Be sure to ring the bell if you dont see anyone. They did a top notch job on my car and I love it! Like they made me feel very comfortable paying my deductible. The care and concern shown to me helped so much going thru the ordeal of a not at fault accident. (18 wheelers tires blowing out and driving away).

Absolutely wonderful experience! Extremely professional. The staff kept me up to date throughout the entire process. My vehicle doesn t have a single scratch on it and was released to me without a single speck of dust on it. Highly recommend!

Took my vehicle there because I had good experience with their automotive shops and insurance recommended list. Very friendly staff. When I went to get it there was an error message on my dash about the keyless entry remote. I hadn t even driven off. I called the guy back over. He said that had been there. No it hadn t. Then he scanned it with some machine and it reset. When I turned it off again the message came back on. I checked my other key and it gave the same message. I called back and he said oh we hang all the key fobs on a board so it wasn t in the car. Well it was when I had it. Then I called back twice more to get a response and got no return call. All I wanted to know was if I needed to take it to an automotive shop for the issue. Instead I got no calls back. Now I have to deal with the adjuster again. Friendly service but there is really no need to make stuff up. If you don t k it then just say you don t know. Then we can go from there.

I recently had my vehicle repaired by caliber collision and the experience was not great. My vehicle was constantly delayed and company representatives had inconsistencies in the status updates. When I received my vehicle it had additional codes on the dashboard and the remote start would not function. Additionally, under the hood a plastic cover was not installed correctly. Finally, the passenger light would not operate. I would not recommend this particular location because of quality issues.

This place was recommended by my insurance we dropped it off and they were a bit slow due to the insurance. We had several call saying the vehicle would be ready that day then would received a the same day say it would not. We were told there was an issue with some sensors. Once we picked up the vehicle we started having electrical issues as well as cosmetic repair problems. I reached out and was told I had to talk to my adjuster. After speaking with the adjuster I was told collision place should honor their lifetime warranty and assess the problems first then they the collision ace would reach out to them. It's been a few days and I still haven't heard back.

Went in to get a quote today for repair that progressive is ready to write a check for and was told it would be 6 days minimum to get a quote. Absolutely shocking and a deal killer. Someone in management needs a wake up call so here is a star for you.Girl at counter was very nice.

I guess if insurance is paying for the repairs, then the experience is different. I decided to buy back my vehicle after the insurance totaled it. Caliber tried to give my truck back to me with the headlights not even installed. bottom line: my truck looked better when I took it in, then when I picked it up. horrible customer service.edit: caliber collision reached out to me because of this review. I responded back with more details and gave them a week. still no response from Caliber. I guess they tried to save face with a response here, but when given more detail they did not respond to even say tough luck.DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERWORK UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN YOUR VEHICLE. THEY WILL BAIT N SWITCH.

Had repairs done to my truck from an accident I was involved in. Took it in on a Tuesday morning and got the call that it was ready that following Thursday afternoon. They did a great job on it!

My insurance company made me bring the vehicle to this location. First they installed an aftermarket part that set off the check engine light and we had to bring it back to them to put the right one in. Then when we got the vehicle back there was a giant crack in the windshield that wasn t there when we dropped it off and they would not take accountability for it. They also failed to install the bumper correctly. Despite ordering a new bumper, while installing it they broke many of the spots on the bumper where the clips attach to hold it in place and didnt replace the clips or bolts that are supposed to be there. They just tried to glue it so it would stay on. It was falling off and popping out. I do not recommend this location.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing experience. Would recommend to everyone. The advisor, Terry, made the experience so smooth and pleasant. He definitely eased my nerves after a few bad experiences with different companies. He was very on-top of everything and kept me updated anytime I had any questions or concerns.

I had high hopes for this place after seeing the reviews. They had my car for a little over 2 months. The first month was fine but after that everything seemed to go downhill. They kept messing things up, ordering wrong parts, broke our windshield, lost one of our car mats. However they did give us a rental that we had for a little over a week until the car was ready . But our car was new we only had it for 6 months before having to place it in the shop. So hearing all the things that went wrong is very unsettling, it feels like things were just way to rushed and not done with care. I wish we could ve had a better experience but at least the staff was niceServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an accident on July 17 and my boyfriend recommended this place. He took his vehicle here a year ago when he got into an accident. They did very well with my Toyota Rav 4. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I m just glad to have my Rav back.

They're the cheapest rate that was nearby, fast service and good vibes all around. Travis was so helpful, polite, quick, sweet, and temporarily fixed my issue and even set everything up for me to come back to get my car fixed next week! I 100% recommend them! I was in & out in less than an hour

I love how I was treated here. The customer service is amazing. As a female, I m not always treated with respect at auto repair shops. But I was treated as an equal here.In regards to my car, the repairs were finished in 1.5wks and looked great! I did have to bring my car back bc the brights weren t working. But their warranty on the work covered it and I got fixed in no time.

What a great place. They stayed on top of our repairs from the moment we took it. They texted me telling me of status sometimes everyday. They let me know when parts were ordered, when they were expected, when it would be ready. They even took care of car rental delivery and pickup. They had the job completed a day early. I never contacted them. All the staff was so polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had high hopes for this place when I chose it but I am very disappointed. They never had it ready when they said they would have but I understood things happen but after I got it, my husband realized things (parts) were missing from the vehicle and when I tried to call to ask about it I left a message because the person that worked on my husbands vehicle was busy I left a message and they reassured me that he would call but he never did. So we will never be using them again nor will I be recommending them to anyone for business..

Aside from cracking wheel covers, emptying the washer fluid reservoir, simply painting over rock chips, and runs in the paint, they did great.

I had just gotten and brand new truck and my gate shut on it!!! I took it and they were SUPER SUPER nice, the manager is great! they buffed out the two spots put some paint on there and it looks good as new. Wonderful people that work there and I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Definitely recommend this place for any vehicle needs!Service: PaintingService: Painting
