I've had a generally positive experience with this company. It's locally owned, which is a great plus. The staff is consistently friendly, whether you're inside the store or out in the lumber yard. The prices are reasonable, considering the location on the peninsula. The only minor drawback is the delivery method, where materials are slid off the flatbed onto your property, which led to a few cracked boards. However, the company was accommodating and allowed for replacements. Overall, they've been great to work with, and I would recommend them.

This is a great store, I stopped by on a day when they were closed but I didn t realize that. The owner happened to be there taking care of some business and he didn t mind opening up the store for a few minutes to sell me an item and even deliver it immediately after. The 3 staff members I met were very friendly, I ll definitely come back here.

Hands down my #1 go to when it comes to servicing my higher end customers!!! The quality of their material is always above expectations. Anytime I have questions their staff has always been ready and willing to help. As long as I m in business, I ll be buying lumber from Seaside!!! Don t take my word for it, take a trip and let their service speak for themselves. It s nice to see that old school customer service isn t completely dead!!!
