I would give 0 stars if I could. Bought a Power Steering pump from Napa in Clute TX went to Port Lavaca TXfor work and PS pump failed after 4 weeks. Went to Napa in Port Lavaca to exchange since it has lifetime warranty. Short gray haired guy with glasses at PL tells me no the 2 stores are owned by different people so they won't honor the warranty. I said but you're both Napa ? He said that doesn't matter, and I can get mad if I want to but he is not exchanging that part. I said ok well if I came in here to buy a pump and you didn't have it what would you do ? YOU WOULD CALL ANOTHER NAPA AND GET THE PART EVEN THOUGH YOURE DIFFERENT STORES WITH DIFFERENT OWNERS !! This is a case of a business not wanting to honor their company's warranty plain and simple ! Do yourself a favor and just deal with O'Reilly's !

These guys were a great help. I was looking for adapter fittings for a hydraulic control. I had no idea what type of fitting I needed or what size, but the guy behind the counter was able to help me understand what I needed. Even though they didn't have all the parts I needed, they were able to point me in the right direction get what I needed.

The employees are always very helpful and they usually have what you need in stock and the prices are very reasonable they will also do free testing to help you decide what parts you need to buy. If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it the next day

Staff knows their trade. Didn't know what I needed for my car, they not only determined what I needed, but what I came in for was actually incorrect to fixing the problem and they knew how to do it and save me a lot of money. Thanks!

When I went in to Napa they got me the right part I needed ,but they have 3 people there that are machinc inclined they need more people like that they know what part to sell me with looking on the computer I was in there at least 20minuntes an going back homeThanks for the 3good employees u have there

We went there at 8:30 on a Saturday night and they were already closed even though their posted hours said they would be open until 9 p.m.
