My fiance and me were headed to our bachelor/ette party while my car battery died. After multiple places not willing to help us, Joe at O'Reilly fixed our battery and got us back on the road. We are very thankful for his help, knowledge and expertise. Thank you Joe!

Words cannot express the welcoming feel I get when I arrive at this store at 23840 F.M. 1314 in Porter, Texas. On many occasions, I have been greeted with a friendly hello and treated with a kindness. I commend all the employees, from Shelly to, Joe, the other Joe, Danny, Yvonne (I think is her name) one could not go to a better auto part store. On other occasions, I have recommended my friends to go this O Reilly for best help and they have provided it. My bestie came in crying after her car would not start and the employees noticed it was her battery. The store was filled with people and she stated that they got her going and on her way even though it was rush hour. Since then, I have recommended all of my friends to this store. I love walking in and having the employees holler at me from across the store and make me feel like the TV show cheers (Danny, Hondure�o) where everybody knows your name. This is an indicator of great management and intent on customer service! Please recognize these employees for their work and and providing an atmosphere of customer care in positivity. As to people looking for a quality store with a winning atmosphere an catering to bilingualism, I whole heartedly recommend the O Reilly auto part store at 23840 F.M. 1314!!!

I just want to give a big thanks to Joe o I came in with a engine check light and he was more then helpful he explained why it was doing it and helped solve my issue Within 5 minutes

They had what I needed and were nice, but the price seemed high. Bought it anyway as I was already there. Called NAPA later in the day and found I paid almost DOUBLE!Two stars for being nice.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! And they have super cute accessories for your vehicle! I will definetly be back! William was the one who helped me with my truck battery and he was very patient with me lol

Update: The friendly staff that used to work there is no longer around apparently. Instead, and this has happened several times, you have long lines while 2 woman are smoking in the back, as I have seen them myself. Do yourself a favor and drive just down the road to Autozone.

This place is fantastic! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely personable! Very friendly place to shop for auto parts! Jodee was fantastic, best auto parts experience I've ever had!!! I will be returning for all my auto parts needs to here from now on!!

Probably an okay place but the time I went I needed to know where my alternator was so my dad and me could replace it. When I asked the guy if he could help me identify where it was at his only comment was "you shouldn't try to replace it yourself if you don't know where it's at". I get why that's good advice, but there's a better way to say it. For all he knew I've switch fifty alternators and just didn't know this vehicle well. Not very helpful advice.

Bad customer service!! Went to get our battery checked, they lied to my husband stating our battery was good, we took it to a different O'reily they actually took the time to test it! It was not a good battery! They printed the receipt from the machine stating we had a bad battery.

I always buy my parts from another company but it was going to take two weeks longer to get a part from my usual place so I purchased from oreilly. My parts were shipped and supposedly delivered on a day my husband and I were outside working in the front yard. No delivery truck ever came so I went to oreilly to report my package shows delivered but didn t arrive. They would not do anything about it but file a claim with UPS who promptly closed the case stating it was delivered. Which I don t doubt it was but not to me. Oreilly did absolutely nothing so I was out quite a bit of money and still had to go elsewhere and rebuy the parts. I have NEVER had a large company like that not reship the item and then take it up with the shipping company. Absolutely horrible customer service and flat out kept my money and I got no product. They had a chance to win a customer and all of their friends because they are 3 minutes from my house. However, now, I will go out of my way to not purchase from them ever again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know about their actions as well. I can not explain just how ripped off I feel by them.

Tall Alex was so helpful! He picked out and installed my new truck battery. Great attitude despite it being so late at night. I forgot my air freshener and he held it until I could pick up the next day. Will definitely be returning for any car needs. Thank you so much Alex!

I am so grateful for the excellent service we received today from Chelli! On the way out to go camping, with a full truck bed of gear, all sorts of engine lights came on and we were stuck. Chelli helped us diagnose the issue, get parts, recommended a shop to install, and with the best personality too. We re back on the way out to camp now and so relieved - THANK YOU!

Went today to get a battery tested asked red head with mullet to test it he then sighed said tester was broken. Then other employees started to yell and say it wasn't or to use one in the back. Mullet man then said it will take 2 hours then employees yelled at him more. Kid didn't wanna work didn't wanna lift a finger feel very sorry for this next generation of chickenshits that are so spoiledamd selfish

Thank you for helping me 2 find my part which had to be ordered. It came in earlier then to be inspected. When I picked it up I was greeted and helped right away. The store was very organized and clean. I would go back in and that store again. I give it a 5-star rating.

Needed my battery changed and since it was raining, the guy said they had a policy that didn't allow them to go out and help.. bummer since I had to go to Auto Zone down the street and get it done

My headlight was out in my truck. I went in, asked for help to get the right bulb. Justin was very polite and friendly. He came out to help me when I was struggling to remove the battery to replace the bulb. He pulled the battery off, helped me replace the bulb. He was very kind and helpful and a great employee. I have always said Oreillys is the best, and this is a great reason why, because of your people.

I will never go to this O Reillys ever again so unprofessional I walked in the guys are on their phones. I asked the guy by the name of Alex to help me and he said he couldn t I did not make a purchase I just walked out .

Pretty good auto parts store, but not always great customer service. It seems like a lot of the times the employees go out of their way to avoid you, especially the younger help.

Went in for a check engine light, even offered to do it myself since it's raining and I have an umbrella. Staff refused because of the rain even when I offered to use my umbrella so the tool didn't get wet

I like dealing with this O'Reilly's they have helped me out a lot I have a 1988 full size Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer edition they've helped me so much I wish I could give them 10 Stars because they have earned more than five stars from me happy to do business with them on a regular basis.

Phenomenal service. Went in with what I suspected was a bad battery, the guys helped me test it and replaced it when I bought a new one. No salesman-like pressure to upgrade or buy extras, and no attitude or rudeness about my lack of knowledge.10/10 would go again.

Every time I go to this New caney location I have to return because they give me the wrong part. 100% of the time they do this. I broke down in miles from this O'Reilly's because my u-joint went out so I made it to the store and buy the part and then make it back to my truck only to get it apart and find out it is micro millimetres too big so I had to make my way back to the store then back to my truck. This was pretty recent. They always have young kids and people working there that don't know anything about cars or trucks, but ignorance is not an excuse because they have a computer at their fingertips that tells them everything they need to know. All I'm saying is expect it when you go.
