When something overwhelming happens in the middle of nowhere and you are scared, crying, needing help to get your car repaired or sent the right direction because you aren't from the area and instead are told we are closing in 10 minutes. Walk to that hotel and we might be able to look at it tomorrow. Also move your car off my lot because all your transmission fluid is leaking on my pavement and will ruin it. As I start to ask another question because now I am stranded he starts rolling the closed door I'm my face. What a miserable experience and does NOT restore my faith in decency or humanity. If he was last mechanics on earth I would walk forever.

We had a flat tire on our camper, about a mile away from this tire shop. We're on vacation, so we were pleasantly surprised to find it. It was a great experience. The service was amazing and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend.

Had a blowout on my 24 ft enclosed trailer. Called to ask directions and the girl that helped me got me right to the front door. Had my sized tire in stock. In and out in no time.

$130 to come and fix my tire 5 mins down the road in town? Service call was fast on arrival but took 2 hours from the time he showed up and the time the tire was put back on. Once the technician was here he didn t have the tool to take the tire off the rim because they don t equip them with the right tools, so he had to take my tire back to the shop to fix it. They sold out to tire pros and sky rocketed the price because they are one out of the 2 competitors in town so they charge whatever they want. If I wasn t in such a bind I would have told them to kiss it. But the technician was very nice..Service: Tires

I can not express how lucky i was for them to be so close when i had a flat. I was 9 hours away from home. 2 degrees freezing weather and with my children. They answered after they closed. They have emergency after hour services..a professional nice dispatcher answered and relayed my info to a mechanic that quickly called me back. He met me where i was very quickly. The mechanic quickly replaced my tire so i can be on my way. Im grateful for them to have been there to help me because if they weren t i would have been stuck there until morning during the freeze.

The tire valve came out of my tire completely during a long road trip. Kingdom Tire came to my rescue and was super friendly and fast. I can't thank them enough for the customer service they provided. Had a blowout on my trailer 15 miles from town. They called 3 different times to tell me they were on their way. After and hour and 40 minutes of waiting, the technician shows up and told me he was available at the time of the call, then his boss pulled him off to do something else. I asked if someone was available when I called, the receptionist responded yes. He gave me the invoice before he started. 200 dollars to drive 15 miles jack my trailer up and put on my spare wheel and tires. No thanks! Highway service along with Highway robbery! Thanks for nothing Kingdom Tire! REPLY TO KINGDOM TIRE RESPONSE!Kingdom Tire Pros just to be clear, I told your technician to tell his boss to do that. Wasn't his fault. I'm glad I was able to waste just a bit of your time compared to the hour and 40 of mine you wasted. Absolutely not is that when he was sent. The lady whom answered the phone said, I'll having them headed that way as soon as we hang up. He then called me 20 minutes after that to tell me he was on his way, and then 2 more times after that. Try to cushion it all you want. Call a spade a spade. I typically don't ask prices on something so minor, such as jacking my trailer and throwing my spare on. But thanks so much for the lesson! I forget where we are in society, and the price gouging that's going on in this country. Congratulations on ranking right up there with the worst of them. I've got multiple vehicles including semis, and I have never heard of something so over priced.

I had a tire in need of repair and about 400 miles left on trip across Texas when I managed to limp into Post. The folks at Kingdom Tire Pros were happy to check out and repair my tire very quickly and for an impressively reasonable price despite the fact I arrived a half hour before they were closing. We were on a long road trip and our tire light came on. When we checked our tire it was completely flat. We came to kingdom tire pros because it was the closest place. They were closed but still took care of us! Thanks to Pablo and Joe who stayed late to fix up our tire and get us out of there in less than 15 minutes!

Small town, friendly people that treat you as family. I, personally, do not recall any business that calls you to update you regarding the status of the work they're doing for you (should your vehicle need to be there for multiple days), but these guys do. Horrible every time I go! Third time figure first two times just people having bad day but no 3rd time was worse. Then when I go back to have them fix they want to tell me they are doing me a favor by putting on a spare, taking out the core where the tire can't be aired up, and messed up merchandise in my trunk which would have been undamaged had they done what they were supposed to to begin with! A simple flat fix turned into much more that could have been avoided had they done their job right the first time. Won't recommend to anyone and will never return!

We stopped here after having a blowout on our travel trailer outside of town. I called and the woman working told me they closed in 45 minutes but they would wait for us. When we arrived the technician told us they didn t have a rim and would not be able to get one until the next day. We told him we were about 300 miles from home and asked if the spare was okay for the journey. He checked it for quality and checked air on both tires. Then he let us know it was not a spare that had limited mileage or speed, it was in very good condition and would be fine. They ended up not charging anything and wished us safe travels.While I doubt I would ever need their services since I am not in the area, their prompt service and professionalism made a very stressful experience much easier.Service: Tires

The people at Kingdom Tire Pro are the best. The people are very professional, courteous and hard working people from the front desk to the guys in the shop bays. I was very happy with their service especially since they do their best to get job done quick and right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I know if I'm in the area again and need anything tire related I know where to go.

After further taking my vehicle to Kingdom Tire Pros the service is very good. Fast service. There was a problem with an inspection but with this last experience the customer service. All around does seem better than previous times that is why I'm raising my rating score from 3 stars to 4. keep up the good work

I got stuck in Post on my way back home to Arizona. The staff there went out of their way to take my family to the hotel so that we didn't have to walk with our 5 boys, 10 and under, in the 110 Texas heat. We got there about 2:30 and they had us fixed up and ready to be back on the road by 9:00 the next morning. Now we are home safely and grateful for the quick service!

If I could I'd give 10 stars! Kingdom Tire Pros came to my rescue as I was traveling through Post, TX on my way to my nephew's wedding on November 6, 2021. Jane was very helpful and immediately suggested we try to repair the issue instead of replacing it.She immediately sent help to me at the B&B I was staying at in town. Freddie inflated the tire and I followed him to the garage where Freddie installed a regular stem valve. He showed me how Discount Tire had improperly installed the sensor and the valve stem was leaking.When I went to pay Jane said "No charge"! l will never forget the kindness and help I received from Kingdom Tire Pros. Thank you so much Kingdom Tire Pros.
