I brought my wife's Rogue in because the tops of both A-pillars leaked and had water stains. They kept it for 4 days and said "they couldn't find the leak". It is still under warranty. They said they saw the water stains but gave it back to me still leaking. We washed it today and it leaked even more. After a brief YouTube search I found many others with the same issue. There is a clip that easily breaks under the luggage rail which leaves an open hole in the metal by the windshield. I removed the rail and found both clips broken. I replaced them with better clips and sealed the hole. Great quality Nissan. Twin City, do some research before you send someone away with a faulty vehicle. (Especially one under warranty)Update: The owner/loyalty manager contacted my wife and offered nothing to resolve this issue. We still have water stains to deal with ourselves so I stand behind this review score. There is no option to remove the 1 star.

I was searching for my son s first car and found one here that I thought he might like. My sales guy Hank was great to work with! This was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. My son loves his car! Highly recommend!

WOW... is all I have to say about the concierge level of service Ms.Tiffany gave me. Extremely knowledgeable of the entire Nissan line of products. Needless to say, I am the new and proud owner of the Nissan Rogue. By the way this is the 2nd Rogue for me in the last 14 months.TWIN CITY NISSAN... along with a GREAT TEAM has made a life long customer with me.Thank you for all your time and patience Tiffany you really earned your weight in gold.Dawn Mayorgae. AWFUL! These people lie! They don t know anything about their warranty. They told me after I bought the warranty that I would have to wait 60 days for any work to be done from date of purchase. Then I raised heck so finally got call back and told me they were wrong I could get it service so I had a hard time with anyone calling me back to schedule an appointment. Finally bugged them enough got an appointment set up and they act like they can t give a rental when they told me when I bought the Nissan certified vehicle that I d receive a rental for any work done to the car. They told me I d get a rental for anything! Today proves that was a lie. I don t trust these people. Then their employees are laughing at us very unprofessional! It s quite sad. I will be reaching out to Nissan. This is the worst Nissan dealership I have ever dealt with.Update I still have not heard back from these people after they told me that they were going to contact another dealership with my warranty claim information. Because I requested my work be done by another dealership just do not trust these people at all with my vehicle. They have lied from the get-go. It is also just not my radio speakers that are blown but my infotainment center is messed up. So it s not just my radio speakers that are blown but my infotainment center has been having issues since I bought it. They have done an update at Twin City but there is still something wrong. They said that they would give another Nissan dealership a call with the number I needed to get work done. The other dealership has yet to receive any type of information from them. It s been 19 days. I contacted the other dealership recently. They have told me that they have not received any information from Twin City. Twin City is telling me that they have reached out to this other dealership with all the information that they needed. I asked The service advisor Leonard with Twin City who he spoke with. He couldn t tell me the name of the service advisor he spoke with. Once again lying and he could not pull up any information about my warranty at the time I called, supposed to call me tomorrow we will see about that. It seems to me that they would keep a record of this available at all times incase someone brings vehicle in that needs serviced. I would steer clear of this dealership.

Our experience was great. Hank was wonderful. He walked us through every detail of buying our new car. When we left the dealership I was completely comfortable in getting in and operating the vehicle. I felt like he was upfront and honest about everything from the second we started the process. I will definitely recommend Nissan to friends and family. I would gladly send people Hanks way!!

The Twin City Nissan dealership and employees were super kind and helpful! The salesman I had was Cole and he didn't feel overly pushy and actually took his time to help me find the right car. He were great at answering and explaining and questions I had about my car, as well as being patient, nice, and knowledgeable! Overall great experience!!!!

The moment I met DeAnthony and Tiffany, I knew I wanted to purchase from them. Saying they are awesome is an understatement. Upon meeting them, they were so informative and honest. They made me feel as though I was family. I was very particular about what I wanted and asked many questions. They continued to be patient with me and answered every question that I asked. The car that I selected was not on their lot. However, they were able to find the exact car I wanted and had it delivered the next day. The service I received was exceptional. I will forever be grateful for this experience considering the fact that this was my first car purchase.

She is amazing at her job, and her knowledge is the best I ve seen while car shopping. Hank helped us out after I totalled my SUV a couple of weeks ago. He had a lot of patience and let me explore ALL the vehicles I wanted to look at. Once a decision was made, he helped us keep the numbers where we needed them. Great guy, great place. Would highly recommend!
