If you need your trailer repaired or tires... This is the place to go! They are very nice and helpful.. ..... I had stopped at a different tire shop, and they said I had to wait about 45 min. I called Trout Trailer, and I asked if they tires for vehicles as well.. The young lady told me they did, and they had me in and out... I recommend them

Took my trailer down to trout trailers to have wheel bearing and grease seals installed!! Upon arrival a sales representative called over a I m guessing here a mechanic who inspected it and said NO Problem!!! Three days later I get a call and they told me that they couldn t find parts and that I needed to have a new axle installed so I would never have this issue again!!! I told they I would just pickup the trailer and do it myself!!! They told me that I would have to have another trailer to take it!! I didn t understand that that since I pulled that trailer in !! So I showed up they loaded it up and when I got home I jacked it up on my trailer and found the reason!!!! They jammed rear wheel bearing on without packing with grease !!! Had to take a chisel to it to get it off!!! I told them I didn t know if it was the right ones!!! So much for their experience trailer knowledge!!!!

Very nice and helpful people. They run just over 400.00 cheaper than other places to install a gooseneck trailer hitch.

Larry Trout helps as many people as he can. There is a person with financial issues that has some metal porches on hand. The person has medical issues that prevents him from selling the porches himself. Larry offered to pay for the porches to help him with his finances. He posted the porches for sell on Facebook Marketplace and I happened to see the post. The metal porch was located in Pointblank, Texas which is 90 miles away from my place. He drove all that way with one of his employees to my place and assembled it to my porch. I am so thankful. If the owner of 2 stores in his 70s can work hard spending an hour in the hot sun then surely this reflects on the work ethic of this business and have no doubt that all of his workers are respectful and honest.

My 28 ft enclosed wells cargo was having serious electrical gremlins causing lights to not work intermittently. I called the gals here and they were very direct and polite explaining the process. I showed up the next morning with my trailer and Brandon the tech jumped on it and within 5 minutes figured exactly the issue. He replaced the pigtail and a tail light. He had me double check everything before pulling out and even caught an issue on the right taillight that I missed. He repaired that without charging extra. They did all of this for a bargain of a price and was polite (pinch me). I highly recommend this place for their knowledge, and customer service, You can t beat the prices neither. 5 stars and I will definitely be doing whatever trailer maintenance/purchasing here. They are the real deal. I made it to Missouri issue free thanks to Brandon

Stay away from this place! Had them rebuild the front- end of my F350 in August of 2020. I put 5k miles on the truck in the last 11 months and was told the new ball joints they installed were already bad. Took back today 7-12-21 and the owner confirmed they were already bad and needed replacement. The owner then proceeded to tell me they would cover the parts for free but I would then have to pay the labor again to replace them, mind you they told me I had a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. Took the truck to a reputable shop and the owner is warranting not only the parts but also contacting the manufacturer to have the labor warrantied as well. Go somewhere else, you've been warned.

Can't say enough good things about these folks. Just had Matt do an alignment on a 65 Mustang with a VERY altered suspension. Took him an hour and a half and it now drives with one finger and is PERFECT! Total professional who know his stuff! Lowered suspension with wide rubber and he made it all work perfectly. Thank you!!!!!

Awesome people. Always freindly and helpful. I've been here several time getting parts and having things done to my trailer. Needed to buy a new one and they had what I wanted. They even changed out the hitch right before they closed so I could have it same day.
