Absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable employees. I buy my tires from NTB and get some perks such as free flat repair.Day after Christmas 2023 while driving back from Huston a fuel injector malfunctioned. It scared my kids with how bad the van was shaking. I called and even though they were full for the day they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the work they did.I came in today to get a balance and rotation, they checked my tire tread and let me know that 2 of the tires needed to be replaced. The front desk employee helped me look over my options and let me pick what I felt was best my family.100% recommend NTB and this location.

I drive up a few minutes before they opened and Daniel unlocked the doors and opened the door for me, even greeting me with sincerity. After a quick run down of my issue, Joe appeared and quickly and efficiently took the reins and the shop crew did an absolute professional job with my repairs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing 5-star service!

Daniel and his team did a fantastic job with my car. I came in asked for what I needed and right away they were already taking care of what I needed. Great Service! Joseph was super nice. It was about an 45 minutes untill closing and I called to see if I could get an oil change and Joseph answered and told me to come on in. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and my car was taken care of right away. Thanks so much Joseph and Jesse!

Daniel helped me make sure my truck was lined up correctly and was well taken care of. Made sure that I was able to purchase the right parts for it so they can do the correct alignment on it and me not waste money on it. Will keep going back. Thank you again.

We went in looking for a tire patch, but the nail was too close to the side wall. Daniel was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to give us a deal on a set of four new tires. The labor and tires were very reasonably priced, and the customer service was excellent. The whole process took about 45 min, and I would recommend them to anyone with auto needs.

I ve been having this issue with my car battery where is always dies, and I came in right before they closed since I was busy all day and they treated me like any customer and helped me out! I would later stop by with the parts I needed and they did it incredibly fast , and left my car feeling like brand new. Thanks Daniel, and all the amazing people that work there. The prices were also fair.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now for various problems on two different vehicles. They are always fast and courteous. Always honest!!! They have had the chance to fix my car when it really didn t need it. They were honest and told me .saving me a couple of hundred dollars!!! I trust these guys!!

Daniel was extremely helpful getting me tires for my Durango. He only had one tire in stock that I needed, when I needed 2. He ordered me a tire at around 8:30am and sent someone to pick it up so I could have both placed.

I worked with Randy today with an issue with a tire. He was honest and I trusted him which is hard to find in car repairs. They could not fix my tire because the place where the hole was and he informed my other tire was also on its last legs, I had previously bought two front tires so he sold me two new tires and they were prompt and effective in getting my new tires on. I have not previously had a good experience at this NTB but after this I think I ll be back to have my breaks done.

We were trying to get on the road for a 7 hour drive to family for Christmas and with the car fully loaded with luggage, presents, the kids and the dog; the car wouldn t start. Got it jump started and made our way to NTB in Porter. Joe got us in, made sure they had the right battery and had it installed super quick! They even didn t mind the dog waiting with us inside out of the cold. We were back on the road in no time. Appreciate you Joe!

Price gouging. Charging for things not asked to do. Didn t put spare, tools and cover back in trunk properly. Just messy and lazy. Don t recommend! Won t be back!

These guys know what they are doing, fast and friendly service! Went in to replace 2 worn out tires, the tech was able to determine what caused the issues and they fixed it all up the same day! There is a reason I keep coming back to them!

I went to NTB in Porter today to get my battery checked. Daniel did it for free and told me what my problem was. I had bought the battery somewhere else and he even asked me to bring it back after the battery was installed to make sure it was fixed and the alternator was working correctly.. definitely recommend this place and I'll be coming back for oil changes!!
