First off . This place needs to updateThey re NOT FIRESTONE but it does say Firestone outside their business and also on Google was waiting and waiting light s were on and nobody inside!Called another Firestone in Victoria and they told me that Port Lavaca wasn t a fire stone only had the name, that s so dumb but glad I didn t go inside because of the name hours ETC was off to a bad start I can imagine how the rest would ve been.

Never use this store ever. Manager is the worst. Roland says he is the owner but I doubt that just a Micky Mouse manager.

What great experience, considering i was preparing for the worst. Car began to make a horrific noise coming through Point Comfort. I pulled over and "goggled" for help.The man answering the phone said come on, we'll be here. I was in and out in less than an hour, just a rock in my "wheel area" So i decided to get tires rotated and oil change while it was on the rack. Absolutely great customer service.

I would not recommend this facility. I purchased a lifetime alignment and tires, at another Firestone. Wanted to get truck re-aligned. I called Port Lavaca Firestone, greeted rudely by elderly gentleman and told I would probably need frontend work. It should be noted, truck was not on site. After several attempts at scheduling an appointment for an alignment, while ignoring his rudeness. I finally, just gave up and scheduled an appointment with a Firestone in Victoria.I should have read some of the reviews prior. It seems, the gentleman has the reputation. Anyhow, I wish the owner luck with his business. As for me, I ll be going to Victoria Firestone.

First timer at Firestone. Didn't like how one individual approached me. When i first arrived, won't mention no name but i guess its old age lol. Much respect though. love the price. Second time could b rated a five star....

Would not go back to get anything done ever again. Was told a few different things were wrong with the car come to find out from Discount Tire none of them were true. Was also insulted by the owner. The whole experience was just bad. If you care a great deal about your car I would not go here Ever!

Took truck in charged for diagnostic but told wouldn t do needed repairs. Technician left window down and truck was rained in and was told they couldn t do anything but vacuum the seat. Don t recommend this company to perform any work and my company will take all of our work elsewhere!

Excellent place if you need good tires and a wheel alignment haven't got any mechanic work done but they're mechanics seems very educated

It floors me to know this place can call itself Firestone call them to order tires the gentleman over the phone was rude but me needing tires I ordered them anyway just to find out that there's a $50 charge to put each one on FIRST TIME EVER I don't know how this place has any stars...
