The nice lady at the front desk went out of her way to help me out and take care of what I needed and thats hard to find good customer service these days.

I went here to get a tag for my car and was very satisfied. The service was friendly and fast! As soon as I pulled up the lady came out promptly, I didn't even have to get out of my car. If you need a tag for your car I would definitely recommend!

Very good business. I've brought my 1995 Chevy pick up truck there three different times, and wow! Less than two days, it was ready. Very curious service. l was brought home and wow! Picked back up when truck was ready. DO NOT COME HEREDishonest practices, taking advantage of senior customers.Will perform work not agreed upon in order to increase the billing.If they realize you are taking your car elsewhere, they will fabricate work performed to extract as much money as possible.

In don t know who is owner over there but there a lady who is very rude to me and she asked for 175$ for an oil change . She also given me a offer that if I bring oil and filter she is going to do that for 40$. It doesn t make any sense. They way she responded is very bad.I don t recommend this place unless if u can avoid any talk with her.Service: Oil change

If you are a single woman and need car repairs, go to Pete and Harold's. These are the most honest, knowledgeable guys in the Golden Triangle. I live in Groves, but I would drive 100 miles to let these men look at my car.They will always do their best and give you the fairest bid. Their gorgeous niece does the inspections and she is a Texas treasure. I cannot say enough about this business. I thank God every day that I heard about them through a lifelong friend of mine who was once an ace mechanic.I do not usually leave reviews, but this business warranted it.

Honest, hard-working, friendly, humble, and down-to-earth people at this place. Even though we moved to Beaumont from Port Arthur, we still gladly drive the 18 miles to P&H for anything that arises. As long as they're around, they have our business.
