I recently used this car service, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. The service provided was not only reliable but also affordable. Five stars all the way!

I've been going to European Concepts for years for various mechanical needs from oil changes to automotive repairs. The senior mechanic (Ruslan) is very knowledgeable and uses quality parts at very reasonable prices. I no longer live in the EMC area but still go here for automotive service. This is the only shop I can recommend for European cars.

I purchased a 2000 jaguar over 1 year ago and still have yet to receive my title! Even after filing a complaint with dps. It is obvious at this point my only option is to sue the owner. Do not do business with Ruslan without him signing your title over in front of you. I am now stuck with a vehicle that is not even registered in my state and have no options besides coming out of pocket a large sum of money. If you read this Ruslan be a man and answer your phone. I will be filing a police report this week and have my lawyer draw up the paper for lawsuit as well.

CON ARTIST. This person deserves zero stars. He is manipulative and crooked. I trusted him at first, but I painfully realized he had been cheating me out of my money for the entire time that I dealt with him. Again, at the start of me bringing my vehicle to him for repairs, he seemed to be honest and legit. Looking back, maybe that was all a show as well. Long story short, I dropped my 2008 bmw 528 I in December and didn't get it back until 4 months later. Every time I called to check the status, he would say "it'll be ready tomorrow" this went on for months. It was always something. The only reason I got the car back was because I got my father involved, who threatened to call the police. I'm not sure what his intentions were. Maybe he figured I was a young woman who didn't know much about cars so he could tell me anything and I'd go for it. Shame on me. I was referred to the shop by a co worker, but like the other reviews said, this guy took over for the original owner. In closing, avoid this shop at all costs.

"Euro". Yet knows literally nothing about European cars. If you have half a brain, you know more than this guy running a junkyard in the middle of no where.
