I was a customer for the last 10 years, when I went 2 months ago I found out it was not kwik kar lube anymore. Anyways, I did oil change and differential services. Now my differential broke down and when I replaced it my Mecanic opened it and told me the oil was super bad. I went back to kwik kar and I asked the guy in charge why the oil was bad if I had just changed it, and he did not care and needed the receipt. When I came back with the receipt to prove that I had just changed it, and brought a sample of the actual oil, he told me they have cameras and were going to check them to see if they actually change the oil or not to prove it. They were supposed to call me on Thursday and they did not call. They said it s now up the corporation to call me. I hope they do. Also, I found out that day that the manager that was in charge the day I had the oil change had been fired. Ricardo, the person in charge now, is very rude. Anyway, beware of these people.

The staff was very good and friendly. It was a Saturday and was busy, but didn't take long. First time at a Kwik Kar lube and it was very interesting. I didn't have to get out of my truck. Over all I'd recommend anyone to go there. And the price was very reasonable

BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CARWASH SUDDENLY ITS JUST CLOSED DOWN!The job they always done on my cars was exceptional!! Other than the one time I had a sweet stolen out of my car by an employee while they were cleaning it, this place was amazing and well worth the money

The experience was nice. They took their time vacuuming and wiping down my car. It smells really nice after I got in, pina colada. :) Overall, I would return and have them take care of my car again.

This place is no longer a Kwik Kar its been taken over by Valvoline and they're now useless. I have a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman that I've been bringing to this location for 4 years. Never had any issues, they changed the oil ok every time. Imagine my surprise when I pull up this time and it's now a Valvoline and they tell me they're not allowed to change the oil in my car due to liability because the access for the oil required them to move the coolant lines.If you have a European car don't bother to bring it here they won't do it. They also charged $40 to change windshield wipers which was supposedly the discount price.

They changed the name. It's no longer Kwik Kar it's Valoline oil change and they hiked up the prices. I will never go there again. What was a $50 dollar oil went to almost over $100 oil change just for my truck. They definitely over charge and price gage.

They have always done a great job, but the employees hiding out in the customer bathroom and playing on their phones have to stop. Literally, every time I come here, there's an inconsiderate employee on their phone in the restroom or bathroom. This isn't professional at all, and they need to understand being considerate to others.

Went at lunchtime around 2pm. It was fast I was in and out. This was my second time to have my oil changed here. Will return for next oil change

They do a great job here. It's hard to find a decent hand wash in the area, but they are very good. I almost never have to follow up on their drying/wipe down skills. The only thing that keeps it from a five is the waiting area. The restroom was pretty bad even after an employee used it.

It's OK. I bought the $14 car wash which I'd say according to their pricing is slotted as a "middle" wash. My car wasn't excessively dirty and the wash left a lot of dirt. The rims weren't fully cleaned either. I've been to other automatic car washes that don't leave residue in these same places. Also, as I was going through the wash, I noticed many of the nozzles that squirt soap and/or water were either clogged or mis-aimed - quite a few of them. I would not go back here again because of the price per quality of wash issue.

Came in to wash my truck by the time I got out my antenna was missing and some guy from the office basically just blamed me " its your fault it was loose thats why its gone" my first time here and last time. Take your business somewhere else! Where they treat their customers with some Manners.

I ve been noticing scratches after going through the car wash tunnel. Seems like every time I go through I get new scratches. This last time it completely ruined my hood! I m hoping they can buff it out cause it s bad. Even the top of my vehicle is scratched. I m devastated. Hoping to change my reviews cause I ve had good experiences except the last 3 visits. I let last scratches slide but this time I can t.

Been my go to for state inspection over the last 4 years. They originally told me my treads were too low on my tires, so I got new tires. Went there today and was greeted by a rude bald headed inspector who claims my tint is too dark. Aggressively tested my window to justify his claim. This is the same tint I had for my last 4 inspections at the same place!

My Went today 8/15/2023 to get a carwash and the manager Jose broke a mirror and try to blame that the mirror was already broken, if it were would be hanging and did not want to take responsability, saying he wasn't afraid, and claiming that he had to fold them in order to wash it then i asked to show me the policy he didn't even knew where was it behind another sign and all letters fading hard to read but anyway he took thru the tunnel when he himself broke the mirror when i ask to talk with his supervisor did not try to contact himThe guy very rude and yelling to take my truck out of the bussines, that i want try to find his boss in 10 days but he did not tell what timePlease BEWARENever going back to wash my cars there.Poor customer serviceRude manager.

I originally gave them 5 stars until I noticed the back of my truck cab and I had to edit my rating. While they did a pretty good job I'm disappointed that it looks like they decided not to finish the job . It looks like they got as far as they could reach on one side but not the other. And definitely didn't want to get in the bed of the truck to finish it.

Not the friendliest place. Employees are more worried about their phones than service. I had to ask for the sticker for my oil change. When I mentioned the price I was charged wasn't the price quoted the mechanic suggested if I didn't like the prices then I should go to wal mart next time. I guess they don't need the business.

I came here on 7/22 at 2:37pm. There was a blonde man with a ponytail who worked the drive-thru car wash. He was very rude. There was a delay in stations to wipe down the car. He didn't tell us about this, so we were just waiting in front of the carwash. He had a serious attitude when we asked about the delay. When we told him that we didn't need our car hand dried, we just wanted the carwash. He said "Ok, well it's your money." He might be the manager at this location...which explains the poor customer service. Avoid this place, there are many other car washes with far better customer service.

Pulled in on a Saturday 5 minutes before close with my own oil and filter and the guys took care of me and even tried to check more thank i asked for. Being a mechanic myself i know all too well the feeling you get when you can see the finish line yet one more last minute a-hole shows up. They didn't complain and knocked it out. Gave the mgr an extra 20 for their next lunch. Good job crew! I'll be back and recommend.Service: Oil change

I did not expect perfection for $42 but a finished job would have been nice. You can tell where the steering wheel was not armored only half of it was, only one cup holder was cleaned the gear shift was not touched I had to vacuum out my own side door and wipe it out, I had to rewipe all of the doorframes that still have pollen so they have not been cleaned, you can tell where they did not vacuum underneath my mat very good,and they took my ketchup holder from waterburger that was in my air conditioner vent.I have always used them after my oil change but I think I will have to find a different place this is not the 1st time they have disappointed me with their cleaning.

The oil part was quick and easy however the car wash part was awful. The workers were rude one laughed at me because I didn't know were to put the wheels when pulling in the car wash. When I addressed this to the manager he said well he is just a kid and he thought it was funny that you didn't know where to put the wheels. My car was still covered and soap and all he could say is well I can rinse it off, that's all I can do. I have never been so embarrassed and I will never be taking my business here

I've come here before for an oil change and they are usual pretty quick and affordable. Last time I was here was for a state inspection and it was also done within 10-15 minutes. I'm not sure if it's short staffed or just the way the business is run, but there wasn't anyone at the counter the last few times I've came. Could also do with more visible prices, it's all relatively cheap, but would be nice to know how much you're likely going to be paying prior to having the service done. I didn't really see a pricing guide anywhere, but it's also possible I missed it. On occasion I've also received complimentary car washes from the car wash behind this location, I'm unsure if the businesses are together, but it's an added bonus. Additionally, the majority of the staff that works here is friendly and decently informed about their services provided.

Mirror came out broken from car wash reached out to manager said he was going to call me so he can send me the video on the camera from when it broke off Never did. They don t care enough to return a phone call or admit it was their car wash that broke my mirror. Now I might have to pay out of pocket on something their machine broke.

They said that all of my tires had 40 lbs. Well, one was 40. The other three were 38. 35 and 33. I think they just pencil whipped it. No telling what else they lied about.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and a car wash. Girl behind counter took down all of my info and my keys. OVER 3 hrs later, I returned for pick up.. no one was in the office, girl outside playing on her phone. Mechanics hanging around talking with no other work. Come to find out no one could figure out what the car was there for. Terrible communication skills at this location.. 0 service. And rudely asked me if I would like my oil change now after almost 4 hrs. Of course I do NOT want you to touch my vehicle. VERY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL experience. They even had all the info to call and ask questions. Absolutely will never return here with my vehicle. As I am extremely pregnant and uncomfortable. But still have a car with nothing done. I would like to speak with the corporate office and can not seem to find a number to reach anyone. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE.. NEGATIVE STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY.. NOT EVEN A 1 STAR RATING IN MY OPINION. BEWARE BEWARE

In and out service! Free car wash with oil change...love that! They also give you 2 weeks to use coupon if you don't want to go that day!
