I came in for one new tire and to have another tire looked at. They measured the health of my tires and clearly explained the recommendations. They were able to replace and install one of the tires I had under warranty at no cost. (Highly recommend investing in the warranty option, it s worth it.) They did recommend so replace both front tires based on the measurements. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and quickness of the staff.

Best experience ever! I've been a discount tire customer since 2004.Trevor was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to help me. and the guys in there actually pay attention to the people coming to pickup their cars.I usually make appointments but today I decided to walk in, they projected to take 50 minutes and actually finished within 40 minutes. I'm really impressed with their attitude and service. Great job!

It was a busy holiday Tuesday before Thanksgiving, but the team at this Discount Tire went above and beyond to get me outta there in a timely manner. I don't think I've been to a location yet where I haven't received the best service, and this location is no exception. I'm know the entire team is amazing, but my guy Benji is the man with superb customer service skills. Awesome job, sir!

Once again the good folks at Discount Tire did a great job. Fixed me up even though I didn t have the key to my locking lug nuts, rotated the tires and didn t charge me a dime. Yet another reason I ve been a Discount tire customer for decades. The folks at this Portland, TX location are especially great.

Nice staff and prompt service. I scheduled a tire balance & rotation, arrived early, and they did a great job of keeping the scheduled time right on track. No complaints whatsoever.

These guys never disappoint! They do a great job, have the best tire warranty program we ve ever heard of & are honest when you ask for advice about your tires! We ve been loyal customers of DT for probably 20 years & have specifically used the Portland location since they opened.

Great Customer Service! Brought my wife's new car in for the tire warranty, which is the best, I might add. They were quick, polite and knowledgable. They had the best customer service. Next, later that morning, I swapped cars and brought my truck in for a scheduled appointment and they again, did great. They kept me apprised of the status and even had me in/out in record time. We have always had a great experience at Discount Tire in Portland. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work guys!

Discout tire was a lifesaver. Have used Discount Tire for years because of their excellent service and reasonable prices. This location did not disappoint. Got me in immediately and out the door within 25 minutes. Everone really hustles to get you back on the road.

Had wife go to store to replace one tire. Requested for all tires to be inflated to certain PSI because of low profiles. Did replace tire but did not put correct in any tire. All 4 were different. They did try to upsell. I called another store to see if price would be the same and it wasn t so asked that sale rep question about why it s different pricing when the store are down the street from one another. Had a good conversation but come to find out he called this store and must have said something cause wife picked car up and said she was given attitude when picking car up. So I wish I could give it no stars. But one star will do cause when I called the store of course I was upset. But this wonderful employee benji was kind enough to hear and understand my frustration and took care of the situation.

This place is highly professional. I needed new tires, and I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I love the service they provide for free, checking your tire pressure. Comes in very handy when the weather changes.

It was almost a pleasure to have to go in and get our tires fixed. Everyone working was in a good mood and ready to serve. Every customer was greeted as they walked in the door and as soon as possible were attended to. Service was quick and they kept us in the loop throughout the process. Trust me, it was a great experience.

Dad took car by to get tire fixed. Told him tire was worn and needed to be replaced. Due to one being new and other side being used he needed to replace both tires. Made it clear car was going to be traded in following week. My dad is in his 70s and I feel Discount Tire took full advantage of him just to make a sale. 4 days later we no longer have vehicle. Always brought vehicles here until now. (Bought 4 tires for 3 vehicles just last week).

Special shout out to Derick. He helped me with my TPM and he went above and beyond my expectations! I was there today and heard this gentleman bad mouthing this group. I was appalled. These guys work their butts off trying to satisfy their customers and all I observed was professionalism and caring for the customers. Kudos to the Store Manager and his staff!!

After installing 4 tires, they look so ugly because they did not bother to wipe off the white lube used to ease the tire onto the rims.

The guys at Discount were a true blessing. After an hour of them closing Jeffrey waited on us anyway. My husband disabled couldn't change the spare out to get home they were willing to change out the spare also. But to many patches they sold us a new tire.Walmart in Aransas had fix the same tire yesterday. Thank you Discount Tire you have our family business from now on.

Bryce and Steven at the portland branch got my challenger in and took great care of me and the car. When a wheel lock key broke- they went above and beyond to get me rolling again. And did it with a great attitude and customer service. I appreciate you guys! I will continue to use discount exclusively for my tire needs. Great group of guys!

This is by far the best Discount Tire that I have used in Texas and Colorado. Quick service and they treat their customers with up most respect from counter help to the technicians. Highly recommend them and I'm closer to Corpus but worth the drive over...just watch out for those 3 Texas DPS on 181 that have sit up camp...LOL

I ve been doing business with Discount Tire for 20+yrs. From Calallen, to Corpus Christi and Portland. You guys have the Best customer service and always take great care of my Vehicle. You guys are so Amazing and I wouldn t dare go anywhere else. Today Friday 6/2/23, your shop in Portland opened at 8am, your guys were so fast, I swear you got them from a NASCAR pit crew! Super good place. We had a rash of pranks with nails and screws being put in tires. We have visited at least 7 times with two new tires. People were do considerate, very pleasing place if you have to go.

Horrible morning came out to a flat tire so changed it out put on spare but not holding air. Made it to discount tire in Portland! Great customer service had me back road less than hour wait and they were busy! No charge!!Thank you!

Busy, busy place! They told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. It was literally an hour and a half wait. They tried to repair my tire, but it wasn't happening, so they put my spare on and sent me on my way. No charge. I'll make an appointment to get my tires replaced. Everyone was polite and professional. And they listen to great tunes! Must say, they don't have enough seats for their customer flow.
