Brian did an excellent job!! I brought my car in for 4 cracks and he fixed them pretty quickly. 2 of them were size if a dime and we he finished they were hardly noticeable!

Had my windshield repair done by Aaron at the Port Arthur location. He greeted me promptly as I drove up, he was super friendly, professional and did an excellent job. He is very patient, answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with this repair visit and would definitely return to this location should to see Aaron should I need my windshield repaired again. I will also be recommending my friends and anyone I know to Aaron because I know he will do a great job. Thank you!

Quick and painless! Gabriel spared no time getting all of his customers back on the road again! He happened to have a high volume of traffic the day I pulled in, but he worked diligently and had us all serviced and back to our day in no time! The repair looks great! And he did it all with a friendly and courteous smile! Very professional, even handled speaking with my insurance company for claim request! Brent Matindale was amazing!!! I came in with not one but two huge rock chips on my brand new 2018 Ford explorer. We were in and out in no time. He was professional and friendly. You can hardly see where the chips were. He also gave us a one year warranty on his great work! Thanks Brent...we know where to go for a top job!!!! Brent thank you so much!!!!

Had a chip in my windshield drove up hopeing to get it repaired. Jordan was nice and professional and quickly repaired my Jeep. My insurance took forever, but he was patient and got the approval. Broderick worked on my vehicle's windshield. Very personable & professional. The guy knew what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with his diagnosis. it wasn't as serious damage as I thought. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find. Thanks Broderick.

Jason was super helpful. He called my insurance to see if it was covered, which it was. He patiently answered all my questions and waited on my insurance. He had the rock chip filled in less than 5 minutes and it s held up great! I ll definitely go back again if I get another chip!

Brought my 2018 Dodge Challenger in with a small chip in my windshield , Brent M was awesome very friendly very quick with his work he s a super cool guy ! I highly recommend him ! We were done in 10 minutes ! He Also gave me a one year warranty !

The repair isn't perfect. But its going to prevent the Crack from getting larger which I appreciate. My biggest complaint is the poor kid they have working in a little box without any AC? How is that working for them? Sure they can sit in their car but needing to go into central mall for a bathroom break or just to cool off is ridiculous.Service: Auto windshield repair

Jordan worked fast,and did a great job.He explained the process which made it easier to contact my insurance.Overall Jordan went over and beyond. I suggest equipping him with some type of AC in that building, it gets hot in SETX

This is the second time in the last weeks that I had my windshield on my tundra was hit by a rock. 2 the first time and one this last time. The same technician made the repairs both times. He was pleasent and very professional. Did a great job on repairing the cracks.

Awesome job done in no time at all. Less than 15 minutes to get insurance coverage and have the repair completed. Worked seamlessly with USAA to get the repair covered. Spotless job!
