The absolute BEST car buying experience EVER! I needed a new car after a traumatic wreck left me very upside down! Jeff Gary was patient and kind with me, taking the better part of the day showing me the CR-V and enduring all my comments comparing it to my previous Cadillac. He even helped me pair my phone and personalize all my settings. I felt zero pressure, and total support from him and Bay in finance. I m so very pleased with my new car and this whole experience!! I m so thankful we came here before going to Houston. I ve driven Cadillacs for the last 30 years, but it s safe to say I m a Honda girl now!

This is my second time to buy a Honda from Twin City Honda! Both my experiences have been excellent! This week we stopped by to just look at the Honda SUVs. while walking around and peering through the windows a gentleman walked over to us and introduced himself as (Travis Grisby). He was so friendly, kind and helpful. We had absolutely No intentions to buy a new vehicle at this time, but we test drove a couple, and we fell in love with the Honda Passport! We bought it right then! Travis is amazing! He took his time and showed us everything our new Honda Passport had to offer!I thanked him so many times! Everybody should go see Mr. Travis. He is the best person and the most humble person that works there. Mr.Travis was a huge help in the entire process. He showed me step by step and didn t mind all the questions I asked. He helped me when others didn t even want to give me the time of the day. Claudia was amazing!!! She helped me tremendously after a horrible experience at another dealership out of town. She was thorough, very friendly, straight forward and honest! Worked with me well pass their closing time to get the deal finished so I could take my new vehicle home that night. Would definitely do business with her and Twin City Motors Honda again

Great dealership. Greta, my salesperson, was super! She went above and beyond to help me buy my new Honda. Greta was very knowledgeable about the CR-V Hybrid and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. It was very easy working with Greta and she made my car buying experience top notch! Thank you Greta. Highly recommend. Also, kudos to the sales manager & finance manager. They were both exceptional. Overall, a wonderful car buying experience!

Mr. Mike Brady was an awesome sale consultant ! He definitely have your best interest at heart when buying a car. I am truly thankful God sent me to him in my car buying process. I would definitely tell any and everyone to go to him to buy a car. All around everyone was awesome and I was able to leave with a brand new car and it was not an all day process. They will do their very best to help you in every way! Thank you Twin City Nissan. (Mr. Brady is on Honda side but he can help on the Nissan side as well) If I could give him 10 stars I would!

We had a pleasant experience at Twin City Honda. Shopping for cars is typically one of my least favorite things to do, but our sales rep, Jeff, was very easy to work with. He wasn't pushy or salesy. We love the vehicle! Jeff did a great job showing us all the special features and took the time to show us how to use them. We wouldn't have known about all the vehicle can do had he not been an expert in Hondas!

Suzette was above amazing. This was my first purchase of a car and I also had my 10 month old baby. She was patient and kind with me and answered all my questions and even help me when I had a transfer my baby s car seat to the new car, she went above and beyond to make sure me and my baby was comfortable during my purchase.

I owned a Honda CR-V before and decided to purchase another CR-V. The sales person Jeff was just awesome, no pressures, very knowledgeable. All the details with the vehicle were gone over very thoroughly. The whole process from start to finish was easy. Everyone was friendly and made sure every detail was disclosed and I understood. I traveled all the way from from Louisiana to purchase a brand new 2024 Honda Civic Touring car from Twin City Honda. From the first phone call, to picking up my new car at the dealership my experience was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. Both the sales lady Suzette Harper, and the manager Mr. Draths were amazing and worked with me to get me the perfect car! I have never been happier with a dealership experience, and I highly recommend Twin City Honda!

Sales person Greta Robinson Coles was an excellent sales lady, not only was she knowledges, very helpful, patient and kind, there s a lot of words to describe my experience with her in purchasing my vehicle. Not one time did she become impatient/ when I became indecisive about which vehicle. She s GREAT at what she does. Yaaaaay!! to Greta. She see all details of your car buying through and check to make sure it s taken care of. She will be the person I go to for my next car; # I tend to keep my vehicles a long time Thank you !

Had an overall great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership and Jeff for anyone looking to get a new vehicle. I told Jeff what I was looking to get and we found the exact car, and was test driving within minutes and everything after that was simple and straight to business and I took possession of my new Honda accord hybrid within a few hours and I m loving the car!

I really appreciate the professional way in which my salesman, Travis, handled my purchase. He explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions readily and with interest.
