset and she starts yelling at me to go somewhere elseShe s sending customers away someone needs to get fired!Fat lady need to walk and put a sign on the pump for customers know

They have B5 (biodiesel)Pump didn t produce a receipt.Chastised first being mask less. Smh. Then service the pump printer.Donned my attribution bandana (chicom flag)Requested to have ladies room cleared as Mens was out of service. Unable Mask off. Really? I just bought $83 in fuel. You won t clear the ladies room for < 1 minute???We are all trying to cope w the insanity of COVID response ...Let s not even address the potential of identifying as a woman.The fuel spill next to my truck will evaporate soon here in the dry climate. Adios.

Chunky white girl working the food bar has a very NASTY attitude..like she don't want to work there.. cancelled my order and told her in front of everyone about her attitude...will NOT come back to this taco joint..

Disgusting bathrooms and rude management. When I walked in the bathroom an employee was initialing the paperwork showing that they had just cleaned the bathroom. The toilet was covered with excrement and the floor was covered in toilet paper. It turns out that the person lying about cleaning the bathroom was a manager, who then copped an attitude about the situation.

Restrooms were a bit dirty and the garbage cans were all over filled. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great little town and place to refuel.

Not a good experience. Store wasn't busy.Men's bathroom very dirty and not clean. Floor not mopped, paper towels in urinals, no paper towels for hand drying.

Service sux 1 cashier waiting on a line of customers while other cashiers in back room carrying on..the cashier waiting on customers was friendly but why leave her to do it all when that busy
