Great customer service. Very friendly and willing to help resolve all issues. I went in to get my tire patched it couldn't be patched I had to get a brand new tire but I had the road hazard on my tires so I paid $15 bucks for a tire that was $120 bucks I say that's a hell of a deal road hazard is the route to go when buying tires from walmart!

Better than Firestone. I went to Firestone to have my tire patched. They told me they could not repair it because of the angle the nail went into the tire, and wanted to sell me a tire for $200.00. Walmart Auto Center was able to patch the tire and save my family money.

This location offers the worst service in the area. They are always under staffed. TheThey do poor work and they do not honor their road hazard warranty on tires. Also, they do not honor their warranty on their automotive batteries. When they do an oil change on a vehicle, there is a strong possibility you will end up with an oil leak due to the stripping of you drain plug. The store managers or assistants managers have no real working knowledge about automotive, so they support the staff on any wrong or unfair decisions that they make. What this means is you have no one to complain to at a store level. Not good for your car, not good for your wallet. I do not recommend this place for any type of vehicle maintenance.

Very quick and very nice associates. I do recommend the auto service center. The store itself was nicely stocked and clean. I appreciate the hard work that they put into this store. Although, I really wish the customers who pull clothes off the racks and knock them on the floor would shop someplace else and stop messing up the store.We like and appreciate the workers in this store.

Today 8/18/19 i arrived at this walmart to get an oil change at 12in the afternoon it is currently 4:49 pm and my car hasn't been touched let me remind you there was only 2 cars infront of mines when i arrived almost 5hrs. Ago worst service i have ever experienced in my life will not be coming back and thats a fact!!

I told them to charge me for the core cause I needed to keep the battery, they did charge me and once home discovering the battery wasn't in the trunk. A trip 20 miles each way, these lame employees acted as if me having them find my battery, was them doing me a favor.

Everything was done correctly! Just could have been a little quicker. I was second in line and my car took 1.5 hours to balance and rotate.

Came to get an oil change waited for an hour waiting for them to get oil filter out which they couldnt do so I had to leave. Second bad experience here. First one was two years ago when after an oil change they forgot to put the oil cap back on

Last time I was there years ago very poor service on tires. Very slow and non caring about job or customerNow adding 2 stars for the rest of the store after going to the other store on Memorial Hwy.

Do never come to this Walmart for an oil change you will be waiting forever. I waited for nearly 3 hours bought the standard oil change $20 dollars and ended up paying $40 dollars. So upset

Slow service and they refuse to give an estimate in time. Be prepared to spend all day there.

Undoubtedly the worst service I have received from Walmart auto care, I have been waiting for about 1 hour after delivering the information of my car, so that later they arrive asking what oil my car uses and that they do not know what oil to use, the worker with a clear appearance of consuming some substance undoubtedly 0 professionalism, after asking the cashier to please try to hurry that I have been waiting for more than an hour she laughs at me and saying that nothing can be done, and laughing with the mechanic in charge of changing the oil....A real mockery, don't come and leave the work of your cars here a terrible experience, I'm going to see if my car looks good after this change, since by the appearance of the mechanic I doubt it...Walmart honestly doesn't care about its customers, I always make my periodic tire and oil changes here, but this is the last time I'll never come back.Less than 0 stars Sin duda el peor servicio que e recibido de walmart auto care, llevo aproximadamente 1 hora esperando luego de entregar la informaci�n de mi auto, para que despu�s lleguen preguntando que aceite usa mi auto y que no saben que aceite usar, el trabajador con una clara apariencia de consumir alguna sustancia sin duda 0 profesionalismos, luego de pedirle a la cajera que por favor traten de apresurar que llevo mas de una hora de espera ella se r�e de mi y diciendo que no se puede hacer nada, y ri�ndose con el mecanico encargado de cambio del aceite .Una verdadera burla, no vengan a dejar el trabajo de sus autos ac� una experiencia p�sima, voy a ver si mi auto queda bueno despu�s de este cambio, ya que por la apariencia del mecanico lo dudo ..Walmart sinceramente no se preocupa de sus clientes, siempre hago mis cambios peri�dicos de neum�ticos y aceite ac�, pero esta es la ultima vez jamas volver�.Menos que 0 estrellas
