Avoid this tire shop! We usually go down the road, but unfortunately ended up here. My spouse walked into the warehouse and picked out the tires with the clerk so we made sure the size was accurate. After waiting over an hour (which was fine, we were in line), the truck is complete, only to find that the wrong tires were put on the truck. They weren t even the correct size! So we requested them to be corrected. Both clerks working made it seem like we were an inconvenience because we wanted them to fix their mistake. After getting the correct tires put on, we got in to leave and saw that the TPMS light was on. We requested that they fix it, but was told to drive 20 miles and it would shut off. It didn t shut off, and we are now having to take the truck elsewhere for the TPMS sensor to be fixed as they claim no responsibility after you drive off the lot , which is exactly what they instructed us to do. Horrible customer service and they damage your vehicle when asked to correct their own mistake! Avoid at all costs!

I guess I ran over something. Puncture a hole in my tire. These fixed me up real quick at a fair price. I would recommend.

I went there to have a nail taken out of a tire. I declined a used tire from there and went to Discount Tire. They scratched my wheel all the way around. It s a 475 wheel. I am so mad. They were reckless with my investment. I guess I d have two scratched wheels if I decided to buy the used tire. If you have a decent car you need treated with care stay away from there.

4 used tires wereInstalled, then I noticed car were running super stiff. Checked tire pressure and it was 55psi in 2 tires. 10 psi over limit. Then 3 tires were leaking from rim area, they said I have to pay to fix it.I asked them why didn't you check for air leaks at a time of installation. He said Yea I Checked.I have hard time believing that since they don't even check air pressure.I going to pay another shop to fix it.

Caution!! Was quoted $350 by a guy there at the front desk for some work. Ordered parts and went back a few days later to get the work done only for them to charge me $425. They said they never told me it would be $350 so I had no choice but to pay since work was already completed. If you get a quote or they tell you a certain price make sure it s writing otherwise it s your word against theirs.

If you not one of them you not gonna get service. Went to a tire shop down the street to get breaks put on they had me Done in 10 minutes.

This place is terrible. It took a week for them to get back to me just for putting on a spare tire. Their business phone number is useless, I have a higher probability of winning the lottery than I do reaching them through their phone number. Turns out they lost my lug nut as well. Lug nuts are not sold individually so I now have to now buy a new set of lug nuts due to this place s carelessness. Outright ridiculous. 100% do not recommend.

I wish a negative one star was available, The guy in charge was so rude took him a while to even say yes to do an alignment on my car because he needed a one hour lunch break he just came from. What is the car was in the workers look like they were lazy to do the alignment and come up with so many excuses why they couldn't do it. Worst place ever I won't ever come back to this place and I don't recommend anybody coming here, They're all lazy rude And don't know what they're doing

After reading some of the lessor reviews sounds like my instinct is correct. I stopped in on a Saturday needing an alignment and he said I needed 4 tires and alignment told him I didn t have the 237 for all of it, ended up at 120 card 60 cash 4 new tires no alignment and my husband noticed my tires and said I thought u got new tires these are bald .... so I decided to google reviews to see what others had to say and maybe it s true they do I flat their products as new when they are not. Service is good, they seem to care but are they really caring or is it sales... I m very disappointed if it turns out they are used tires for 180....

I DO NOT RECOMMEND....... They will take your money, and will give you a bad tire. We bought a new tire, that went flat, LITTERALLY the next morning. Went back and EVERYONE was rude. They began to talk crazy, in spanish... To their suprise, we speak fluent spanish.They even went far enough to call the police..The cop SAID THAT THIS HAPPENS ALOT AT THIS TIRE SHOP and that all we could do was take them to court. Anyways, they over charge for already bad tires and tell you, " Oh well."

STAY AWAY!! We had to call the cops! These guys sold us a bad tire that wasn t properly sealed and refused to replace it. We bought the tire yesterday and it blew out less than 24 hours later. The manger was extremely rude and antagonizing. The cop said it s VERY common issue at this shop. BUYER BEWARE!!

I had a new tire that I got a nail in it. The guy was not doing a plug, he burnt it and put a patch. As I pulled out I realized my sensor was not working. I tried to call but no answer. I had been gone maybe 10 minutes. He broke my sensor now 130.00 to have a new one installed and I woke with a complete flat. My friend warned me about going there but I had used them a couple years ago but now I wish I'd listened. Now I'm having to get my flat fixed again...pay for a new sensor and waste a morning I should be at work. Smh.

BEWARE! Bad business! Literally yesterday we bought a tire. They sold us a bad tire went back today and they wouldn t replace it. Apparently this happens at this tire shop all the time. Everyone who works here is very rude!! Would never recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY! Then the workers got very aggressive and started to talk rude to my family and I and started to push us as we were standing there waiting on the cops to arrive!

$20 to patch a tire, which is normally $5 at other places. They damaged one of the air valves on a tire and they had the AUDACITY to charge me to fix/replace it, something they caused. Charged $600 for a job that was initially quoted at $360 (engine bands). STAY AWAY! Est� gente es tranza.

Went in looking for a specific tire size they said they didn't have it and they were trying to sell me a different size. I said no I would look else where, right when I was leaving they come saying they had the size. Confirmed they would install and balanced for such price. I leave the shop and my car felt worse than how it initially was. I took my car to a different shop turns they never balanced the tire I purchased. Would not recommend!!

I have used them a couple of times and service was always good and work performed correctly and on time. No place to sit in the shade. That is a problem in our summer months. I want to add to my comments from several months ago. I asked the young girl inside to use the restroom and was told they do not have one. I went next door to the quick stop and needed to buy something to use the restroom. I can not believe a public place does not have a public restroom. For that reason I have stopped going there and will never return!! I have since started using DSL automotive and they are better with a restroom.

I've bought tires here and have had tires patched up and today I had them replace my rear break pads and also my water pump, I brought all the parts and they replaced all for $140.00 labor and they even give you the old parts back just for your piece of mind. I was 'In and Out' in 3 hrs. I leave it up to you to give them a try.

Local place that I tried to get my grandsons car fixed, long story short we had to take it to another shop. Although I gave one star on this performance I love going to local businesses and supporting them, I have been to Lorenzo's several times and this was the first oops from the place. Yes I will visit for the tires still.

My dad took his truck for an alignment. They charge him 45 dollars to tell him that he needed some work on his suspension. They try to charge him over 1k in repairs. We took to truck for repairs which was less than 1k. Once the repairs were done my dad took ot again for alignment and was rold that his 45 dollars were not honored toward the alignment because theor shop did not performed the repairs. In another ocasion this shop was charging 65 to change 2 tires and balance them. They are crooked and over price their repairs.

Needed to get tires checked out. The car was wobbling really bad. They decided replacing all tires was the solution then said all tires of the car were different sizes. Had to pay allot for "new" tires that were used and just rinsed with water.2020 update: Had paid $50 to recycle old tires only for them to take our rims along with all the tires. They said they'll charge $100 extra to let us keep our own rims. This business is a complete scam they wash and sell used tires over-priced from precious recycled tires.

Very nice place. They keep it clean and are very trustworthy. They found an issue with my tire and did not want to charge me but I was not gonna leave without paying them something.

They were amazing. I took my new battery and terminal clamp in with some post cleaner. They took care of the issue at hand. I did forget to ask for the old battery and the new can of cleaner back. That was on me for not asking for the items back.

Went and got 4 used tires the day before Hurricane Harvey hit. Just now posting this review because I just had new tires put on my truck at a different place. Was showed by this new tire guy that my tire pressure sensor was taped to the inside of my rim with a ton of electrical tape. My tire pressure sensor light has been on since replacing my tires 7 months ago. I figured honestly that maybe the used tires didn t have one and I thought that s why the light was on? I didn t honestly give much thought to it because I knew the tires were holding air so I didn t really care about the light at the time. Am upset because it was broken and they tried to hide it and didn t tell me. That s deceitful and so because of that, I won t be using them again. But I will say they originally had all 4 tires marked for $280 total, I only had $200. They discounted them to $200 but I did have to take my 4 original tires home. So at the time I did appreciate them helping me out in that way and the tires lasted 7 months and I do ALOT of driving for work. They also stayed late so I could get them out on before the rain hit. This is why I gave them a 3 star review. So I was happy with the service but after finding out that they broke my tire pressure sensor and didn t tell me, I am not happy now

Can't beat the prices. Especially if you can't afford new tires right away but need tires with more tread on your tires than you have on your current tires. Or if you just need tire repair, this is the place for you. While you wait there try Zipp's Convenient Store and glass station right next door.
