Service was great, but took much time getting my car back because of the insurance. After a few weeks I had noticed that the paint on my front end was chipping because the piece they had attached back on to my car was out of alignment and looks like it was forced to fit. I called multiple times to get this corrected and none of my calls were returned. I ended up having to take it elsewhere to get corrected. I will never again use these services- great response time when they have your car and want your money, but not when they made a mistake and need to correct it! I also complained about an issue with my frame and was told there was no issue. I took it elsewhere and they found significant damage that had to be repaired!!

Justin was fantastic. Communicated well and when faced with challenges he was upfront and transparent. So far my experience BOTH times with caliber has been great. I will not hold the fact that a part was on back order against the great customer service I received. The body work is almost identical to how it was before the accident. Being a new location it seems they have a forward direction of offering exceptional customer service and quality work. I hope the part on back order comes in sooner than later and know if I have any concerns going forward, they will be addressed as a priority. Thanks Justin.- Josh

My recent experience with Caliber Collision was a solid five stars. They were professional, punctual, informative, and made the entire process smooth. My vehicle was back to brand new after they were done. Highly recommend.

Caliber was great to work with for the hail damage we had on our SUV. I was hesitant to file a claim having never been through the process before. It was all very easy and Shawna kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them if you need body work done.

I took my vehicle in to get fixed from a collision. They were friendly and made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in. They were efficient in looking at my vehicle and getting me an estimate. When I dropped off my vehicle, they made it easy. They texted and called me with updates and my car was ready earlier than the expected time, which was about a week and a half. Great service!

Shawna was absolutely fantastic. Great communication, great service, and upfront with the repair time. Actually got it back about 5 days earlier than expected. Couldn't ask for better service. Keep up the great work, you don't get service.like this these days.

I have been to many body shops, but none have been as professional and friendly as Portland Caliber Collision. They have been so upfront about parts and delays due to shortages. Melissa has been keeping me up to date on every step of my repairs and been so informative about what is being worked on step by step.

I have nothing but the best to say about the Caliber Collision location in Gregory Portland Tx. From the front desk to everyone in the back, I had a complete satisfactory experience. I have only the best to say about Shawna, she has taken care of my repairs twice already and she goes above and beyond with her customers. Her professionalism, politeness, and consistency having a very organized attitude towards her work is what stands out to me. She s always made me feel as if I was the only customer having my vehicle repair in their shop, with constant updates on estimates, parts, and repairs. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of vehicles repairs/services! 10/10 experience!

Excellent service! The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Immediately, the estimator came to the front and was more than willing to give me free estimate. Shawna explained the entire process answered all my questions and believe me there were many! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will be going back for repairs.

Being involved in a hit and run accident is an absolute mess! Caliber Portland made a frustrating accident much more tolerable. Beginning with customer service, when a phone is answered or the door is opened, Gracie is the employee that made this Caliber Portland customer feel like family. She was friendly and informative each time I called with a question. When it came to repairing our vehicle, Shawna was our lead contact. She was readily available and knowledgeable with any questions we had along the way. We greatly appreciated the calls we received from her. She made certain we were informed of each step taken during the repair of the vehicle. What's best..the car looks new again! Everyone was GREAT! Gracie has great customer service! Always very HELPFUL on the phone. Justin did the body work and it looks AMAZING! He also kept me up to date every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what he we working on! The owner or manager or really everyone there are great people! I have to give my experience at Caliber Collision in Portland, Tx. a 10 out of 10! Gracie Sanchez and Shawna made me feel reassured that everything would be okay. Shawna talked me through the entire process. She and Gracie both would call me personally with updates on my vehicle even after informative text messages were sent to me. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and everyone needing auto bodywork repair. If I ever needed this type of service again, I woo ups go back to Caliber Collision in Portland, Tx.

I called to get my bumper repainted due to scratches and deep scuffs. They refused to take my cash money to fix the damage because I would not give them a perfectly good vehicle to sit on the lot while they order paint and supplies. I was even going to bring them the bumper and install myself.Guess I ll spend my money elsewhere who wants the business.

This is our second vehicle they've worked on. They do great work, and their very helpful. They gave us daily updated on the progress of our vehicles and that was great. We highly recommend them and their work.

The work that was done on my vehicle there was fine. I was very disappointed in some of the people that work there. They didn t follow through with sending information to the insurance co and the customer. Gracie that works in the front office is an excellent employee!
