Dropped a tire off yesterday around 1:30 to 2:15 ish. Was told we would get a text message when it was ready. It wouldn t of been such a big deal. Had it not been such a big deal so it caused quite an issue because I had to go out of my way to drive this person around and takeoff of work when we called yesterday to find out if the tire was ready at 5:30 the lady who answered so did you get a text yet? To which we replied no and she said well then it it s not ready. she didn t ask what his name was or anything like that. I asked what time you guys close she said 7 PM. I called back at 6:40 and was advised that they close at 6:00 PM. When I called the 1st time I was told they closed at 7. I am wondering Why this woman did not do her job as she costed me a whole day of work. When I called back to to see if she could actually look it up by name ,Nobody answered the phone very disappointed. Because when I showed up this morning, first thing, there was the tire ready to go. Also I still never got a text message even this morning. When I tell you this, but me and my family out yesterday and we are so irritated, we service all four of our vehicles at Walmart and we will no longer be doing so.

A better Wal-Mart then usual! The employees are friendly and they have everything you could think of for great prices. The only problem is finding what you're looking for, but don't worry if you see a Wally world employee just ask em and they will guide to to what it is you're needing. This location is fun, and you always end up with more then you originally planned for. Great place.

Got here around 10:30-10:45 was told 45 minutes to an hour on my oil change. Watched my vehichle roll into the bay around 11:45 and about 12:30 finally got lifted to drain the oil. I'd come back and update either the rest of my timeline but not sure civilization and humankind will be around when they finish.The only way this shop stays employed/open is because it's attached to WalMart.

These guys don't if they're coming or going running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. The older worker was the only useful one

I came in on a Sunday they were able to mount the tires on my rims in less than 30 minutes both the gentleman working had great attitude and we're very helpful I appreciate that type of service

I ordered some tires online to pick up, I show up around 10mins before 4pm and pulled right in was told might take an hour and a half they didint finish mounting my tires till 640pm took way to long to mount 4 tires I wouldn't recommend having tires put on there. I've had several sets of tires in my day and its never taken 3hrs to get them put on.

They were quick about getting my tires on even after quoting 2 hours. In which, it took less than that.

Do not, under any circumstances, use the Tire Center in Portland. The crew there does not care. They left us sitting around for two hours while they fuddled around trying to find a part they did not carry or even have anyone who could have replaced it even if they did. They sent us on a wild goose chase to find the wrong part because no one there could properly articulate what it was that was needed. When we found it we were then informed that no one there could replace it at that time. This was about an hour before closing. They wasted our time and money and even worse were rude about it. Do Not Use Them For Anything, Ever.

Got there at 615 could not change oil because Walmart won't pay overtime. hours stated 7-7 doing insurance work in area from hurricane Harvey. Just wasn't treated very nice. Never really had this problem before with Walmart. I think he the manager was not professional

The staff is very polite and professional and they get the job done in a timely manner. Sometimes they do get busy though so it's best to get there early. A busy garage is the mark of a good garage.

Arrived at 1PM, they said 30-60 minutes. It s now 2:30 and my car hasn t been touched. Hopefully they get on it soon since there are no cars currently in the service area.Service: TiresService: Tires

The auto technitions showed genuine care to fix my tire. It is rare for me to see this type of service. I rate it with 5 stars of people who really care

My fifth star is because they do that trusted and responsible job specialty on weekends, when you work Monday to Friday to much hours you appreciate that
