Excellent customer service. I was having a battery "emergency" and the owner saw me sitting out front and opened early for me. He and the manager were super helpful and got me what I needed, despite my car needing an unusual battery. Highly recommend these guys!

Awesome help from everyone here at the store. I was able to borrow some jumper cables to jump start my truck(20 deposit, refunded when you return item back. ) and then they even installed the battery I bought from them at no extra charge. Amazing customer service.

Helpful and friendly, not to mention that they are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to mechanical issues. Prices are reasonable and it's local. Great problem solvers!

Exceptional Service!The owner and staff were exceptionally polite & helpful. I was on vacation on South Padre Island & having issues w/ my Chrysler Pacifica van. The battery had completely drained, & even after a jump & full recharge, the climate control system & air conditioner wouldn t start. I went to 3 places before finding help at Napa, where they were game for trying anything. They fully disconnected the battery to effectively reboot the climate computer which worked. Awesome dudes; much appreciated!

Exceptional !Absolutely, the "BEST" NAPA auto parts store I have ever visited.The personnel are VERY nice and will go out of their way to help you anyway they can. 5 STARS, for sure !

Great guys! So helpful, new location next to o'reilly. I went to the old location, saw they moved. Great big building with everything you will need. No need to go anyplace else!

Staff is very friendly, they helped us find the right wiper blades for our car and even came out and installed them with us. Good selection of parts for any vehicle.
