The tire center phone service does not work. It will direct you to customer service who are rude and unwilling to help you. The website says they have tires in stock but it does not reflect what is actually available in store. No one who operates on vehicles has any sense of urgency, you will likely be waiting on your vehicle all day. The employees refuse to give an ETA on your vehicle because they are too slow to meet any expectations. The automotive department will charge you for features that you do not need without asking. The brand new tires I paid for were filthy after installation. Overall an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience before I even made it to the store. Would recommend your uncle's bootleg tire shop over Walmart automotive.

That department is HORRIBLE!!! We were there for 1.5 hrs just to put in a BATTERY in my sisters car & we were the first ones there. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! They were also RUDE! Three elderly women. Grrr

So ridiculously slow and unorganized! I waited almost an hour for a tech to come up to my car to see what services I needed and then add almost 5 hours just to replace a tire!!!

Nice employees but I paid $700 plus for tires and mounting and they did not have the tire pressure monitoring systems. So I'm on hold driving around with a tire warning light on my SUV all the time and calling daily to get the parts I paid for.Service: TiresService: Tires

I paid and they supposedly fixed an air leak on my car tire a long time ago. I was still getting the low pressure signal on occasion. I went there. They looked at it. Filled the tire with air. I have gone to this place a few times to fix the air leak and paid for service. I still kept getting the low tire pressure warning. After all this time, I found out I still had a nail in that same tire. Why am I paying for service and they are not doing anything? I might go here for other car problems but not my tires.Service: Tires

Very unprofessional, no one picks up phone, got my tires changed around 3 months back and got low tire pressure sign twice, I barely drive my car since I work at a hybrid company.

Absolutely horrible service. They are completely unorganized and slow. I had to come 3 times just get the tires I ordered. I waited for hours for them to tell me they didn t have them the first 2 times and then I finally got them the third time and had to wait hours for them to be installed even though I had an appointment and they started on my vehicle right away. I will never come to this location again.

The price was the best thing going...but be prepared to sit hours, they dont seem to hv enough workers and if your not careful they overcharge. I was rung up by the manager in auto care. Returned for the error, the store manager walmart credit me Did you know they were supposed to give you 10$ if they take your battery during a replacement? And you could refill a battery. Lesson learned.

Brought my father's car in and received a call hours later to let us know they don't carry the necessary oil filter but that they were closing so we would have to wait until the next day to pick it up (turned out that this was actually false). It took an hour to find his keys the following morning. Definitely will never return here for an oil change.

Just came for a patch for my tire with one car in front of me. My tire has been off for over an hour and they still can t tell me anything about my vehicle or when it will be done. I will never come back here.

January 30, 2023Manager raised her voice at me after I protested, calmly, about a messed up policy she claims EverStart and Walmart has with their car batteries. After speaking with a worker at Autozone who said they had the exact same problem with Walmart's Auto Car Center, it's clear I will not be going to Walmart for many of my needs as they have let me down tremendously again.Here's what happened. Back in 2019, I bought a new battery from Walmart. It failed within the timeframe of the warrant, and I brought it back to get another battery free under the warranty from Walmart. The replacement battery under warranty failed within the warranty period written on the battery. I brought that back. They said because this was a replacement battery obtained through the warranty on the first battery's warranty period the warranty on the previous battery extends to the replacement battery negating the warranty on the replacement battery I would not get my new battery free under warranty. I get that, and that makes perfect sense.Here's where the problem comes in. I opted to buy a new and much more expensive battery (4 yr warranty) from them at full price and simply turn in my core battery. The manager says I would not get the 4 yr warranty with that new battery regardless of how I make my purchase. In other words, once you buy a car battery from Walmart that initial battery's warranty is the only warranty you will ever get on any auto battery you purchase from Walmart. Every auto battery you buy from Walmart from that point on comes without a warranty even if you pay full price as if you were a first-time customer or have never purchased a car battery from them. The rep from Autozone said he ran into the exact same problem with Walmart.Therefore, my recommendation to you is to buy your car/truck battery from somewhere else. Autozone got my $200+ and Walmart and EverStart lost out on that and all future auto purchases. You may pay less at Walmart initially, but you'll definitely pay more in the long run. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and Walmart is no exception.As for the manager who raised her voice at me, that was completely uncalled for. She doesn't own Walmart or EverStart, so I'm not sure why she became so emotional with me for saying, "That's not right" and lied telling me that every warranty everywhere else works like this. After 40 years as a consumer dealing with warranties, I can tell you that is completely false. Walmart, your managers and poor customer service go hand in hand.Service: Auto battery replacement

The guy who checked me in was SUPER RUDE . Why work at a place were you seem miserable . If you don t love your job don t work there .I took my car keys back and went to get my oil changed at valvoline down the street. Best thing I did all day .0 STARS!

Waited an hour to replace a battery, the one I asked for was not in stock. I wasn t told until it was in my car and ready to go that I had to pay for a more expensive battery.In my opinion, I should have been told the product I asked for wasn t in stock before the service or prorated for the $30 difference in price. They didn t really care. Just laughed off. I didn t find it funny.They just don t really seem to care about customers.On the positive he said it would be about an hour and he was right. Probably an ok place for a wham bam thank you ma am or simple car things you re too lazy or don t have enough time to complete yourself. Nothing complicated though.

I ve been coming here since 2007, used to be great, reliable and very time efficient. Never in all of my experiences here, no matter how busy and packed they were, have I had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and a rotation/balance; never except for today and the last time I came here a few months ago. The only common demoninator is the elderly african american gentleman that works here. I feel awful writing this, as he s not a bad person, however he really slows down the whole process. As I write this i m watching him put on a tire, totalling almost 6 minutes to just put on and bolt down one tire. I was the first one here at 8am, it s now 10:15, and he s still stating it a going to be another 20min before finishing; there s only 1 other car here and 3 other mechanics. Thankfully the others are helping him otherwise i m sure 20 minutes would not suffice. Very unfortunate.

Auto Center: Called in to see if they were open, haven t been open since March.Customer Service Department: Going against company policy as stated online for returns. They will state you have to use either paper receipt which is fair or Walmart pay to do a return/exchange. I had my receipt uploaded on the app, and was trying to return and get my cash back but was lied about their store policy about not accepting those. Some Walmart s will always try to make their own policy from store to store ,which is not allowed. Call corporate if this happens. I will not be spending my cash at this location. 0/10

Idiots made me wait two hours just to say they didn't have my filter (a very common one) in stock. Lost two bolts on my skid plate in the meantime and the manager was too busy to come to automotive to heary complaint. You get what you pay for, even when you don't pay.

I came here to get my oil changed, I was told it was going to be 45 min and after 2 1/2 hours they finally told me they couldn t even get the filter off. Don t come here.

This place is a joke the guys here dont want to do there job i paid for a full synthetic oil change drove off and noticed it wasnt done correctly went back the guy had a screwdriver under my hood doing who knows what now a month later my car is saying it needs a oil change took my car back told the shop manager and store manager what was going on shop manager tried to tell me i need a oil change i told him the sticker in my car said i dont and its only been a month he said its the wrong sticker and wrong oil listed this place is a joke i will never bring my car here again i made sure i got copies and proof of everything
