The installation of the windows were fine , however, the new frames were slightly narrower exposing some debris across the entire frames. Very sloppy work around the frames, which could have been easily remedied with an honest discussion about the appearance and maybe five minutes of touch up. Instead all I got from management were excuses and how I know nothing about their glass business. I will have to repair myself or hire someone to finish the job correctly.

I made an appointment with Clara and they didn t they care to show up or call. When I called she said they weren t going to make it. She didn t seem to care. This is extremely unprofessional.

Great business to deal with. I had some wall mirrors removed and they were quick, nice, professional, on time and had excellent communication. Too few businesses have these qualities. Highly recommended.

We have an Airbnb on the island and one of our outdoor umbrellas flew into our window and smashed it. I called around 10:30 the next morning and they had the window replaced by 4PM the same day! They took the stress out of the process and I can't recommend them enough when you find yourself in a tough spot. Thanks, Bayside Glass!

Measure appt for 8:30am, no show, call few hrs later and they send someone finally. Guy shows up asking we re shower is to measure for glass...that wasn t my request (table tops), supposed to get Call back with price estimate and it s now been two days...nothing.

Came out installed new screens and replaced glass on our food truck, very professional. Highly recommend

Call to get price on cutting mirror. Give price, show up and after drive 15 miles, no one there. Great business practices.
