Make very sure the tighten your oil filter tight! My engine lost oil pressure after 4 months and wouldn t crank leaving me stranded at a gas station this past weekend. Luckily my engine wouldn t crank because of a fail safe mechanism that prevented it from burning up. Went back today to get them refund the oil I purchased or change the oil and filter for free. And a simple no because it happened after the 30 day policy they have. They would check the oil filter and level at an extra cost to me?! Hilarious! Stay away from these unprofessional losers

I tried this Eastex Lube location for the first time as I was told they like veterans. After leaving I discovered that I was dragging the large shield that covers under the oil/transmission (posted). I pulled into a body shop to have it reattached. They informed me that the lube shop mechanic over tightened the bolts causing the shield to break loose at the bolt connection point. I returned to Express Lube dragging the shield. The staff looked up my Carfax and stated that the mechanic at the previous oil change location broke the bolt connection. This was nonsensical knowing I had not been dragging this large shield around for the past 5 months (previous oil change). I asked to have a manager contact me regarding their intentions yet no one called. This was a $94 oil change that led to a $416 damage repair. There are plenty of oil change locations that charge the same or less so choose elsewhere.

The owner is such a nice lady. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle inspection and was very fast. About a month later I returned for a oil change and got the same kind of service - AMAZING!

Extremely rude because the have the line out in the middle of the parking lot I was asked to pull up behind a vehicle and the guy doing inspections older guy was cussing saying mfer over on over because I ran over twiced...I had no choice....not away to conduct a business with someone is very unprofessional

I didnt actually purchase service as they dont do inspections, however they handled me quickly and set me in the direction of success for finding the service I needed

This place should always get five star reviews. Hands down, this place is quick service and you are in and out. Everyone is great and easy to work with and getting what you need done, they just do it.Just remember guys this is a lube shop they don't do anything else besides replace fuel filters and oil filters. They may do other services but feel free to add them in the comments.I like that I can call them and they can get my oil filter and my two fuel filters for my truck ahead of time. This makes it extremely easy when I get there, so I'm in and out.

Very professional, and very quick thorough check over of the whole car lots of recommendations for things needed to be done at reasonable prices if not there they suggested other places to go I would highly recommend them for a good oil change and a great price lower than I expected and I got good service I feel good my car is running well and I definitely trust the mechanic. It's very convenient and I would recommend this to anybody that wants a good fast oil change with a thorough looking over of the vehicle which is important to me because I travel a lot.

Excellent oil change experience. Especially of you're wanting a minimal contact system. You dont even have to get out of your car. You pull up and they guide you into the bay. Now you do have to stay in your car but the process is like 10 mins tops so roll the windows down.

This is the only place I go to for car stuff, always super quick and friendly! Went in to get my oil changed and to get in inspection and was ready to go in 15 minutes or less and they even aired up my tires for me!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I didn't even want to stop there after I called about prices and the girl that answered the phone was an absolutely rude, abrasive and as cold and unfriendly as anyone could be on the phone. Bad customer service you guys! It'll make or break ya. I'm definitely going somewhere else!
