My A/C went completely out, I thought that I had to pay for a new one. I called Sierra and during the call found out my A/C was still under warranty, this saved me over $1500. They were able to get me in the next day to replace the A/C. With how hot it has been this was a life saver. After making the appointment for around 3-4 pm they made it here at 1 pm and was able to get the new A/C in and working well. With the how hot it has been, them arriving early was amazing. Both technicians were respectful and kind. I usually don t write reviews but they have done an amazing job couldn t be happier and highly recommend them.

Had some wind damage to our roof on our way to SPI, TX. Called Sierra and they had somebody come within two days of calling. Wonderful service man who did an awesome temporary repair that will allow us to travel home safely. Our bill was very, very fair. If I could put Sierra RV in my back pocket I would take them back home to Illinois with me.

After replacing entire roof we had one small leak around a vent, notified Sierra and within 1/2 hour had a technician out to our campground and fixed the problem. Family owned business that goes above and beyond. Great customer service, highly recommend.

We had the best experience with Sierra RV Mobile Repair! They helped us by replacing our converter that burned up due to an RV parks power pedestal that had lost the neutral. They were also very professional when the maintenance guy at the park was arguing with them and being rude. They worked passed their time to make sure that everything was done right and that everything was working properly!

On previous trips in our Class A motorhome to South Padre Island we have used the services of Sierra Mobile RV. We have always been happy with their workmanship and fair rates. Today was no exception. Isaiah did a fantastic job getting our living room slide working again. If you need repairs while in the area, Sierra Mobile RV is highly recommended!

We were staying in SPI and when we arrived found out we had a broken leaf spring. We contacted Sierra Mobile RV to replace all four of them. They charged $$$ and 9 hours of labor for the job, but since we were in a bind, we had no other option. When we left SPI we started having intermittent wiring issues and then in the middle of nowhere Texas no trailer brakes. We had to drive hundreds of miles to find any RV service. It was determined that the brake wire was pinched between the U bolt and the axle. We had to have another company fix the problem Sierra created. We reached out to Sierra, no reply. So beware of this business! (FYI we checked with our local shop when we got home and their estimate for the same job was � the price!)Update: After posting our google review the company finally reached out to us. Turns out they had some internal communication issues that they resolved and have now stood behind their work and took care of the problem. We have updated our 2 star rating to a 4 star. Thanks.

Called to get a quote for installing a new awning. After three weeks of phone calls, text messages, and sending pictures, I get a call from them wanting $120 just to give me a quote. What a ripoff. They never mentioned this in all of the conversations during the previous three weeks of conversation. Should score 0 stars, but you can't post a 0 star rating.

I had a leaky fresh water connection on my 41 Motorhome that needed to be fixed. It was not a big job but they took care of me like I spent $1000. Great guys and great customer service. I have some awnings that need to be looked at and I will be calling them back to come take care of them. Thanks again guys.

Came on time, worked on our slide that would not come in on our 40' motorhome. Excellent workers (3); about 1 1/2 hours and so happy with the $180 bill. First RV repair company that didn't try to rip us off. Thank you guys!!!

While staying at isla Blanca we noticed a ominous sound and smell ( burning electrical) and traced it to our rooftop A/C. We had seen the Sierra RV shop earlier and had even been in it for some small things. We called for service and got an appointment. They (Luis) was able to fit us in earlier and was very professional and nice. He quickly found the issue and drove back to shop for the part. He quickly replaced it and made sure it was working properly.We were very pleased with Sierra RV and especially Luis. We felt the labor, parts costs were reasonable as well as the service call to come to us. Thank you Luis!

We came into town and had an issue with the water heater in our new RV. We went into the store, my husband thinking it was a simple part to fix, and spoke with Joseph. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and asked us more questions about what the problem was. We discovered it was not what we had thought. He offered to come out and take a look for us. He did so immediately. He got us the part we needed and installed it right away. He was pleasant, fast, and reasonably priced. I could not be happier that he was there to help us. This level of service is so rare anymore. I could not recommend them more!!!! Thank you so much! You saved our vacation and our anniversary!!!

Sierra helped us out so much recently. First was our RV fridge that stopped cooling. They came right to our rig at Isla Blanca and diagnosed the problem - a bad cooling unit. We had an extended warranty and they worked with the company to get everything approved. We had to pay more for the part, as it was ordered directly from Dometic, but that turned out to be a good thing because 2 replacements were defective! We had to stay longer than we planned at Isla Blanca because of waiting for the replacement part(s). We also had an electrical transfer switch go out, and they had to spend a bit of time tracking that down, but had it replaced pretty quickly. Overall, the service from office staff and techs was superb. Our fridge is still not working properly, but we don't believe that is the fault of Sierra.

We were stuck at South Padre Island, Texas with an electrical issue in our RV. Sierra Mobile RV was booked 3 weeks out, however Joseph and Alex came and fixed the issue. This company is extremely professional, honest, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend them!!!Thank you Sierra Mobile RV Dan and Roxanne Davis, California.

I have used this company for parts as well as an appliance install. Never had a problem. Parts were readily available and the install went smooth.. The appliance sprang a leak almost a year later.... They honored the warranty and took care of the leak... Honest and efficient company. Definitely recommend for all of your R.V repairs...

I stopped in their place in person to ask if a tech could help me fix a backed up toilet in my RV at the local park and instead of making me wait given it was New Years Eve, the came immediately and nearly followed me back to RV Park to quickly fix the clogged toilet. Tech was nice and knowledgeable and told me how to prevent the problem for the future. They also have lot of parts and accessories in their store and I am going back!

Melissa and her staff are great to work with! If you are on the island and need some love for your RV, these are the folks to call. Fixed my Norcold refrigerator when factory Winnebago techs could not. Friendly and reasonable too!

This office was our BLESSING. We had a problem with our slide out and through due diligence, they fixed it at the price quoted. I would recomend to everyone!
