The team at Al Williford Chevrolet in Portland, Tx. are a group of professional people that the Company should give them all a raise. The prompt and warm way of greeting the customer by Celeste and Raymond, the Techs in the garage, and the sales crew I spoke with are examples of why I return back time after time. What surprised me was the car wash after the service, that was nice. Earned a five-star from me that day.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Al Willeford was a great experience, was able to purchase a new Equinox. Zach Soliz & Mr. Mike the salesman were able to assist me.The staff was friendly & courteous. I highly recommend using Al Willeford.

Nice folks to deal with but attention to detail could use some improvement. Picked up my truck because it was "ready" as I was about to drive off I noticed the lisence plates sitting on the floor. Simple fix but then looked closer, a new tire that was to be installed wasn't and later that day noticed the radio antenna was not attached to the fender that had been repaired. Some QA / QC would be of benefit here.

Went in for an alignment, and found out while I was under the truck that they didn't even try, would not recommend
