This is an excellent repair shop. I called about replacing an axle seal and they had the part in stock and were able to replace it in less than two hours and get me back on the road. Very friendly as well.

We were on our way to Abilene to drop our daughter off for grad school and had unfortunately gotten watered down gas in Roswell at Sam s Club. We had made it to Post and spent the night but the next morning, my daughters car wouldn t start. We had it towed to Post Automotive and they had the bad gas cleaned out of the tank and new spark plugs in and had the car running like new again!! Being thousands of miles away from home, you don t know who you can trust, but you can trust Post Automotive to get it done and get it done right! Thanks again!! Service: Engine repair

This place is wonderful! My son's radiator blew as he was driving from Colorado to San Antonio & he managed to limp into Post Automotive. At first, the owner thought it was just a blown hose, so he sent a guy into Lubbock to get the part. After more investigation, he realized that the damage was too extensive to make it worth repairing and then refused to accept any money -- even though he'd lost the time of the guy who drove (partway) to Lubbock. He also helped my son find someone to buy the car for parts so it wasn't a total loss. I am incredibly grateful for all the kindness they showed my son.

I was from out of town. Thought I was having brake trouble. Googled them. They were close. Open. It was Columbus Day. . They were kind enough to check.out the car even tho having a pretty busy schedule. Were concerned. Helpful. Made me feel relieved. Car brakes checked ok. Was back on road. Friendly helpful bunch. Grateful for them.

Les was a LIFESAVER... we were stuck on the side of the road with our motorhome because of a broken hitch receiver.We had to call the local police and tell them that we needed to stay overnight as we could not get anyone to tow our cargo trailer. When the police came to look over the situation they had suggested Les to us, within minutes he was out and towed us to his shop. This was all close to closing time, we stayed overnight and the next day he had a new hitch on for us and we were on the road again. I must tell you that every other place including Camping World said it would take a week to get another Hitch in and AAA towing was booked for hours!This man was honest, understanding and I would recommend him to anyone. By the way, his price was half of what I would pay at Camping World....His workmanship was wonderful.I am a fellow business owner and I have very high standards in running my business and dealing with the public, and this fellow EXCEEDS those standards!Thank you Les **BOB and Valerie PayneService: General repairs & maintenance

Cannot recommend enough! My wife was driving through Post when her A/C went out. Post Automotive was able to troubleshoot and fix the A/C on a very short notice. My wife was back on the road in no time. Thank you!

I can't recommend this business and owner enough. My engine began misfiring and had no power driving from Colorado to Austin. I was barely able to pull into Post auto. Mechanic and owner made it a priority to diagnose issue right away. They were upfront and honest that I would need a new motor. (Normally this is a red flag but they showed me evidence that was understandable) They advised that the Subaru dealership in Lubbock was the best option. He researched the issue on my Crosstrek and found there was a specific recall that could be related with the Engine. Without the owner speaking with the dealership and letting them know the issue and how it was related to the recall, I can't see the dealership replacing the engine without me paying out of pocket. RV water pump went out 6 miles away from the shop made it back to the shop they fixed it in one day. Was less then 800.Three decades of repair experience owner was very knowledgeable.

Best repair shop in West Texas. Very honest and knowledgeable and very professional. Quickly diagnose the issue with my vehicle and fixed it right the first time. Now it runs far better than it ever has.

I was on a road trip. A part fell off. Driving was risky. Took it to post automotive 1 mile from my location then. The owner fixed it. He is incredibly helpful. He did not even ask for money.
